Incompetent people worst service you can get at this location. You ask a guy for a part he literally goes in the back to to be on his phone texting. There was another old man in there he didn't even know how to count the amount for a return. Long story short go somewhere else.

Store Manager George is always super helpful. He makes sure you re goi g to purchase the best part for your car, not the cheapest. I always give him a hard time and he s always professional, always going that extra mile. Today he install a battery, it was a difficult install. I offered a tip/lunch and he declined, stating he just wants to know that his customer service was up to par. It was exceptional. Nice Job George

Charlie was very nice and understanding. He went above and beyond for me. They need more people like him around I was surprised when he made the call himself and talk to customer service. I gave the store 4 stars which has nothing to do with Charlie he was amazing but the older guy was rude about it. I felt like he kick me to the curve and said figure it out. The way he said they couldn't do nothing for me was rude but charlie still made the call anyway. Which I'm very thankful for so even though the older guy was rude. Charlie making the call made me happy.... Thank you so much

I have never experienced better service at a part store than I did this location, Charlie and max are absolutely top tier when it comes to customer service and care. Charlie was more than willing to run all the test necessary to diagnose my vehicle. Would give 10 stars if I could.

How do Advance Auto parts stores sell 50 different spark plugs and know tool to remove them. The staff was very helpful, but there doesn't seem to be much logic in selling spark plugs and not knowing ways to remove them to figure out what the size is or just to just clean it ...

Holy sh*t. Do not go anywhere else but here. Literally would have been stranded in bum off Pontiac if not for my savior...some dude Jawaun. Bro yes. This place has the best prices and the most honest staff that get the job done fast and precise. I wouldn't go anywhere else and it'd be a dumb choice NOT to go here -- Solid thank you to the team/staff

They had all 4 ignition coil packs for my car in stock when no one else did. They were nice. I even saw them help another customer install her new wiper blades. Recommended place in the area for auto parts. Even better if you order online and pickup in store because there might be sales or discount codes available.

I was in need of some new windshield wiper blade s and I received the best service by a gentleman named George. George removed my old wiper s, he educated me on my options for replacement blade s, he helped me make a selection, and then he installed my wiper blade s for me. I m very happy with my service at this auto store, because I ve been to other stores where I did not receive this level of service from them.

Went to another store they told me I need a battery advance check the battery still good for their honesty I go out of my way to shop today I was going to buy lithium spray for my garage door told me to get the silicone spray great people Telegraph and m 59

Good place for parts. They don't have everything but they do have a lot. They can order some things. Be patient, some people are new. They are trying to get you the right part, despite what it might seem. Remember, they are not mechanics, they sell the parts. They don't usually do repairs of any kind.They do not make keys, ever.

Vary rude employee I have several commercial accounts and I would never considered using this location as a commercial store. Need to do some customer service training. I also inquired in the hardware that is optional when purchasing brakes and was told "if is on the car still your all good". Hardware should be replaced each brake change to ensure smooth performance. Also 46.00 for the cheapest pads autozone sells them for 30.00.

The location is good its easy to pull in and out of with exits on to telegraph rd and m59 if you drive through the lot. I ordered parts online and picked them up in 30 min so they watch their orders. then when I left there I left a part on the counter so they called me to let me know. I would say the service was great

Needed a battery went to the store and the manager said no problem will replace it, but need order it. Came back when the battery got there the employee Aron refused to replace the battery even though another employee said it was a standard replacement. Why pay premium to Advanced if they dont replace it. Took me 20 minutes at home when I got tools.

Wonderful customer service. Great man, George tried to change a bulb in my taillight. It was freezing cold out and he was having trouble, so he called a buddy to help me. Highly recommend this place.

Super helpful! I've gone in a few times for different thing and they are helpful, don't mansplain, and offered good direction. They've cleared the code on my check engine like twice and helped me understand the basics of the code. Thankful for all their help!

I frequent this store regularly. Today, store employee Aaron (see photo of him I uploaded on this page) waited on an African American gentleman, Darrell, prior to waiting on me. Darrell, a very polite gentleman, did not have the neccessary info about the vehicle for Aaron to help him. While Darrell called his friend for more vehicle info, Aaron motioned for me to come up to the counter and said to me, "I hope you at least know what color your car is." This was within earshot of Darrell. I am not a minority. If I had been I'm sure Aaron wouldn't have made the jab at Darrell. I told Aaron to apologize to Darrell but he refused. As I write this review in the parking lot Darrell is in his car next to mine on the phone with Advance Auto Parts corporate headquarters. It will be interesting to see if Aaron still has a job. If he is there when I return I won't buy from Advance Auto Parts again.

Quick helpful service. Please make sure your credit/debit card provider sends you text messages soon after you make a purchase. On two separate occasions, the first time I run the card it fails as if it doesn't send a request to the bank or card provider (as if they lose internet connectivity in the middle of the card transaction. And luckily I received texts about 1 minute after the first time, when it claims it fails, and I'll receive that text just as I would run my card the 2nd time.Then I'd have to ask for a refund on the 2nd attempt and show them that my card was successfully charged twice.Otherwise you'll have to come back at another time when you have a bank statement. So make sure you have text alerts on when you buy from here.
