Worst napa location ive ever been to as far as customer service. I called for a head gasket set for an inboard engine, which is identical to a car engine. Was told they couldn't look it up but i found the part number on Google in less than a minute. It was substantially more than its automotive counterpart. Turns out the intake gasket was incorrect for my year boat. When i went back they immediately responded with i gave them the part number and was out of luck. Autozone service with 2x autozone prices. If that the service i can expect ill take my business back to Allegan where they actually know how to use the catalogs to look up the parts to ensure their customer gets the proper one and stand by their service. I even asked out using the catalogs literally behind them and the look i got was as if i asked them for a taco.

I came in with an urgent need for some difficult to figure out fittings and other parts. Becky went right to work on the problem, immediately understood exactly what I was talking about and what I needed, and worked through several potential solutions until she came up with one that worked perfectly. Awesome service and extremely knowledgeable counter people!

Great auto parts store for Plainwell. The staff at NAPA is very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to finding/locating parts. And, they take time to get to know you. NAPA may be a "chain" auto parts place, but the one in Plainwell feels "down home." They're also speedy on their deliveries. If they don't have a product in stock, they can usually have it later that day - if not, they'll have it by the next day for sure.

They're a good place to get parts. Used to be a place to get any kind of painting supply you could ever want, but the don't have the greatest selection anymore.

The place has been there for years since i was a little kid. Prices may be a little more than the discount chains but if you want the right part the first time and talk to people who know cars this is the place to go to.
