Super friendly and informative staff. Felt like apart of their work family. Lol never been excited to go back to get my car fixed . We shared laughs and jokes. As a woman I didn t feel taken advantage of with my lack of knowledge of my car. They just gave me the information that I needed and everything. Super great place. Highly recommend.

Great service, knowledgeable technicians. Completed service and showed me everything they were doing and had done. In and out pretty quick. Nice to be able to just drive down the street and get service when it is convenient for my schedule.

Both mechanics were super friendly. I brought in 2 cars today. One high mileage, 1 low mileage both taking care of properly shop was clean. Everything was fast I'm very satisfied....

Matt and Caleb were friendly, efficient, and did a great job explaining the services available and what they were doing to my car. This place is right down the street from my house and I m happy to continue going back, which is saying a lot since I typically dread getting my car s oil changed.

Friendly staff not pushy on extras but simple tips and advice if you don t want something they don t do it but they help you in understanding what your vehicle needs at the time of service to prolong its life

I was able to obtain an oil change right away, without waiting or leaving my car. Service technician was knowledgeable and experienced. He explained what he was doing. The price reflects the convenience of obtaining service without an appointment or wait time.

Great service!!! It s great discussing my vehicle with another woman. ( This is why I went there in the 1 st place) but now I just go there because they are good and honest and don t try and push stuff on you to purchase. The guys there are also great. I had an expired coupon and they honored it for me saving me $20. Highly recommended!!! I pass several oil change shops but always go here!!!!

I turned to Quick Lane oil change after catching another quick lube service giving me a lesser oil than what I paid for. Told the manager at quick Lane that all we want as consumers is honesty! I will continue to go here as long as Quick Lane is honest with me and gives me the service I pay for!

Love the part of this having a first-come first-serve drive thru. They brought up some really good points during my oil change which was not in a very state!Really quick and prompt, to the point service.Highly recommend

nice people, but they recently raised the price on a basic oil change. It was around $55, a bit too pricey in my opinion considering other places charge less and they used to charge $40. good experience but probably won t be coming back due to how expensive it was.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Would not honor 20% email coupon after acknowledging at check in. Jazzy forgot to apply and stated I can t do anything about it after the credit card is processed. Constantly trying to up-charge for products and services.Took my second car to a second place down the street and didn t have the same experiences as here. .Service: Oil change

Staff was super friendly and they were able to pin point an air filter issue made by a technician at a different location (not a victory lane shop). I really appreciated the attention to detail and the chill friendly vibes.

The people at the Victory Lane were very courteous, friendly, patient and helpful. Brian, answered every question I had, regarding my oil change and oil problem of being ( very low ). I got new wipers front and back, which were the kind I was hoping to find as well. He told me to come back in a week or two, to make sure all was okay with the oil. He said to come in anytime with questions or needs. With all I needed, I was done and pulled out of there pretty quickly.Service: Oil change

I went here to get some easy maintenance done on my vehicle. I believe the manger was off during my visit. It seemed like the employees were somewhat new and catty towards each other. All around my experience was pretty good. Glad I wasn t the one working on my vehicle during these cold winter months. Hats off to these guys. They did a good job.Service: Battery

Everything was fine until it came to the 3% upcharge for using credit. I don't condone any business that does this so they are no exception. Figure out what your cost of business is and include that in your price. Period. But you can't go to any fast oil change without them trying to get you with some hidden or shady up charge. This place uses this up charge. Other than that it's one of the more professional places around and at least you'll feel like you got quality service.

I pulled up and they opened the door and I drove right in and they guided me right over the pit. I rolled down my window and we discussed what services I needed and they got to work immediately while I sat in my car. Service was great - fastest oil change I ve ever had and great price too. Excellent service for a great price. Came in for an oil change and was quickly attended. The team ran a 21 point inspection without pressuring me to make any repairs even though my battery definitely needed replacing. Suggested that I replace it and even gave me a deal but gave me comfort of making that decision. I ended up going back a few days later to replace the battery and again was greeted with wonderful service and felt my car was in good hands.
