I am a repeat customer at Auburn Collision and I can't say enough about the quality of repair work they do, particularly when it comes to paint matching. After repair, if I didn't know where the damage was, I wouldn't be able to find it.Just as important (maybe even more so) is the outstanding customer service I have experienced. The Courtesy Shuttle is a value-add, of course, and then there's Mike. On several occasions, Mike has helped me locate providers for special repairs that weren't damage related. Not only did he give me the referrals, he personally called the shops, explained my situation, got price quotes, and gave me a contact person's name and #. In one case, he printed off a lengthy list of other shop options, just in case. Good Lord, what didn't Mike do for me?I say if you need any of the services provided at Auburn Collision & Services, go ahead and give 'em a call. Ask for Mike when you do.

I have used the services of Auburn Collision for over 20 years. I have never been disappointed with their estimates, repairs (they look like new), detailing services, or how I was treated. Mike is the best! Knowledgeable, polite, friendly, professional, and patient with everyone.

Terrible customer service; and the quality of work is just as poor. Will never see my business again along with everyone I know and deal with. Unfortunately this was not a one time occurrence. I ve had this happen numerous times and just kept telling myself it will get better; it doesn t it gets worse and worse! I would definitely shake things up a bit and get some professional skilled hungry workers in there! Hopefully the owner or owners can see the bigger picture and save the place. Very sad having to leave this review but enough is enough. Accountability is the only way in this case. It should of been a crime in my opinion.

I wish I could give this place 100 stars. They have been nothing but great with me and my car. I was on the side of the road with a flat tire, a tow truck brought me to Auburn Collision so they could assess the damage. I was welcomed in with warm coffee and a smile. I ve had one of the worst weeks of my life, and they made this portion of it not so bad.

I had my car into Auburn Collision for some front end damage. Mike and his team did a great job fixing my car and got everything right. If I ever need work in the future I know where to take my car.

Excellent service,caring people. Professional,good rapport with customers. Would recommend for cart service of various types of service. Heather, the professional in car rentaland payment of service / cashier is an excellent representative of Auburn Car Collision , Her alone would make you want to recommend others to come here. Also Paul, the mechanic so willingly made me feel secure in getting the best work possible done on car repair . My car insurance agency also spoke well of Heather. Very professional approach, no pressure sales, sparkling clean floors, feel more like a car dealer showroom. Offered options, gave me a quick temporary "fix" so I could think over the quote, knowledgeable about insurance requirements. I go ahead to order parts and expect work will be completed this week.

I used to really believe in this shop; I had all my work done there, so, I was weighing my options about either getting a new car or fixing the old one. I had a diagnostic done, and while never receiving proper documentation to see what was needed, and being a single woman on a limited budget, I relied on their expertise and paid for what they told me would solve my problem. I made a date to get it done. Not only did they not stick to the date, I had to reschedule three times to finally get it done. I paid them about $1,000 for heat and when they returned it, I had no heat on the floor. Now, anywhere else, when you pay for something, you expect you will get what you paid for; but, in my case, they didn't fix the problem. I am a woman who knows nothing about cars, and I feel I've been taken advantage of and have no recourse. So, did they just forget to tell me I would need a heater case (incompetence) or did they think I would fork out another $1200 for a heater case? No one at Auburn Collision took ownership of this situation. Before leaving this review I decided to call the GM to see if he could help me. The GM hadn't been "privy" to any of their conversations so basically told me he would do nothing. As a longtime customer, I was disappointed that I didn't receive any customer support. I wasn't privy either or I wouldn't have paid for a heater core knowing I would also need a heater case to get heat. I'm upset and I feel I've been taken of while trying to get my old car street worthy.

I really would like to thank Mike at Auburn Collision Service and Detailing for helping me out yesterday regarding my tail lights.Two days ago, I changed my Turn Signal lights (the outer bulbs), but it was brought to my attention that another set of lights was not working also. I was about to change them too when I realized I did not have the proper tool. I already had the bulbs and lubricant, I just need it for someone to change both bulbs for me.Driving on my way to work I decided to stop by various shops for a price. I was told by the 1st shop that they may have to take the whole panel off The second shop quoted me a ridiculous price (even with my own bulbs) .Even though I hadn't changed these particular lights myself before, I didn't think I need to take that WHOLE panel OFF I pass by Auburn Collision Service every day going to work, so I thought " I got time for one more stop, why not give them a try?" I bought tires from them about 4 years ago and I was very pleased. I received a friendly greeting by Mike and Heather Well, come to find out, I was right; the panel did NOT have to come off.Thanks to Mike, he kindly changed the tail lights for me and educated me on what type of tool I needed for this task. It's called a TORX screwdriver size #20I'm very satisfied and RELIEVED that my tail lights are now in working order ....yaaaaaaay.THANKS AGAIN MIKE, and HeatherYour Customer,Ms. Millhouse

I am Very Well-Pleased with the services and atmosphere here at Auburn Collision Center in Pontiac.My sister shared with me about how Great the service is here, and I now visit with any of my car concerns. They always greet you with a smile. When I make an appointment, they let me know when my car will be ready and they keep their word. They provide service with integrity. Took 5 weeks after the parts were in to complete the job always an excuse as to why it wasn't done! All while I spent $2,000.00. They did not have a cat available for me during the repair. I found out that several jobs were done while my job was paused so they could get the other jobs done because the other jobs had their rental cars. When the job was completed the person handling the final bill had no idea what I owed them. I told him I had a deductible and he said then that's what you owe us. Two days later he calls and says I owe them an additional 2,500.00. When all was said and done Mike took care of the issue and the quote and fair price was paid. I appreciate Mike's professionalism and fair treatment. As far as the other point of contact.... He should be terminated immediately as he is causing the company to lose customers!!!Service: Body & Trim

Paul and his team at Auburn Collision were friendly, professional, and speedy with my headlamp replacement during the busy Christmas holiday season. They completed the repairs and the final bill was less than the estimate given - which was well under that of another local competitor. I will bring my Cadillac back when she needs more work. Been there 6 times with my 2009 Pontiac G6 so far (this once was a certified Pontiac dealer), and each time they have been helpful beyond any other repair center I've worked with with any cars I've driven. On my first visit, they beat a quote from a certified GM dealer by a few hundred dollars I had with aftermarket parts for a bumper repair. I have also been there for tires, where they have conservatively walked me through the timing of my tire rotations. This last visit, I needed a quick light change there since I didn't want to shop for the part, and he installed it without even attempting to bill it. I paid for the part only. Highly ethical with the mileage recommendation for oil changes (every 5k). I haven't encountered more ethical service centers besides this one. I might be an anomaly since I prefer to go to service centers who have experience with the brand vehicle I own, but this service center has surpassed my expectations.

I thought I'd blown my engine, but they listened to it, and said they thought I'd blown a plug out. They fixed it in 2 days, and at an affordable price. They were great! Nice people and knowledgeable techs. I'll only go to them!

Had my car detailed- my carpet had a lot of dog hair- they got the carpet cleaned so good , but forgot the rest of the inside of the carDirty doors, still dusty, broke my lock on the arm rest - my husband tried to call - just to let them know we will never or recommend this place

They were awesome! Fair prices and worked out everything for my insurance. They also gave me a great deal on a loaner car while they fixed mine. The work was well done! You can't even tell where my scratch was.

I and my family believe they may have tampered with my vehicle to cause damage. Then try to charge for the repair. You do have a right to inspect any all parts, use it. Don't let them with hold your parts. If it seems fishy at all, get the part back. It is your property not theirs. Never heard of a pulley wheel just falling off before.

Very pleasantly surprised. I read other reviews that led me to give them a try. Definitely not the most attractive place to visit, but hey, it's a body shop at an old car dealership. The people were great and they fixed my tailgate perfectly and quickly for a very fair price.

I've had body and paintwork done here few years ago. Everything was done well and customer service is great.Recently I needed to top off my tires during a real cold spell. All other nearby air fill were stations were not operational... Lines frozen. Auburn collision helped me out just out of the goodness of their heart. Bless them.

I brought my car in to replace my passenger rear view mirror from a hit and run incident (see picture). Auburn charged only $262; a Ford Dealership quoted for a thousand dollar. Auburn also provided quick service for a busy working man like meI bought my car in; less than 2 hours later, I drove to work without being late. Prompt and courteous service at a reasonable price. That should be Today 's Business Mission.

Auburn Collision has some of the best service I have came across in terms of collision centers. They're very informative, knowledgable, and punctual. I have taken 2 cars in to their shop and both have came out looking better than new. Gary has been super helpful with both cars and always made sure I got what I needed. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends!

I am very happy with this collision shop. I first went to Gerber collision thinking they were a good pick because of everything I have heard about them. They quoted me a very expensive price that I know was above and beyond what was needed to repair my car. I stoped by auburn collision telling them the situation I was in. They gave me a quote that was half of what Gerber quoted me. I recived my car today and I am very happy with the work. Also the price was lower than the quote. I'm happy with the customer service too and would highly recommend it to a friend or family member
