Wear Master of Plymouth is genuinely the best mechanic shop I ve been to. Between fixes on two of our vehicles, they ve not only offered the best prices compared to nearby places, but also faster service time. I truly appreciate all their help with everything!

I have been coming to this shop for almost 15 years, and I drive from New Hudson for them to work on my cars. This most recent time, the work done was promised in a day, and it was done in a day. The prices are reasonable and the shop is trustworthy. I appreciate having a shop I can trust to work on my cars.

I recently had a major steering problem and took it to multiple places with no luck finding it, then I went to Nick at Wearmaster. They found the problem immediately and also recommended new struts and did an excellent job repairing the van. It rides and handles like new at 100k miles. He also found several other things that needed attention that other places did incorrectly and took care of them, and they really want to get the car right for you and explain everything that was done and why.Service: Steering & suspension replacement

I ve had bad luck with dishonest auto shops in the past but wear master is extremely trustworthy and reliable. Nick got me in within a day and fixed my front and rear brakes. He even took the time to show me my old brakes and how worn down they were when I picked my car up. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an auto shop in the plymouth area.Service: Brakes

Look no further if you are looking for a wonderful place to take your car! Nick was friendly, timely, fair, genuine, and great at communicating our needed repairs. My husband and I brought our car to the shop for major repairs in the morning and had it back the same day. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with any type of store. Brought 3 cars to Nick to fix. Talked a good talk. Thought they knew what they were doing. First car couldn't balance wheels or do alignment. Second one, after brakes were done rattled, the car rattled every time it went over any type of bump in the road. Last one I ordered snow tires and rims and waited 2 months. Never received them. Kept giving me excuses. I finally asked for a refund. Nick took my card put it through his machine and showed me a refund. Weeks later when I checked my statement there was no refund at all. Total cheat. I had to call the credit card company and dispute the charges. Go to them only if you enjoy having your time wasted, cars destroyed, and money stole. You have been warned.

We've brought our mini-van there twice now, and both times Nick has taken great care of us. Good prices, good service, and most of all - trustworthy. Nick took the time to explain everything he did and why, and also told us what didn't need to be done and why. I went to Wear Master back in May for the 1st time . Didn't realize how bad of a shape my vehicle was in ( Due to my get in and go and lack of upkeep) but I left out riding with peace of mind and satisfaction.Nick was awesome with his quality of service . I'd highly recommend seeing Nick when you need work done. Courteous, professional , quality service all the way.

Nick was super friendly and helpful. I requested an appointment and got in same day. That never happens anymore! He found some concerns with my car that I didn t know about and offered to fix them right away. Part of the parts ordered were for a FWD vehicle not AWD and due to the delay Nick cut a large chunk off of my bill. That s customer service. He made sure to explain any concerns and questions I had. Nick at Wear Master was incredibly helpful in diagnosing and replacing the 4 catalytic converters on my 2005 Ford Five Hundred. At one point or another, I think most people have had to search for a auto repair business they can trust. Someone that does good work and charges a fair price. I tried Wear Master of Plymouth for the first time yesterday and after this one experience I think I may have found that trustworthy business. I dropped my vehicle off to be diagnosed at noon. An hour later they called with a list of items that needed to be replaced and the cost of those repairs. The work was completed by 4:30 the same day. The cost was also less than I anticipated when I brought it in. If this is what service is like every time, I don't think I need to go anywhere else.Services: Steering & suspension replacement, Auto brake repair

Quick, friendly and knowledgeable service. Nick knows his vehicles. He even called after the work was done to check to see if the car was running well. My only complaint, is that my car smelled of smoke for many days after service.
