This used to be my go to for all my parts, it's really gone down hill have a few mistakes from lack of care on their end then I was given a hard time when I had to return the wrong parts. Turning into a Millennial run store with a Carefree attitude and no work ethic. I would avoid.

Best auto parts store I've ever had the luck to do business with. All employees are knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. The manager is especially knowledgeable, and cooperative.I highly recommend this business.

I pulled into the restaurant nearby when my belt smoked itself on my 87 Fiero. Turns out the tensioner had locked up and the belt had no tension. This orielys was in sight so i drove it there. Fred and Jake were working and when they found out they didnt have a tensioner or belt they called around to other stores looking for one. They lent me tools and i sprayed the tensioner and worked it back and forth and it came back to life. Then they got me a shorter belt for a non-a/c car and I was back on the road! I live almost 200 miles from this store so I would have been screwed if they hadn't have helped me. Its great to see people that know what they are talking about and are willing to help someone in need. Thanks again Fred and Jake, I was able to sleep in my bed tonight because of you guys.

The employees are knowledgeable and helpful. Dakota went above and beyond to help my son change his headlight, which included him removing the battery to get to the headlight. He also gave helpful advice for any other concerns we had. If I need any auto parts in the future I will return to this O'Reilly location.

O'Reilly Auto Parts is for certain items, is the best prices in the area!Drive 20 miles (round trip from home) and save $13.00! O'Reilly's works for me!

Fred is pretty knowledgeable... a little to talkative but still knows what's going on... for the must part I like oreillys because it has the cheapest prices and mostly everything I need for my diesel truck.. but all in all the staff is pretty knowledgeable unlike most part stores where people are there just for a paycheck. Plainwell oreillys is a good store.. sometimes the wait Is a little long because they all wanna chit chat have a 30 min convo about their sisters mother's brothers uncles niece sometimes irritating but once I walk out with my product for 100 bucks less than others I'm pretty satisfied

Always have what you need but remanufactured parts are questionable at best. 5 power steering pumps. Shafts all different sizes

My brother is a frequent customer here and has said all good things about this place. He recommended coming here for all my car needs. When I decided to come get parts for my car from O'Reilly's, unfortunately I left empty handed and confused. I thought this place was known for its customer service, but the lady that assisted me told me they couldn't help me, even before looking at what I needed. She also told me that if they had something that would work, I would have to find it myself. Sadly, I was disappointed with my experience here.

I like O'Reilly's Auto parts they have a pretty decent brands decent prices and the young lady that works behind the counter actually is a mechanic and really knows a lot about cars and parts is very helpful and friendly!

Over the phone they are very patient and easy to work with. I had to order a transmission cooler line, I was not sure if it was the inlet or outlet, so I decided to just get both since they said I could return the wrong one. Ordered them at 230pm and they said it would be there by 730 the next morning, Autozone told me 3 days. These guys were slightly pricier but worth saving me 2 days without a vehicle.

Love this store and how fast the employees work well! They have great time management here. Go to auto zone, you'll be there for an hour and end getting the wrong part! So 10 stars for O'Reilly Auto part!

They were helpful in solving a pricing issue when I picked up some parts for my car as long as they're willing to work with their customers like that I'd say they're a good business.

Purchased two bad break calipers from them. First one returned no problem. Had a mechanic check the vehicle on the 2nd bad caliper to just confirm my thoughts. He confirmed vehicle was good it was another faulty caliper (two in a week) got some back lash claimed caliper was missing bracket that I left with original core. Took thier caliper to advanced auto down the road and they swapped out for FREE. I didn't even ask for free I just was done dealing with O'Reilly junk parts. Ill never go back. Advanced Auto for the win

They always help you with what you need. And if your not sure what is going on they will come out and see what is going on and try to help you fix the problem. And their prices are really good. Their the only Auto part store my bf and i go too.

I was going to go to O'Reilly's to buy a specific oil filter and I mentioned this during a conversation with my dad. He told me that he wasn't going to go there for anything again and when I asked he said it was because they'll just sit there on the phone and take their time talking before they check you out. I thought that this was just something that happened to him but when I went there the same thing happened. I was walking to the counter with my oil filter and 5 quarts of oil and he sees that Im walking over to check out and he answers the phone as it rings. At first I didn't mind but after about 7 minutes of standing there awkwardly and as the conversation turned a little less business and more personal I was not happy. After 3 minutes of shopping and 14 minutes of waiting I realized my dad was right. A few days later I went down the street to AutoZone for a different reason and they were friendly and helpful and they'll always have my business from now on.

Call for prices on Parts seemed quite High check on eBay found them at a reasonable price so I actually bought my parts from eBay but all Riley's were very helpful helpful

Usually this is my only parts store since they opened. But yesterday over the phone they stated I could loan a code reader for 100$. We borrow a vehicle to drive there, then he tells us they would rather not loan it at all and the price is 300$ now. So i went back to auto zone after 15 years. They loaned the code reader for 90 days to us for 100$. Guess who we are gonna buy all our transmission electronics from now.

After three tries and them blatantly lying to me, I'm done with O'Reillys forever. When it shows a steel gasket on their screen and they repeatedly try to sell you the wrong paper gasket, that's enough for me. Three tries for a simple gasket. They couldn't handle that. They said it didn't exist and Felpros picture was wrong, lies. So I went next door to another place and low and behold, there's the same gasket that didn't exist a minute ago. And it's the right one, in steel. Same brand, same car, same everything. The only difference was a competent parts store. How in the world?? Is it magic? Bye O'Riellys....

Had to take apart my jeep countless times and back over 4 times in order to get parts. They could NOT get it right. In the end im going to return the parts I bought (still incorrect) and get my money back and go somewhere else for them. I'm very upset.
