Jurgen's is a top notch automotive repair center. Accurate estimates, fantastic service and reasonably price is a hard combination to get anywhere these days regardless of industry but especially with automotive repair. Wouldn't think of taking my car anywhere else, neither should you.

Jurgen is the best around. I have been coming to him for work for years and tell everyone I know to see him. They are always grateful for my recommendation because Jurgen (and team) always delivers with reliable service. Now they only go to him. My parents used to drive down from Port Huron when they lived there because he's someone you can trust.

There is a reason why every car guy that I spoke to after moving to Michigan told me to go to Jurgen for any repairs. This shop is the only one that I feel confident to fix my car and do it right the first time. So far I took my car in for an axle, headlight swap, diagnostics of the origin of odd vibrations, and now a water pump.Jurgen is extremely fair and reasonable. You will get the best shop to do the work on your car for the best price. If a repair is not needed (like the vibration that I thought was coming from the front of my car), he will tell you so instead of try to make a quick buck at your expense. In this case I was told to just get new tires. Needless to say, the vibration went away right after I did that.Definitely recommend this shop, and will only be taking my cars here as long as I live in Michigan.

I usually don't write reviews but in this case I am compelled. If you need some work done I'd recommend Jurgen without giving a second thought. He is honest and does the job right. I know more recommendations like these mean that I will have to wait longer to get service but I'd be happy for him to get the business.I just bought a used 2017 Mazda CX 5 and a couple of weeks later the bolt for the serpentine belt tensioner broke instead the engine block. I took it to one mechanic who kept it a week but because the location was not very accessible couldn't do the job.I took it to Jurgen and he told me that he was backed up for two week and couldn't start. I appreciated the transparency. When he got to it he fixed in a day. He also doesn't charge you an arm and a leg for his services that many other do.

If you're looking for an autoshop in Plymouth, look no further! Jurgen, the owner, is an incredible guy and his crew gets the work done very quickly. I was looking for a new mechanic in the area to take care of a job. After calling 8 places, Jurgen gave me the most reasonable quote and paired with his reviews I gave them a try. They made it really easy to schedule, drop off the car and he was always honest about the timing of the job. They took care of the car as if it was their car and going forward, I won't be going anywhere else. Also, he ended up charging me less than the quote! Who does that? 10/10 experience.

My friend suggested that I go to this repair shop as he had been there. Yesterday I drove one hour to change my 2016 Honda Odyssey timing belt and trans fluid and brake fluid.It was a good experience. Nice and quality serve and affordable price. I also had an interesting talk with manager's father in the morning before the works started. Plymouth downtown is very beautiful. Thank you.Service: Transmission

I have multiple Multiple Mercedes Benz's and all are serviced Here. They provide outstanding Customer Service plus great knowledge of the vehicles for me as well as everyone else I meet there. The Mechanics are great Customer Service people too, in addition to providing excellent diagnosis and Repairs. I have been a frequent customer since they came to town and always been happy with the total outcome. I would highly recommend them to anyone and rate them a 5 +!! It's a family atmosphere here. Since I started going here for my auto service, I ve never gone anywhere else. Honest and quick service. I ve literally asked them to fix whatever it needs and while that s a prime chance to add on services for more $$, he always tells me what needs to be done vs what doesn t. If a dealer gives me a list of needed service, I always go here for a second opinion, and always find out the dealer was overstating the problems. There s a reason why they have 4.9 star average with 250+ reviews. My a/c went out last year and now decided to get it fixed. We ve charged it a few time which would work but only for a few weeks. We ve asked around for quotes on a dye test but the average asking price was about $200-300. My fianc� found Jurgens auto on Google and wanted to give them a try as they quoted us about half for the dye test. We also want to give small businesses as much business as possible. He couldn t find anything through the dye test and got it to blow cold air but advised us to bring it back if it doesn t work. Two weeks later we called and told him it wasn t working anymore. He got us in last week to look at the car, found the issue, and needed to find the part to give us a price to fix it. We called and asked around for quotes as well since driving there was a bit of a drive too. We went to go get my car since he couldn t fix it that day and quoted us again for a price that we couldn t pass up! He got us in Friday morning and had it fixed a few hours later! Any car issues I have I m bringing it here! Jurgens went above and beyond taking care of me and answering any questions myself or my fianc� had. Thank you so much for helping me out! I have a reliable mechanic now!!

Driving home on 94 and heard a loud clanking noise coming from my wife s car. Pulled off and found Jurgens shop. Very honest and transparent about work needing done and everything was done in a timely matter with affordable costs. Very happy with my experience here and will definitely recommend to anyone needing a mechanic they can trust.

Jurgen has been my go to mechanic for well over 12 years. I work on my cars most of the time, but any time there's been a project that was too advanced for me to take on, he's been there to help with quality work, great service, and great prices. He's honest and does a wonderful job, always going the extra mile to make sure you and your car are taken care of. Highly recommend!

Great mechanic with very fair prices and fast turn around time. Have been here a couple times, and Jurgen is the only one around that I trust with my Honda S2000. If you have an S2000 or NSX, you definitely want to check Jurgen's out.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

I had driven by Jurgen s a few times after moving to the area. When my windshield washer fluid stopped spraying, I looked up the business on Google. I saw it had great reviews and serviced foreign cars (Volvo), so I took my car there. I dropped it off in the morning when the shop opened and had it back before noon. The pricing was very reasonable and both Jurgen and his father George were very personable and professional. The windshield spray nozzles are working great again (hose/tubing issue). I will definitely return in the future if I need anything else. Thanks!

I got my tires done a few years ago before they moved to Plymouth. And one day later my truck was leaking oil and my ac went out. Took it to a different shop and they said Jergens loosened a bunch of oil pan bolts and my ac lines. Do not use this shop. Avoid it at all costs. I have a special vehicle that many "fast & furious" fans covet. Having lost my Honda mechanic, I searched blogs & ask many others. Jurgen is universally admired. I've never left sight of this car, yet after he assured me he understood my passion I believed I was in supremely confident hands. He performed complete fluid changes and replaced my drive belt. Waiting for me to return (yes,it left my eyesight) he asked permission to drive it with me. Those skilled hands silkily threaded the 6 gears as the track driver he is. Jurgen's Auto Repair restored my toy & trust in enjoying the rev's, 50/50 weight distribution & competent care that inspires tossable grins. This is a great local shop, capable of precision work.

Roadswyft towing in Livonia tore off my muffler and denied responsibility. I took my car to Midas on Ann Arbor Rd and they quoted me $1627 to fix it. I took it to Jurgen's and they welded it for $80. I had an overheating problem on my f150 for over a year. I spent an untold amount of hours and money trying to fix this problem by taking this to other mechanics. I drove 65 miles to Plymouth to have Jurgen take a crack at it on a suggestion from a friend. Jurgen had it fixed in a couple days and way under budget.

We went to 6 different auto-part stores / shops today looking for help in getting our work truck fixed. All of the stores and shops were either not at all helpful or were trying to sell us way more than we needed. On our way back to work, we stopped into Jurgen's who was very friendly and helpful. Jurgen was able to get us exactly what we needed at a fair price, while everyone else seemingly couldn't. I had not been familiar with Jurgen's business prior to this, but I will definitely be returning if I need additional auto help in the future.
