Highly disappointed! Had an appointment on Tuesday. Went to pick my vehicle up after work and they never even looked at it. He asked if I could bring back on Wed. And I would be the first one in. So I drop off my car again early morning Wed. Walk to work. Go up there after work thinking it's done and... again they never even looked at it!! I'm done. And will go elsewhere

Once again I received amazing service with Pinckney Auto from start to finish. They treat me with kindness and respect. They go above and beyond any other service place I've used in the past. Went for an oil change, tire rotation and balance. I'm very happy with the service I recieved and at a reasonable cost. All of the staff that I communicated with were friendly and informative. Pleasant experience all around.

Ivan, the owner, and his crew are always dependable, on the schedule they propose and fair with the quotes. No run around. I trusted them every time we had to have repairs.

My whole family goes here now we are done with mazur.. Pinckney Auto is our main go to now adays, I don't have anything necessarily bad to say about them, I used to use them way back in the early 2000s and present day now. there is not a lot of choices in the area here. I recommend this place being your first phone call.Let's face it auto work is expensive labor and parts it all adds up but at least this place is honest.

Very trustworthy. Don't fix it if it isn't broke. Several years ago I took my van in to have it looked at for rattling in front end and told them to just fix it. Ivan called a couple hours later and said no charge because there is nothing wrong. Thanks

A great local business that treats customers with dignity and respect!!Absolutely the most professional mechanics I have dealt with in a very long time. They were able to check a noise from my breaks and give me a more than reasonable solution to fix it. Great people and it's a humbling experience dealing with them. I can not say enough good things about Pinckney auto! They have serviced all three of my cars, which are all from different manufacturers, and have been perfect every time they service my vehicles. Scammy. Tried to charge me $300 for a quick fix that was not even approved as I was just dropping it off for a $69 diagnosis. I was told they would call me before fixing anything but that didn t happen. They were also extremely rude when concerns about price/work done without approval were brought up.

This place does solid work at reasonable prices. However, I don't appreciate that they didn't even do the courtesy of wearing a mask in the office right in front of me. I was standing literally right in front of their sign saying it's the law and I'll be fined if I don't wear one. The dude then gets in my vehicle with no mask to drive it into the bay to fix it. Wonder if he realizes I just drove from work at hospital where I'm around COVID all the time. Unprofessional.Service: Tires

I have been using Pinckney Auto for several years, they are excellent! The most important thing for me when having a vehicle repaired is trust. This shop is trustworthy, honest and fair. Repairs are done quickly and accurately. They know how to work on new technologies of today's vehicles. This is a great shop!

After freaking out at my initial bill from another shop Pinckney Auto Repair Center was able to give me a quote over the phone to be informed. After calling multiple shops and dealing with their confusing extra fees and exuberant prices Pinckney Auto Repair beat any price I could find. They turned the vehicle around quickly and returned it to us running great. they even offered my wife a ride home as we sounded stressed! would definitely use them again. Fast friendly quality economical service and I have a happy lady enjoying her car again.

WAY over priced.!! Glad I was in the auto repair/exhaust business for over 40 years so I know how long it takes to get something done . I ordered a new exhaust for truck,cut off the old one so it would make easier and faster to get it done when replacing it..called and got a quote 190.00 dollars to install it..!!!!!! Hell,it's 174.00 to have another shop install theirs !! Guy got mad when I told him." Shouldn't take more 30 to 40 minutes to complete that job.!!

New to the area. Ivan and Don were so patient with me and all my question. Did the repairs needed at a good price ( alternator, thermostat, and belt), in one day. Were even willing to come get me, if needed, to pick up my car. Thanks guys, you made this pretty easy for me.

On 6/7/16 I called Pinckney Auto Repair to schedule an oil change and tire rotation. As I have a Subaru Impreza which takes 0 w 20 motor oil, I first checked to make sure they had the oil and filter in stock. They assured me they did. After waiting 50 minutes I heard the tech guy talking to the manager and the resulting call to the auto parts store to order the filter which they apparently DID NOT have in stock. After another 45 minutes or so they told me the car was done. I paid and started to drive away. I got out to the road while hearing this thumping/wobbling sound. The tech guy hadn't even finger tightened the lug nuts. I slowly backed up back to the shop and told the two guys standing around out front that the front tire was about to fall off. They jacked the car up and tightened the lug nuts. And IN THE PROCESS HE CROSS-THREADED one of the nuts onto the lug. (found that out this morning so decided to warn others of my experience)

Excellent!Transparent and customer oriented repair shop. Had the brakes on my car checked and fixed and they explained everything they were going to do. I m very glad I chose Pinckney Auto Repair Center!
