Acme auto parts out of Pontiac,Mi hands down the best auto parts store for used and new parts... I came from downtown Detroit and the drive was worth it. They have professional customer service and the staff went above and beyond to help me. I needed a special part which is not normally sold by junkyards or auto part stores, they made sure I got it... Saved me over 1k....! The best

Joe helped me find a motor for my truck. These guys are top notch. You can definitely buy with confidence. They went out of way to help me. Had couple issues and they didn't hesitate to step up and make everything right. 100% recommend to everyone. Thanks

Bought an abs module here and when my mechanic shop tried to install the part, it was dead and not working. They opened it up trying to make it work, but was not salvageable. $180 in labor of wasted time due to being sold a bad part. Took it back and was charged 25% for the screws being out. Screws wouldn t have been taken out to try to fix if you guys didn t sell customers bad parts advertised as good costing me time and money. Hope the 25% was worth the bad review.-In response to your response. I can understand how bad parts get sold accidentally, but making me fight for a refund on a bad part? Then trying to make me feel like I m lucky you re only charging me 25%. That s not how other yards treat their customers and I m leaving the review to let others know what they can expect from you guys. Again, I hope strong arming for 25% was worth the bad review.In response to your second misleading response. The part was not returned in pieces, it was returned with 4 screws taken out after trying to fix. Your misleading response only confirms the bad customer service that customers will receive causing me to leave the bad review in the first place. Don t believe their claim that I returned the part in pieces. If that were the case I wouldn t be triggered enough to take the time to leave a bad review.

Didn't have Dodge Caravan rim: referred me to local tire repair down street. Saab 2007 9-3t wheel hub w speed sensor; new- saved me $90! JR great customer service and Dylan is an auto encyclopedia. Very pleased

Amazing place good prices and warranty. Came today thought I was going to pay for another battery and they gave me another one under warranty it was a few days pass the date and they still helped me out thank you so much. Highly recommend!

I bought a used headlight for a 2007 Chrysler T&C 119 wheel base a couple of weeks ago. It looked pretty foggy (which I was warned of) but decided to take a chance on it and spent the $53. When I received it I had to have a yard guy drill out the bolts that were sheared off upon removal and stuck in the housing. unfortunately after replacing two bulbs at $15 each I decided to buy a brand new headlight online for $70 including both new bulbs and shipping. I spoke with two people about the return policy and 30 day warranty prior to buying the headlight and then another person on the phone before returning. Everything was clear, Full refund within 30 days , I even explained the headlight and the circumstances. When my partner arrived at the store to return the headlight within the 30 days he was given the third degree and then told about the actual warranty. Apparently there is a 25% RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL NON-MECHANICAL PARTS. funny because I thought a headlight with wired elements that connect to your car would be considered mechanical, but never the less, even through all my questioning and explaining nothing was ever mentioned to me. I only got back $37 and lost $16 plus headlights purchased on the deal. My main issue is the lack of transparency and the way things were handled. They even gave me a hard time for not having the burnt out bulb in the housing when it was returned. I tried to support a local business but do yourself a favor and skip all this nonsense.
