This is usually my go to oil place when I don t have time to mess with it myself. Today, March 27,2024 I showed up at 5:40, knowing they close at 6:00. There s a car in one of the bays. As I get closer I see both employees shaking their heads in disbelief, and the red bearded gentlemen came flying out the door to inform me they are closed and quickly locked the door (lol wanted me to know he meant business). It was obvious both workers were ready to call it a day. So do we close at 6:00 or whenever we feel like it? I ll take my business elsewhere.

i am going on a trip and am due for a oil change and wanted to get it done before my trip and i was in line and at 5:35 a man named justin came out to my car and said they were done for the day. i am unbelievably disappointed in this experience. they should have on their website that hours can be changed due to employees not wanting to work.

The prices are ok.The service is fine, but the guy helping me was smoking a cigarette while talking to me while I was in my car with all the oil around. That can't happen.

Was my first time going to a place like this. Unfortunately i wasn't taught many things about vehicles growing up so maintainance is something i am learning on my own. Took my car here 3 months ago to get an oil change and my boyfriend went to do my new oil change and the oil plug was so tight on he had to use an impact and then when we went to go put the new oil filter in we couldn t get the oil filter cap off bc it was so tight on they definitely tightened everything to tight so that you would have to go back to there shop definitely do not recommend going hereService: Oil change

Stopped today because I saw both bays were empty and figured it would only take a few minutes. A guy pulled in a couple minutes after me and they did his entire oil change before starting mine so I sat there for 20 mins with 2 crying kids in the car. That s poor customer service in my opinion. We won t be back and I ve been going there for 3 years now.Service: Oil change

Used off brand oil that we ve never heard of, did not check a single thing on the sheet claiming they did, only the oil, not sure if they even changed the filter never showed it to us. $106Not good service at allWe do not recommendService: Oil change

These guys go above and beyond EVERYTIME! I drive 30 minutes out of the way just to get my oil changed here because I know I can trust them. Always great customer service every time I ve been in. Seriously wouldn t go anywhere else for an oil change.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Worst customer service experience, did not show dip stick, and did not show filter until I asked him what should be done prior to the oil being refilled as to see the color and possible dirt build up I can't believe how rude and distasteful the upper "Dustin"was. Then prior to being let go he wanted me to sign off the receipt with the work on my commerical vehicle not being finished yet and almost didn't give me the money owed to me for change back. Once he tells me to start my vehicle he then tells me I look forward to reading your review. Dustin needs customer service training before your company gets a bad rep. I don't do well with open ended threats! Not happy!Service: Oil change

Technician may have damaged stem valve while filling up air in Right-Rear tire during oil change, I did not notice till halfway-home. The vehicle owner called back same day and there was no hesitation by Penzoil affiliates in recognizing the issue and solving it by having us bill them the cost from local auto shop of our choice. The auto shop fixed it for free and no need to bill Penzoil. I am Impressed by no hesitation or argument over stem valve issue. The oil change was very fast and as advertised; 10 minutes. Vehicle owner(s) will continue to have their (2) vehicles serviced at this location as they have done for years prior and more to come.Service: Oil change

Danny was professional and efficient. I believe he was the ONLY employee working. He was polite, didn't get frustrated when more vehicles pulled up, and took the time to explain the oil options to me. Will definitely be back.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

We have been getting our oil changed here for years. They are always very nice and we get a free car wash! Also you just sit in your car while they get the job done, so convenient!

Waited in a line for 15 minutes waiting for the bay to open. The employee then comes out and says they do not service Euro vehicles. I've always went to penzoil with this car. This is the first time at this location. Why did they make me wait 15 minutes just to tell me they can't service my vehicle. The older man with no teeth came out and told me they do not service Audi due to the plastic covers under the engine. I then told him I removed the plastic cover so it should be no problem. He didn't know what to say and just stammered then said we just don't do them they are too expensive. I pay $80 for an oil change every time at penzoil. Guess this location is not trained properly on how to service these cars or just lazy and didn't want to do a not so routine oil change. Either way I will not go back or recommend to anyone.

So happy with my most recent experience. They were very kind and thorough, and I actually got to see what they were doing and learn from them. They were incredibly patient, and didn't assume that I didn't know anything about cars because I'm a female. Very happy.

The guys who are (almost always) working there are fast and efficient. I have no complaints. The car wash is also one of my favorites. It is less expensive on Wednesdays ($4 carwash).

The short guy with glasses who is going bald is the most unprofessional person I've ever had to deal with. I've had both our vehicles in there for oil changes and have had good service UNLESS the bald guy is there. One too many smart a** remarks and couldn't turn a wrench if his life depended on it. Stripped my drain plug last time I was in there after he shouted "leaked on arrival". PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO ELSEWHERE!!!

Won't be going back here. I was asked if I wanted the regular oil change or the full service in which they check all the fluids, tire pressure, filters etc. I replied that I wanted the full service. They didn't check anything extra that I could see then told me they were done. I then asked about the extras they were supposed to check and they said "sure, we can check those". I watched them check a few things I specified, like the tires and air filter, but I am still not entirely sure they checked everything. When you are offering a full service option you should provide everything included in that service without the customer having to ask, item by item, to check things.

I waited 5-10 minutes for them to open the garage door. Greg and one other guy was nice [he was wearing jeans and a shirt, no uniform, really?]. The other guy that was there today yelled at me to turn off my car [I NEED YOU TO TURN OFF YOUR CAR!] if he would've treated me like a valued customer he would've asked me nicely. Almost all of them were eating pizza while they were working on my car, not cool. I understand it was lunch time but jeez take a break, don't eat in front of your customers. Wouldn't accept a coupon from my phone, said it had to be printed off. I did get a free car wash coupon which was nice. - one star for attitude, - another star for eating pizza while working.
