An excellent dealership experience from top to bottom. All the folks at Pinckney were professional, communicative, and motivated to know and deliver the vehicle I wanted.Potential car buyers reading this review are probably a lot like me: just a regular guy trying to make a good decision on a large purchase. We re not interested in being pressured or upsold or monetized as just another dollar sign. I give high respect to Brian Carruthers for making the process easy and taking the potential fear out of who am I going to meet on the other side of the desk . He walked me through options, pricing, and financing without a heavy hand, ready to make sure I had all the information I needed so I could be free to make the best decision for myself.Nothing but good things to say. My granite metallic Wrangler has been a dream purchase and I would recommend Brian Carruthers and Pinckney CDJ to anyone.

If you re a car buyer like my daughter + I who had to search for the perfect vehicle outside of our state, know that this team in Pinckney, MI is a team you can trust. We live in Vermont on the Canadian border and in our search, there were only 6 vehicles in the country that fit precisely what we desired. We first went for one that was closer to us in Virginia and it ended up being a disaster! We were angry and disheartened from the experience and right when we were ready to give up we met Matthew Van Ingen and his team.WOW! 5+ star experience from start to finish! He understood that even though we were 700+ miles away we were serious buyers. He was a true professional and answered all of our questions with ease. He worked lightning speed to approve our loan at the best rate available (even matched our credit union s rate!). He thoroughly explained the extended warranty product. Not once did he push us or make us feel uncomfortable. We purchased our flights the same day we contacted him! The next morning he arranged VIP service by sending their driver, Jim, a friendly and personable retired Veteran one hour into Detroit to pick us up at the airport so we did not have to arrange transportation. The test drive and signing the purchase and loan documents went smoothly and within hours my daughter and I were embarking on our spontaneous road trip adventure back to Vermont!It all seems like a whirlwind dream and it was truly made possibly by the professional, quick, reliable team at Pinckney. It is so rare to have a nice smooth experience when buying a new truck. I went to at least 8 dealerships during my search and it wasn t until I met Bill that I finally found what I was looking for. Sure, the truck is great, but what really made the experience fantastic was the entire staff at Pinckney CDJR. Bill was first and foremost a very straight forward and honest guy. I called ahead and expressed interest in a truck I found in their online inventory and when I showed up only an hour later, the truck was pulled up front, washed, and completely ready to go. I brought my whole family, kids and all, and Bill made us all feel welcome and at home. There was never any pressure and he was knowledgeable and passionate about the vehicles he sold. It was the perfect truck buying experience and I won t hesitate to come back and buy more trucks as my company grows.Thank you to everyone at Pinckney Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram! Recently purchased a Wrangler from Matt V. Everything was so easy he had several jeeps pulled up front for me waiting for a test drive. While on my test drive he had pulled up all the different payment options waiting for me when I returned. By that evening I was driving away in my new Jeep:) 4 days later Matt went above and beyond and had my plate dropped off to my work. I don't think I've ever had a such an easy car buying experience Thank You Matt V. for such a pleasant experience:)

The buying experience here, specifically with Sergei Kharin, was fantastic. We were in the hunt for a replacement vehicle for my daughter due to a recent wreck. We had never been to this dealership before, but they had the perfect vehicle for her at a solid price.One of the things that has always annoyed me with some dealers is when they try to pressure you into a sale. With Sergei, there was no pressure. He gave us all the info and paperwork needed to answer all of our questions. It ultimately made our decision to proceed very easy.The initial conversation and drive happened on a Thursday, but we needed a few days in between due to my own and my daughter's work schedule. He worked with us with no issue. Even went above and beyond on a special request. On the day of pick-up, he had everything ready and we were on our way in a timely fashion. Highly recommend.

Matt V was phenomenal to work with. He was transparent and helpful with the purchase of a used vehicle. He was patient with me and allowed me the time I needed to fully test drive the vehicle and have my husband look it over before committing to purchase. He wasn't pushy at all and ensured I had all the information I needed to.make the right decision. Needless to say, I have a very happy and surprised 16 year old.

Had to get a new car after mine died, and decided to check out Pinckney Chrysler, since my parents and aunt got their cars from here. Ended up taking a beautiful Jeep back to school, and I couldn t be more happy with my car and the people of Pinckney Chrysler. Great service and great people. Jay And Andrew are just the very best that salesmanship has to offer, they both worked really hard to handle me and my family with respect and thought I was not a burden of their time. They really won me over by being patient and kind to my 4 year old daughter and gave her snacks and water to tide her through the long process of getting paper work together and they helped get me financed for a beautiful new truck for me. These guys are exemplary and should be the standard for salesmanshipI will forever go back to these guys for my service as well as getting a new vehicle in the future.... Well done guys. My overall experience was flawless. I walked in and introduced myself to Brian Carruthers, after a recommendation from my father who had nothing but good things to say about him. Throughout the entire process, Brian made me feel like I was his top priority and nothing was as important as helping me out. I purchased tires here in October from Erika (wonderful woman)and hit a big pothole yesterday. Had a bulge on the sidewall. Drove in without an appointment to find out the warranty procedure. They did the paperwork and said they would call after approval. I thanked them and said that I use my car a lot and hoped it wouldn't blow out (joke). Sean looked at it and said they were going to handle it now. 90 minutes later it was done! Beyond my wildest expectations! I also got an amazing deal on those tires. Best price on an oil change in the area too. I highly recommend giving this dealership your business!

I made the trip from Detroit to Pickney to purchase a used Jeep Grand Cherokee last week. Your salesman Bill Miasel (Mr. Bill) was great to work with. He answered all of my questions in an honest and straightforward manner. He was knowledgeable and helpful. He even took the time to sit with me in the Jeep to make sure I could pair my phone and work the navigation so that I could get home safely in the snow. Thanks Bill! I'd been looking for a Q5 all over the country and had interacted with several dealerships trying to purchase one within my budget. Most of these dealerships were fast talking and added exorbitant dealer fees on top of the listed price of the car and were unwilling to negotiate them down to my budget.I found this one and contacted the dealership. Mr Bill was super frank and down to earth. He was such a change from the people I'd felt just wanted to scam me. Such an amazing car buying experience! And I'm so pleased to give my money to a business that honors God as well as their customers!

I had the most pleasant experience when getting into my new lease at Pinckney Chrysler/Jeep! I was there for over 2 hours and I felt like I was visiting a good friend. Mr. Kharin was very kind and welcoming, and made me feel right at home. In the waiting times, we had conversation like old friends. When the transaction was complete, he explained the features on the vehicle and linked up my phone to the car. He was so very helpful. I even left with a hug!!! If you need a new car, you must go and see Sergei Kharin at Pinckney Chrysler/Jeep, you won t be sorry!

I m the type of person who needs to see all of my options, so when searching for a car I knew I d be looking all over the East coast not just my home state of VT. After weeks of searching online I found my dream car at a dealership in VA. Long story short: while I was waiting to hear back on my submitted finance application, they reached out to me to say someone had come into the dealership and bought the car. They said first come first serve, even if I had submitted my application first, all they cared about was who could be there sooner. Feeling defeated, I decided to get back online and continue the search. That s when I found THE car. The first person I spoke to (Matthew) worked with me directly from start to finish. He immediately took me for a serious buyer, despite how many states away I was. He made me instantly feel like the car was mine and that all we had to do was work it out. He told me about the many banks they work with and said we re gonna get you in this car and he meant it. It was a huge relief after what I had experienced with the other dealership, and I can truly say I am better off having bought from this wonderful business instead. Everything happens for a reason! By the end of the day he had contacted me with my loan approval, I had purchased my flight, and he had set me up with a wonderful driver to pick my mom and I up from the airport (almost an hour away). I was in Michigan the very next day picking up my dream car, and the rest is history! I can t thank Matthew enough for giving me as much loyalty over the phone (states away) as he would have with someone who walked right into the shop. And a special shout out to our driver Jim, who gave us VIP treatment and great conversation on our way to the dealership.

I had a wonderful experience while purchasing a truck here. I worked with Matthew who was very respectful and never made me feel pressured or rushed. He allowed me to test drive my truck twice and even put snacks in the car for my kids the day I picked it up. I cannot recommend this dealership enough and I m definitely going to be back.

Matt at Pickney Chrysler went above and beyond when selling us our dream Jeep! Shawn at the service department is awesome! He will take care of you and your needs! I ve been taking my vehicle here since 2011 and Erica and Shawn have been wonderful! I just bought my new 2019 Jeep Wrangler from Brian Curruthers. He was able to get the best interest rate for my financing that I have ever had and I have owned many vehicles in my 48 years of life. I m so happy the customer service was amazing, they brought the Jeep to me in Royal Oak. I got to drive it in the Woodward Dream cruise. I will never go to another car salesman for as long as I live. We have purchased 4 vehicles from Brian and he never fails me!
