Went to Mazur's for the first time to get a brake leak fixed. The building itself was very nice, clean, friendly. Had a nice waiting/lounge area. Didn't feel dingy nor dirty, like other places often do.They were able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem, which itself was great.What was really nice was the detailed inspection report, including photos and notes of possible problem-areas. Was sent a work-order that I could review before committing and paying to any services, which was great. Never felt pressured or pushed into paying for the optional services. Wish all auto-shops functioned this smoothly.They even followed-up afterwords the next day to make sure everything was satisfactory.I highly recommend, I know I plan on going there again next time I need work done on any of my vehicles.

Great customer experience on my last car repair here. They fixed my vehicle with a sense of urgency and also provided a loaner vehicle while they worked on my car. My life didn't feel inconvenienced at all during this process. I will come here for any future repairs needed

They were very quick to get us in and evaluate the issue. They conducted a full inspection and provide a list of "opportunities" we should consider as well as provided their recommendations on what was critical and what we should keep and eye on. The car was repaired and ready to go the next day. To take it a step further a couple of days after picking it up we received a text from Mazur's just to check in and make sure we were happy and satisfied with the work. I have taken all my vehicles to Mazur's they have earned my trust and I am always happy with their work. Highly recommend for all you vehicle needs!

Unfortunately I gave a great review on my first visit not really knowing if I really needed a water pump for my truck. I took it in because it wasn't heating and left owing 850 and with a new water pump. Truck heated great. All was good on that visit. I took it in again with my engine light on 2 weeks after I took it to them to change my oil a few months later and right after driving it to Nashville. The code said it could have been as simple as wrong oil. However, they called me back, and told me it was for certain my timing chain and the cost was over 9k. I picked up my truck, paid Mazurs another 100, took it across the street, changed my oil, ran cam cleaner through it and for only 95 bucks. My engine light went off and hasn't come on since. I've driven it now over 25k more miles with no issues. I won't ever come back or recommend. And not because they don't know what they are doing. I only saw the many one star reviews with similar experiences after this experience. They got my 5 star my from my very first visit by asking right after for a review. But now I even question the water pump.

I brought a recently purchased used vehicle in for water pump replacement and overall checkup. A couple other parts required attention and all of the repairs were completed to my satisfaction and in a timely fashion. Jacob, the service manager, was very professional and kept me in the loop throughout the process. I highly recommend Mazur's for all your automotive repair needs.

Fabulous experience! Such friendly customer service with excellent, thorough work. They gave us a free loaner car and got our car diagnosed and fixed within 24 hours. They checked everything on the vehicle for a fair price. We were in and out under $100. The gentleman at the front desk even took my son s car seat out of the loaner car for me. I 110% recommend. We will be coming back for any future car service needs.

Absolutely had the best experience getting my Traverse fixed! They were very responsive and nice when I called! I couldn t believe how you also get a free loaner car too! Very helpful! They had a full thorough list of diagnostics, that was sent to my phone, for you to either accept or reject. I thought was very helpful! The whole process was amazing! I will coming back for all my car repairs for certain! Thank you so much for making it a wonderful experience!! : )

I've been a longtime customer of Mazur Automotive. They are of the highest integrity.I have actually had them talk me out of getting work I did not need to have done to an older car ( who does that?). Bottom line - you can trust themBecause of this integrity- they have a lifetime loyal customer

Howard the owner and the whole staff are very knowledgeable they truly care about their customers and making sure you are taken care of. They treat you like your their main focus and Only customer therefore they take that extra time. I will Only take my cars here and I will always recommend them to everyone including my mother. They also offered a loaner car and The Chevrolet dealership wont offer this. This place is the total package. Thank you for being there.

We have been going to Mazur's for quite a few years now. They have been honest and trustworthy. I never feel like they are telling me things that are not actually needed and can give me a reasonable timeline for things I can push off . The discount for getting our oil changes done in a timely manner is a great way to maintain customer service. The free loaner car makes a huge difference to our family.

I have a 1998 Mercedes SL 500, which is a challenge to work on because of its age and difficulty securing parts. Before I discovered Mazur's, I found that dealerships and European repair "specialists" would not even look at it. Jacob at the desk stepped up was incredible! He went out of his way to locate parts in Germany and the repairs were done professionally, timely and at a fair price. The tech was extremely knowledgable. I could not be more pleased.

Best $85 bucks I ever spent. A complete car inspection (w/ less than 24 hours notice), for a potential used car purchase. Carfax is just a starting point. In under three hours, Jacob provided a detailed inspection report (bumper to bumper) and quote for any recommended services/repairs. They document the inspection with pictures/video so you can see for yourself. Much of what they found would be impossible to see on the ground or on a test drive. I ended up passing on the car, and consider the service a must have for any used car purchase, and will use them for all car repairs going forward.Service: Vehicle Inspection

Ken,I have never had anything other than great, friendly, and helpful service at your shop. I have taken four different cars to your shop and always been happy with the result. I have even had your guys look at things that would be covered under warranty before I took it back to the dealership because I trust that your people know what they are doing and just as importantly believe what they have to say. AMAZING SERVICE!!!Thank you Glen Wiggins! I've never had such excellent automotive service in my 30+ years driving!Mazur's in Pinckney came highly recommended so i just scheduled an oil change and multi-point inspection just to test them out. I received my inspection report by email while I was waiting onsite. I had time to review everything that was noted, including pictures of the start of an oil leak, BEFORE I paid my bill. I had all of my questions kindly answered with no pressure or guilt. Scheduled in 2 days for brake pad replacement. Customer for life!Service: Oil change

Neighborhood trusted mechanic with fair prices even Pep Boys or Midas couldn't beat. Get a quote & call around (you'll be wasting your time but you'll see they're as fair as anyone) and the quality of work will not disappoint. Any service you need, convenient and brand new location not far from the previous. Text message communication and everything done digitally/efficiently.

This is the only auto shop around that I go to they are honest hard-working dedicated and especially detail oriented. One of my favorite features of this automotive shop is that when you take your car there for repairs they give you a 100% no strings attached free rental car which is huge for a lot of people because me personally I cannot be without a car for days on end. I extremely like their process of sending you a link so you can look at everything they have found wrong with your car and pick and choose what you need done. Chris and Brandon are awesome customer service reps. The master mechanics do an amazing job I ve never had a problem with anything I ve ever taken up there.

I worked with Jacob who was professional from the start. Mazur s took my car in quickly and soon I had a list of all that needed to be done. I was able to approve the work digitally and Jacob kept me posted on the timeline with texts. Very respectful and professional business. Highly recommend.
