I was in the area for a work meeting and found myself with a flat tire that needed patching. As I drive a new vehicle I wanted to make sure I took it to a Jeep Dealer and found myself at Fox Hills. Their service was quick and got me back on the road to get back home to the west side of the state. I'm thankful they were able to take a drop in visit and take care of my vehicle, they even gave it a quick wash before returning it to me which was an appreciated bonus given that my car had been snow/salt covered from the weeks weather. Would recommend if you live in this area!

I can't say enough great words for the staff at Fox. I have gone to a few Chrysler dealerships and have never been satisfied with them. Went to Fox and what a surprise. From my first phone call until I picked up my car, the staff has been awesome. So pleased with everything they had done to my car. They even call me a few days later to see if I was satisfied the work they did. This will definitely be my dealership of choice in the future.Highly recommend them to everyone.

All they care about is making sales and earning money. Their bottom line does not have your well being in mind. I ve been a customer for many years and I will never return. I had a Cherokee that had a check engine light come on the only solutions offered to me were to pay out of pocket for a rental for a couple weeks or break my lease and start a new one. Here I am driving a piece of junk compass at an astronomical price point. They screwed me over and they will screw you over too.

Stopped in for an oil change. I found that the staff led by Travis in the service department did an amazing job. They were quick. The price was very fair. And they even ran my car through a carwash at the end. I would highly recommend using Fox Hills Chrysler Jeep for your service needs. I did call ahead. I would recommend you do that as well. Great place!!!

Needed an oil change while traveling and Fox Hills was able to accommodate my needs! Clean inside/out. Friendly service that did their best to get me in and out without delay or having to leave my vehicle with them for hours or all day!

My first experience here was amazing. I called to make an appointment for a recall on my car. They answered the phone quickly and were able to schedule me within the next few days. When I arrived, the staff were friendly and organized and estimated the work would take 1.5 hours. They finished in almost exactly that amount of time and everything was well taken care of. I worked in the waiting room during this time and was pleasantly surprised to find a phone charger, a coffee and hot chocolate station with liquid cream, a kids room with toys, and a kids changing table in the bathroom. I will absolutely return here again and was so pleased with my experience!

I want to thank the entire team at Fox Hills Chrysler Jeep Plymouth. From when I first walked in, seeing owner, Jim, sitting up front and his son, Nick nextdoor, they truly made and make you feel like family. You don't find that anymore. You don't. This is a good business, that helped me drive off the lot with a brand new 2023 Jeep! It was thrilling. Debbie, Harry and their entire team were beyond patient, respectful and helpful in the entire process. I can't recommend this local business enough and using those sales assistants help.

Amazing people, bought a lease through Bilal and it was a smooth, quick and clear process. Bilal and Anwar are the best around. These guys know what theyre doing. Bilal doesn't want to just sell you a car and get you out the door, he makes sure youre getting what you want and like, in which he always exceeds my expectations. They went above and beyond what I asked from them. Bilal gave me an amazing vehicle!!

Took car in for a diagnosis for service repair. The manager was quite rude and lacked customer service care. Ultimately picked up the car to get another opinion and upon arrival, manager did not acknowledge us and was clearly ignoring us. Once our car was looked at by another dealer, 5 minutes within picking it up, my battery was mysteriously drained and died, ultimately leading us to have to buy a new battery. Would not recommend taking your car here for care

I had a great experience with Fox Hills Service Team. My normal dealership could not get me in for maintenance for 12 weeks. I explained the situation to the Manager. He got me in within 2 business days. They provided me with phone updates throughout the weekend and I was back on the road by Monday. You made the process easy. I will be working with fox hills again. Great work!!! :)

Bought a Grand Cherokee L here. Purchasing was a good experience, but the service department needs help. Booked an appointment through their chat online, showed up on time, told it doesn't exist. Then a guy chirps in, basically claiming I was lying. Continued service is how to retain business. After my 3 free oil changes, I won't be returning.

Ms. Rebbeca and the servicing tech team are top notch! I'm personally grateful for their diligence, acts of kindness, and advocacy on my behalf for me to get the services that I was entitled to through my extended warranty. I am highly thankful for their thorough customer service. I truly recommend the servicing team at Fox Hills and I tank you all once again.

Walked in, was greeted by the owner who was very friendly. Got introduced to the sales manager Nick and my salesman Daniel, both very helpful and friendly. I left that day with the perfect Jeep; the dealer had added some options themselves and it was an amazing choice, definitely made the Jeep look so much better. Everyone, including salesmen that weren't working with my purchase were helpful and answered questions. As I was leaving, everyone was congratulating me and seemed to be generally happy for me. They didn't just get their sale and wave me out the door. I have no worries about coming here for future service and maintenance. Great experience, can't recommend Fox Hills enough!

Great experience, great service, great follow through. I didn t have my Jeep Wave showing up in their system. No problem, you re good to go. They were going to let me take my Jeep and submit for reimbursement. The other guys wouldn t even touch my Jeep without verifying I had it first! Thank you Travis! Thank you Fox Hills. Wish I purchased my Jeeps here.

HORRIBLE PLACE! Please do not take your car here for services! My car was at this place since February and everytime I was told my car was finished and ready to be picked up, I immediately had to take it back because it had the same problem that it was brought in for. However, each time, there was a new excuse as to why the car was not functioning properly.Originally the dashboard gave an message saying, Immediate Air Suspension Repair Required, along with my vehicle height sitting extremely low. Upon bringing my vehicle to Fox Hill, I was told that the air suspension system had failed. My quoted price for a dealership part alone was $2,200 plus $500 for labor. Although one of the service advisors suggested that I buy a brand new part from a very reputable site and it saved me $500. I purchased the part and it was fixed to my knowledge. However 23 days later the same problem happened again. At this time (End of March 2022), I was told that the air suspension was still working properly however now I needed struts. I proceeded to get the manger involved because this may have been something that could ve been caught sooner. However, I complied and paid for the repairs which was a little over $1,000 with parts and labor. But to my surprise, immediately after paying, I went to the parking lot and and started my vehicle. Only to see the same message on the dashboard and the car still sitting low as it was when previously brought in.The advisor took my car back in and said that a technician would take another look the following day. My payment was not fully or partially refunded for this even though my car was not fixed.2 month into diagnosis later, I had to rent a car from them for $35 per day because I had gone 2 months with no vehicle. But after having the car for 2 and a half weeks, I received a call saying that the rental needed to be returned as soon as possible because it is being sold. I then returned the rental car to Fox Hill and was not given an alternative even though it was taking them an innumerable amount of time to figure out the issues my car was having. Finally, they decided to replace the module and the air compressor again. I was told that this was definitely the cause. I then paid $1,600 for the module and labor for the module and air suspension repair(air compressor part was under warranty. Labor was not covered). However after driving home, I saw the same message, Immediate Air Suspension Repair Required. I was completely and utterly disappointed. I took the car back to Fox Hills the following morning and I was told the repairs would be free because they wanted to get my car back on the road.Weeks later I was told the module was replaced and the issue wasn t fixed. Until finally, the service manger called and said that a new compressor was needed. This time I let them use their dealership part( I also spoke to Mopar and they said the website for the initial part, was new and should work fine). The manager himself couldn t explain why these parts were going bad even after stating himself that these parts from the website came new and the exact same as their dealership parts. After a week not hearing about the status of my car, I called and was told that they had forgotten about my car and they were going to begin working on it. A few days later I received a call saying the car was ready however the cause of the problem is a button on the ride Heights controls. According to Fox Hill, the button was stuck and it caused the air suspension to go out. After $5,000 in labor with Fox Hill, thousands spent on parts, and 3 months with no car I was told there was a button that cost $500 to replace, was the culprit of all of these issues. This could have been found sooner if there were more skill full technicians. This place is greedy. I have both school and work but have needed to rely on family for transportation. It saddens me that even the owner had no remorse for how a loyal customer was treated. This place failed to take responsibility and accountability for their actions and mistakes.

I called and spoke with salesman Tom Gackle. I asked him the condition of a 2019 Jeep Compass. I even asked him to get the keys walk out to the car and describe the condition inside and out. Pictures can be very deceiving and I live 8 hours away. He told me that if he parked a brand new one beside it that I wouldn t be able to tell them apart. ( His exact words) I thought this must be a nice used vehicle so I wired the money to the dealership and drove 8 hours one way to pick the vehicle up. When I finally got there the vehicle had severe scratches to paint and trim from front door to rear hatch on BOTH sides. I couldn t tell it in pics at all. 2 wheels had been curbed so bad literally small chucks were grinded out of the alloy wheels. The dash board had a 1/2 wide scratch all the way down the center to the backup camera screen. The plastic hatch cover on the inside had a big hole knocked in it where an access cover is. The vehicle was not as described and cost me to miss 2 days work and over $400.00 in gas and motel expenses.I called and asked for a manager to call me back to discuss this and no one has returned my call yet. So please beware I wouldn t buy unless you live close by and can look at vehicle for yourself..

Poor customer service. Left several messages with their sales staff with no reply. Finally spoke to the sales manager and made an offer on a used vehicle to Nick, sales manager/owners son and he was so rude and basically said there is no reason to talk. This was after I inquired about a new car that was on the website that he said was sold, 2 weeks later it is still on the website and still in the lot. I have bought 3 cars from these guys in the past and it is clear there management is running customers out. Very disappointing, I try to be loyal but they made it impossible with their rudeness. I will never again go to this dealer.

I have been checking several dealers for a nice used car. Some dealers seemed interested, others didn't care less. However, I discovered that Fox Hills was back in business and I had great experiences with them in the past (to the tune of 6 cars). Well, I'm glad I'm back. They treated me very professionally. Ryan Edwards (Used Cars) let me check several and even took a few on test drives. And when it came time to close the deal, it was simple and easy. No pushy sales approach. They explained the facts and options available and I was free to choose. I'm glad I'm back and when my next lease is up (end of 2017), I know where I am going to go back to. Thanks guys for the great used car!

One of the best car-buying experiences I've ever had. Knowledgeable and helpful with a refreshing absence of strong-arm add-on sales tactics. The owner is often on the sales floor so you'll get none of the usual "you have to talk to my manager before you can leave" nonsense - you're probably already talking to him.Highly recommended.

I just had THE best auto lease experience with Fox Hills Chrysler Jeep! That s saying a lot since I ve been purchasing/leasing vehicles for over 30 years. My sales person, Tony Pizii, was superb, I spent about an hour with him on Saturday afternoon, he listened to my needs and efficiently laid out my options. Once I decided what vehicle I wanted he worked hard to get the numbers to work for me. When I arrived Monday evening he had everything ready and waiting for me, and I probably spent only a total of 15 minutes with Dave (also very efficient) in finance to sign the paperwork. In my previous experiences, leasing or purchasing a new vehicle meant hours, I mean hours, at the dealership. I still can t believe how quick and easy they made entire process for me! I don t think I will ever go to another dealership again! As far as service goes, my sister, who purchased from them about 3 years ago, has nothing but praise for the service department too!

Worst experience. Overcharged, took a day longer. Engine light was on when I picked it up. It was not on when I dropped it off. Steer clear. Scott (the manager) hung up on me. His solution was to bring it back in so he could take another swing at it. Trust your car elsewhere.

Can't say enough great things about the service department at Fox Hills Chrysler / Jeep. I brought my Ram 1500 in for recall service today, and when I discovered the recall service would take longer than I had expected, I was offered a free loaner vehicle. On top of that, the service was still completed quickly. Always professional, courteous staff, great technicians and competitive service prices. Highly recommended.

Just stopped in to Fox Hills for the first time today to turn my lease in and they already won me over the for my next lease. Nick was very courteous, respectful, and willing to help you out as much as possible. I ve been to many dealers and this is one of the few times I ve actually been treated with respect where it wasn t an inconvenience to have someone help you.I also have family that leased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from here and they spoke very highly of the service and treatment. Now I know what they meant! Definitely recommend Fox Hills to anyone in the market for a new car/SUV!

I thought the experience here would be better than the Jeep dealership down the street but I was utterly disappointed. Long story short, I took my running very well car in to get the start/stop service light off and a month later I've been charged $500 for an issue that still exist as well as my car currently no longer starts. I literally had it towed somewhere to fix what they couldn't. Needless to say I'll never go back there again. The best thing they have going for them is Jordan and she's not even a mechanic.Update: after I picked my car up from a body shop that got it running after I had to get it towed from fox hill, they told me that my starter was broken. Fox hill tried to charge me $1300 to fix it and said that it looked old. They didn't know that it was brand new cause I had just gotten a new motor put into my vehicle. The body shop that fixed it was the same shop that put my motor in. When the owner of fox hill tried to tell me that it was broken when they got my car, I knew right then they were a joke and would never get anymore of my business.

I had been shopping for a Grand Cherokee for a while. Most of the dealerships in all of SE Michigan didn't have the trim and package I was looking for. A friend of mine recommend Fox Hills and I could not be more happy. I received the car I wanted right away and had a great time working with Nick, Jim and Tony for the purchase. Highly recommended!

Talk to Dan K on the phone. He told my husband and I on speaker phone the dealership would purchase my vehicle, so we drove a half hour to get there and he told us they would give us $1,500 towards a new purchase. When originally Dan told us they would purchase the vehicle for $5,000 over amount owed and no new purchase was needed. I asked to talk to Sales Manager Nick (owners son,) he called us liars, yelled at us, and told us we were making it up that no dealership would agree to purchase a vehicle over the phone. Dan said right in front of Nick that he had called me back when I didn t answer he left me a voicemail that he could not purchase the vehicle so I pulled out my cell phone shown Nick that I had no missed calls or voicemail at all let alone from Dan proving Dan is a liar and Nick still was loud and refused to listen us. At this point it s not about the sale of the vehicle it s about how they treat people. So we left went down the road and sold the vehicle for exactly what Dan had originally offered us. I called Nick back to let him know he again yelled at me that I was putting him down and hung up on me. BE SMART GO SOMEWHERE OTHER THEN FOX HILL JEEP PLYMOUTH MI!

We originally rated this place a 4 star. We have taken my girlfriend s Jeep here multiple times without issues for oil changes and wheel alignments. We called and scheduled our oil change. They stated it would cost 55 dollars plus tax for synthetic oil and and an oil filter. After the service was completed, the bill came up to approximately 68 dollars. We felt like they tried to sneak in extra fees. It was only an extra 10 dollars, but it was it s the principle of the thing. They ultimately charged us 55 after we complained, but it should have never come to that. They lost us as a regular customer.
