I had a fantastic experience with Auto Lab Complete Car! The team of auto mechanics here is top-notch. They provided exceptional service, diagnosing and fixing the issue with my car quickly and efficiently. They were transparent about the costs, and I felt like they genuinely cared about getting my vehicle back on the road in the best possible condition. The staff was courteous, professional, and took the time to explain the repairs in a way that was easy to understand. I highly recommend Auto Lab Complete for all your automotive needs. I would give zero stars if I could. Not only did they try to overcharge me by $600 by listing a part twice, but they also charged me a 4% credit card fee and DID NOT tell me they charge this during any part of my repair. Would have been nice to know up front so I could have planned to pay differently. I wonder if they only treat women this way or if this is how they treat all their customers. Either way, I am reporting them to the state and will look into the BBB. Avoid. Customer beware.

If I could give negative points, I would. I brought my car into their shop twice and neither time did they fix my original complaint. They fixed something else, charged a high price, and then said it was fixed when it wasn't.

Nobody wants to have car problems but the Auto Lab of Plymouth is best place to find the solutions. A1 customer service, the property is kept clean, and the mechanics are very efficient. I highly recommend this place and appreciate the work they ve done for me

If you drive a Tesla (or any other vehicle), this is the place to take your car. One of the few if not the only place in the area that accepted to change my tires on my Model Y. Very professional and experienced team. Excellent customer service, easy to book appointments, friendly staff. I'm a lvl 6 google reviewer with almost 1 million views, you can trust me on this one.

Left feeling like I got screwed. I wouldn't trust them with my vehicle. Charged $260.00 to diagnose my issue after insinuating if I bring it there they would look at it no charge (AAA discount). Charged $34.00/day for my car being in their lot while I made bought a new one, it wasn't there a week.Service: Vehicle InspectionService: Vehicle Inspection

The one in Plymouth is a ripoff! They replaced the AC compressor in August on my Dodge. They didn't tighten the pulley which caused the belt to wobble and the pulley to squeal horribly! A couple years before this, they screwed up installing 4 new struts! The new ones are noisy compared to my original equipment struts.

I would give zero starts if google allowed it. There is a reason that I was able to get in for a diagnostic and repair same day when all other shops were booked out two weeks. The man who works the front desk was very rude and abrupt when i called. When I walked in, he was on the phone and did not even look up to acknowledge me for quite some time, choosing to stare at his computer instead as he talked. Every interaction he had with me, and the other people I observed was treated like we were inconveniencing him.He said they needed to replace the bolts that held the part. We sat around waiting all afternoon for a call that never came. I became concerned that it was getting late in the day and so I called him and it was done. Who knows how long I would have waited if I hadn't chose to call him. When I picked it up, he didn't tell me that it wasn't in their parking lot. I wandered around in the 90' heat searching for it, eventually finding it on the side of the building out of sight. When i got home, my boyfriend checked and they didn't even repair the bolts that they initially said they would replace (and billed for a repair). I went home with the ones I came in with. Its not worth coming here. Bad service all around. I would wait for some of the reputable shops in the area if you are able to.

I love this auto shop everyone was nice they did great work explained everything I needed to know about my vehicle I didn t have to wait long for service and they were pretty quick I highly recommend coming here

Did a great job fixing my ac, and we're very reasonable with the price. Kept me informed every step of the way! Even text a couple days later to make sure everything was running smoothly. Highly recommend!!!

I wish google let me put less than one star. DO NOT GO there.I went last month because my AC was not working, they checked right away and they said a rubber tiny piece needs to be replaced and asked for over $300. I paid because who wants to drive with no AC. BTW, the piece they changed costs 0.10. I paid over 300 dollars for a piece that costs 10 cents. I went today because the AC only worked for couple of weeks. They checked it and told me " oh, the condenser needs to be replaced and I need to pay $699. So basically to fix an AC there you need to pay $1000 because they don't know how to diagnose issues.DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR to AUTo -LAB.Service: Air conditioning

I have recently been to the Auto-Lab Complete Car Care Center at Plymouth, MI. I did not have a good experience dealing with the people there. Talking to the customer care representative didn't given me enough confidence to continue taking services from this place.I went there recently to get an ABS light checked and have them look into a humming noise. I specifically told them that I needed these two things checked and a quote provided to me for these two things only, not anything else. I left my car there one day, and the next day, the rep. called me and gave me a quote (which was expensive) and mentioned that the work would take care of the two problems; I agreed to the repairs even though the quote seemed unreasonably expensive. A few hours later, the customer rep. calls me and tells me that the repairs are done, but they still experienced the humming noise I complained about, and that I had to pay additional to get that checked and fixed. At that point, I was wondering if the original set of repairs that I agreed to pay for were even necessary? I disagreed to additional repairs and paying additional. I lost confidence on this place. I went to the shop, came back disappointed with the car with an expensive bill and an unresolved problem that I wanted to get fixed in the first place.Talking to the customer rep., it seemed like he had no idea what was going on with the car. When I was questioning him, he stumbled multiple times on what was being done to the car, where and why, and how much for each activity, etc. This not only lowered my confidence, but also raised questions whether they are capable of fixing the problems my car has.I would not recommend this branch of Auto-Lab at all; I am not sure of other branches. They charged me $247 for each BR930777 Wheel Bearning and Hub Assembly, where each should a little over $120; I checked the price online too late. I hope you take this feedback into consideration before you engage with this place.Service: Brake service & repair

I have been a customer of Auto Lab in Plymouth for nearly 12 years...I had my 1999 Lincoln Town car serviced there for annual maintenance and Marc and Bret have done nothing short of taking not only care of my car but my son's car and close friends I have referred to them...Marc and Bret are very fair, competitive and knowledgeable in there work and price...furthermore, in most cases they will have your vehicle in and out the same day...(They also give you an opportunity for appointments) In 2020 I have finally purchased a new car for no reason other than I haven't had a new car for 20 years and when I let go of my 1999 Lincoln Town car with 336,565 miles it was running very well and I credit that to the service managers, mechanics and techs at Auto Lab in Plymouth. My daughter took her 2007 Honda Accord in for a flat tire and Auto Lab said the wheel was too damaged and needed to be REPLACED and quoted "around $500". When she picked it up the bill was $225 for a "wheel repair" plus $305 for new tire and alignment. Within a week it was flat again. This time she took it to Discount Tire and they rotated the wheel to the rear and replaced 2 tires for $400. Two months later and Discount Tire's repair is holding up fine. A few weeks later the air conditioner wasn't working and she took it to Auto Lab (I don't know why) and they said the condenser needed to be replaced ($1200). I recommended she take it somewhere else so she took it to American Auto Repair and they replaced a blown compressor evacuation fuse, recharged and tested for leaks ($170). Either Auto Lab is incompetent or they're fraudulent.Services: Tires, Air conditioning

Been using AutoLab for about 15 years now and have always been happy with their service. On a previous repair they went out of their way to to find a used transmission (6sp manual) for my car to help reduce repair costs.Another benefit is there is an Enterprise Car rental next door if you are like me and only have one vehicle.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Air conditioning

Got 5 General Grabber Tires to replace my older worn tires and full spare, Auto Lab installed replaces my old tires with no issues within one day and the results in drive quality are excellent. Staff was very knowledgeable, polite and to the point. Dropped me off at work and picked me up at the end of the day. Would high recommend this installer.Service: Tires

I've been a long time customer of Auto-Lab. Between my husband, daughter, friends, and myself we brought 6 cars in to have serviced there.Bret and Marc are very honest, trustworthy, highly skilled, friendly business men, and have the utmost professionalism and integrity. I have a successful business relationship with them, and I wouldn't go any where else.They take the time to explain things about your car for the work being done in a way that I'll understand. I can even see the parts that are removed and replaced with new ones. I really like how they explain the options of service that I, as the customer have the final say, and there is no pressure involved.I am always telling my friends about Bret and Marc at Auto-Lab and how I highly recommend them.Thank you for your excellent, outstanding service and business.

We've used Auto Lab on (3) different occasions and each time, I've been pleased. Marc and his staff do a great job and they don't talk down to you like so many other repair facilities. That's the reason I stopped going to the Canton Auto Lab and started going to the Plymouth Auto Lab. Getting a car repaired professionally is not cheap. Who really has time to shop repair prices. As long as our cars are repaired correctly, on time and we're treated with respect, we'll continue to have our vehicles serviced there.

Very nice people, honest, knowledgable and I was surprised how affordable and quick!They fixed my vehicle within 2 hours from the time they took it for a test drive, figured out the issue, ordered the part and had the vehicle ready for me to pick up.I will definitely use them again and refer to anyone I know looking for an auto repair shop.

I have been going to Auto Lab for about 5 yrs or more. I would not take my car anywhere else. The integrity and work done has always been great. Bret and Marc always take the time to explain what needs to be done (even let you know if you could probably wait another 6 mos or so for something - never had that happen before!!) Great people, great mechanics, always willing to go the extra mile to help someone. I appreciate them and their workers and would recommend anyone to go there. Great job all of you!!
