They did a wonderful job fixing our 2011 Ford Flex. They were detail oriented and found and repaired additional unreported issues. My only constructive criticism is communication, even when it s bad news communicating with the customer is of the upmost importance. It took way longer to fix our vehicle than initially started because of the additional issues and the fact that technicians are specialized in different fields it had to get passed to several techs. They are in need of hiring techs here and explained that s the reason for the longer service times. More communication during the process of serving our car would have turned this into a five star review.

Brought in for a bad OTM.They called TWO WEEKS later to say that our OTM is bad . No further description, but we have to pay to get the keys back.Charged for nothing.Beware, most of the other reviews are for car sales or for easy stuff like recalls. Do not bring your car here for service. They get enough of the customers who are forced to come here by Ford that they don t need to care about you or your car.

It was a snow storm when I dropped off my car for new tires. I got a ride home from a friend and the snow was still coming down. When my car was ready The shuttle was not working due to the storm. David had one his men bring my car to me. Thank you to Blackwell Ford and David for this. I definitely 100% recommend Blackwell Ford! Ask for David.

These guys are terrible, at least when it comes to repairs.The had my car for two and a half weeks...after telling me it would be 3-5 days... and never gave me a loaner. I understand that delays happen, I do. But not having a car for over half a month really screwed up my work and personal life.On top of that, I found out later that they likely charged me nearly double than what it it should have...and it was not cheap either way.'I went there out of geographic necessity, understanding dealers often charge more, but doubling a bill already in the thousands is ridiculous.NEVER GO HERE FOR REPAIRS!

Dealership on notice!!!!! Do not support this dealership. I got terrible service and can only imagine how many other people are being treated in similar ways. To start off, their communication with customers is subpar. Second, I paid over $5,000 for engine repairs (which they diagnosed), only to have my motor seize barely 2 months later. Was told it would be hundreds and hundreds just to tell me what broke. Dealership then wanted to charge me over $11,000 to fix the motor. Lol!! Things were not adding up and I definitely got taken advantage of. I m now stuck with vehicle with a dead engine after Blackwell Ford supposedly fixed my vehicle for $5,000! Find an alternative Ford dealership before giving this place any business.

Wow what an Amazing experience!! I am so happy that I was referred to Brent Dix at Blackwell Ford and now I know why! What a great person, he is so knowledgeable about the vehicles he is selling. His over 30 years of selling at the same dealerships shows and says a lot!! The process of purchasing my new Ford Truck was so easy and smooth from the beginning to the end. Such great communication and follow up, I was so impressed. Even after I told him that it was not necessary for him to go over the vehicle because I have already had the same truck, he insisted in showing me! I am so glad that he did!! He showed me things with the electronics that I NEVER knew these trucks were capable of!! Brent thank you so much for spending so much time with me, I truly appreciate it!!ScottP.S. I will never go to this dealership ever again. I made an appointment for 630 pm with my A-plan pin number to buy a new vehicle and everyone there was acting like they didn't know anything about me. When I asked for a business card from one of the salesmen he said NO! I was so shocked when he told me that and that really triggered me!!! The sales manager finally gave me his card but he wasn't happy about it. Long story short I am done with them after being a Ford owner of 25+ years. I've owned a 1996 Mustang GT, 1999 Cobra, 2009 Edge and 2012 Focus Titanium. I am now a proud owner of a 2022 Kia Forte GT. That Kia Feldman dealership treated me with the most respect and no one said NO to me. Here are a few pics of my new car I bought that same night.

I ll never buy another Ford or set foot in another Ford again!! The Worst Experience Ever. I ve had nothing but problems with my 2013 Ford Taurus. Dave O Leary In Service Is A Rude And Disrespectful Person. Tried to charge me $190 just to look at my car. I declined and went to The Chevy dealer and sold this horrible car. Lesson learned. How to fix a Ford Buy A Chevrolet!!! I do Not recommend this dealership or recommend buying a Ford. Stick To Chevrolet!!

Don t expect this dealership to be able to handle any difficult warranty repairs as they relate to Ford s buggy OTA updates. Mechanical fixes seem to be fine, but it s a nightmare getting appointments scheduled. I have never been offered a loaner vehicle or a shuttle unless Ford HQ forced Blackwell to offer one to me. Service advisor is basically a useless position here as they never seem to do anything useful. I do not intend to use the service department again.

I used Blackwell's service department twice. The first time I took it under warranty for a climate control issue and they didn't resolve it. The second time my issue was resolved but shortly after my car started leaking transmission fluid and the service repair had nothing to do with my transmission. For the transmission leak I took it to another shop and they found that the transmission drain plus was loose. Highly suspicious of Blackwell's service department.

I left a dealership after 9 years because there were constantly issues. I just did my first service with Blackwell, had the works done and a recall corrected. Super easy and convenient to work with. I will be going back to Blackwell for all my service needs!

Waited 2 weeks for Friday am apt. Dropped car off early...called end of day. Sorry, didn't even have time to test drive it...come back and leave car again another day.Sera Ford in Farmington got me in same day and gave free rental car. Didn't even care, just said "they got busy" Day wasted.

Update. Got a call from the service manager the day after this review went into the Ford system (which spawned this google review as well). He took ownership, admitted the mistakes and said it would get better - he has only been there since earlier this year. There is hope for this dealership, which is good as it is nearby! I will move it to 2 stars from 1 based on optimism.Called for appt. Set 3 weeks out. Took car in. Told part needed and that they would get part in 3-5 days and get me right back in. A week later I haven't heard anything, so I call. Oh yah, parts in let's schedule you. Another 3 weeks out. Once problem was determined and part ordered, why wasn't I immediately scheduled for an appointment to minimize the wait? If for some reason the part took more than 3 weeks I could have been rescheduled. Meantime brake fluid continues to drip all over the driver s side footwell.Dropped my car off on Sunday night for a Monday 7:30 a.m. appt. 10 am the next day I haven't heard a thing. I call and they say oh yah we have your car. SOP is to call first thing.I am advised that they won't be able to get to my car until late in the week. I ask why I wasn't advised of this prior to bringing my car in. Told that the tech wasn't in due to personal reasons on Monday. It happens, but how does a one day 'outage' push my service 4-5 days out. They c/should have notified me in advance. They at least had the decency to bring my car back that day and pick up/return it for service later in the week.Not on dealership, but a leaky clutch slave cylinder at under 15k miles. Just terrible quality on a basic item, not some goofy electronic software issue. Now a recall with no fix for a brake warning light that may not come on if the brake fluid is low. Good thing the clutch slave cylinder got fixed since it was leaking...brake fluid.

Brilliant service from Amy and Cary, they were friendly and proactive in helping me buy my first vehicle in the USA after arriving here only 5wks ago. Due to their efforts I will be buying another FORD from Blackwell in the next few weeks. You cannot go wrong with them.

Service dept: Couldn't really OTS assist my issue ('09 Escape rear door latch won't open) told me it's a common problem with Escapes & it would be $$ to "look at it" but they are about 3 weeks out. But the Service Advisor, Dave Cleary, was pleasant and helpful.

Great service from Scott Merollis in helping me select and purchase a new Bronco. The Quick Lane service facility is also very efficient and time saving. I have used it many times for routine service and repairs.

I was looking for a 2023 Ford Bronco. Blackwell Ford had been recommended by my neighbor and my daughter because of their excellent buying experiences. I called Christine with my wish list of features. She quickly identified a vehicle on the lot and sent me pictures for my review. Within a couple hours, I was able to inspect the Bronco and test drive it. Christine arranged for the installation of a trailer hitch, wiring, brake controller and rock guards.Next step was to meet with the Finance Consultant, Derek. He went above and beyond my expectations to clear a hurdle with one of the credit bureaus to get a half point lower interest rate on my loan.I picked up my vehicle two days later and could not be happier.Thank you Christine and Derek.

My son's Ford Focus was towed to Blackwell for collision work because it was the closest Ford dealer to where is accident occurred (the tow operator suggested it). Unfortunately the vehicle sat in their parking lot unevaluated for an entire week with nothing done (not even an estimate). On day one we were told it would be a few days, but an entire week passed. Phone calls to check on status were not returned promptly or not returned at all.We finally contacted the insurance company and had it towed to a different Ford dealership.I understand that they might be busy and understaffed. Better communication could have helped and we might have not lost an entire week before we had the vehicle moved.

Definitely not coming back here ever again. I walk up to the front desk and was greeted by a lady with a mouth full of food that just started at me as if I was a bother to her. Then asked what I needed. As I asked for a sales associate for an appraisal on my possible trade in she got up and went to someone and they said they didn't want to work with me, as she asked another guy she told me to go see him, he was on his phone , didn't greet me, didn't ask my name, or even tell me his name. Looked at me as if I was a bother to him and basically said they didn't want to look at my car unless I was going to buy a new car. He said we're in the business of selling cars if I wanted to buy your car I'd simply go to auction and buy it. SUPER RUDE STAFFING.

Surprised they have bad reviews because didn't take long to remove mine.I guess they did lie to me such Tyrants even the problem solving guy even lied to me wow what a dealership.
