Walked in on meltdown mode and Spencer helped me without any hesitation! He never judged that I was in tears because my car died on the way there. He grabbed three controllers and walked me to my car. Talking to me with care and concern. His customer service is beyond excellent. You are lucky to have him. He found a lose battery arm and tightened it and the entire time talking to me so kindly. He was just such a nice man. Thank you so much.

Every time I come into this store I cannot help but be impressed. The staff is knowledgeable and so willing to help. This time it was Nicole who helped me find the parts I needed inside the store and Logan who accompanied me to the parking lot to help remedy my latest car issue. Both are outstandingly professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you Auto Zone! The staff makes the store. You all are rocking it!

An older gentleman helped me today and had lots of experience in the correct parts for Chevy/GMC Trucks. Some of the younger ones act like they have been building cars for 50 years and sometimes they send me home with the wrong parts. No offense AutoZone! You always have what I need, if not, within a few hours. But once in a great while, I get the wrong parts but what's so nice about AutoZone is that refunds and exchanges aren't ever a problem with or without the bill of sale.If AutoZone ever supplies parts for Class A Commercial Trucks, they will be my one stop shop! I cannot say enough good things about the guys at this location! They are my go to place for parts. As a woman who likes to take care of her own car, when I walk into this store I ALWAYS feel respected and encouraged. I walk out with the correct parts(and advice when I ask for it). Thank you!

All dashboard lights (idiot lights?) Would not go out. These guys hooked up their computer, couldn't reset the system and recommended an auto repair shop. Beyond their scope and wouldn't even take 10 bucks for their effort. Good honest people

I have been buying all my family auto parts from autozone for awhile. Haven't had to warranty a part til today. I had some gold rotors that warped and were 2 years old and the pads were ruined and possibly at fault. The long haired younger gentleman took care of me promptly and swapped out my damaged parts. Super happy about it. I thought I might get attacked for trying to use the warranty but it was very smooth. I'll be shopping at this one now. Nice kind staff and got stuff done.

I've been coming to this autozone store for a few years now and I'd have to say it's one of the best. All of the staff I've met have been very friendly and SUPER helpful and even though I only come in every couple months they manage to recognize me. Yesterday a customer came in who must of been having a bad day because he went from 0 to red hot real in all of 3minutes of walking in the door, he started cussing out the manager and yelling on his way out. Ethan, the manager, did a great job handling it very calmly and professionally. The staff here is one of the best

Store employees are always courteous and helpful. They always seem to have the part or tool I need. Some quite knowledgeable folks work here. Had to laugh at a few of the 1-star comments like "they don't give me respect". Pretty sure I've been in line behind a few of the folks leaving these. Definitely add PATIENCE to the list of abilities of the employees!A few months ago I broke a 1/2" torque wrench that I had bought a few years ago here. Wasn't beating on it - a clip inside the head broke. Took it back to the store and they gladly replaced it. I've also used their tool "rental" many times (and ended up buying a few.)Really glad you guys are in Pinckney!

I called the store for help with a generator as power is out. Asked Chic if he could help me change the spark plug. Immediate response, "Absolutely!"A friend took it up there and he went above and beyond to help. Walked him through everything, spent 15 minutes and saved us! No power for over 16 hours and with Chic's help got the generator going. This is unbelievable service on his behalf. I cannot say enough how wonderful it is to have this assistance and store in our little town!

Bought calibers and had issues with them went to exchange for better working parts and got an a** named Johnny who not only wouldn't help the other person working there who clearly didn't know how to how to help me but also "challenged" me about the other $1.50 bolt that I had left at my house that didn't work. Johnny clearly has zero people skills and no care for costumer service. I thought it was a pretty simple reasonable request to replace a part that didn't work and he couldn't even accomplish that simple task without trying to act superior.

Staff members were not very helpful and or they were just having a bad day. And I waited in line for 6min as 1 member was texting on his phone and didnt look up once. ( I was the only 1 in store ). They all just looked like they hated being there. Only reason for this location to get 2 stars was the staff. I have had way better experience at scio twp. Location.

Last night my daughter and I ran in to ask a quick question about an out head light. There was a young man and an older gentleman working. They were both helpful and pleasant! The young man who rang me up at the register offered to help me with replacing my headlight - i'm not sure if this is a normal thing AutoZone employees do but I can't express how thankful I am for the last minute assistance... I then proceeded to accidentally lock myself and my baby girl out of the car and the same young man helped get us on our way! To me, that's excellent customer service.THANK YOU

Well I walked in and all 3 employees did Not have mask on. Obviously they only care about themselves , make you wonder how the rest of the store is run. Dexter is just down the road in a county that mandates mask. Will be doing my shopping there .

As soon as I walked into the AutoZone store, I was greeted with a smile, and a friendly , "Hello, how may I help you?" from a gentleman named, "Chic". I explained that 2011 Ford Expedition was no longer getting heat blowing from my heater. Not only did he take the time to walk out to my vehicle to diagnose the issue (I needed a new heater motor blower resister), he offered to install it for me the next day. He wanted to research how to install it, and get the correct tools, I drove to AutoZone, Pinckney the following day and Chic remembered my name, grabbed his tools, and installed the part in 25 degree weather and blowing winds! I will ALWAYS go to AutoZone for any vehicle needs! Thank you Chic! Thank you AutoZone

Absolutely the best help I have ever received from an auto parts store. Chic came out and checked my battery and charging system and even checked my transmission fluid! All star staff and store!

Went here for an alternator. Once installed, realized it wasn t producing energy and had to return it. While trying to return it, was told they had to test it prior to accepting return. Too bad they aren t so diligent PRIOR to sale. No apology for wasting my time, just, it s store policy . I will never return to this place.

Went 1/16/18 for a new car battery - Chic was helpful, polite, and patient.This was our second car battery we needed to buy within a week - he did not try to sell me the most expensive one on the market, and I appreciated that! He checked my car battery, and then replaced it right there for me. In below zero weather!! Since he was so helpful and kind, Auto Zone in Pinckney, MI will be the only auto store I will go to from now on. (at least as long as he works there).

This is by far the best auto parts store around. Every time I go in there the gentlemen go above and beyond to assist. I have watched them go the extra mile for all of their customers.My ONLY complaint is that the store is too hot.

I walked in to Auto Zone, and as always, they were very nice and asked if I needed any help finding anything. I was in the market for some windshield wipers and we went over to the wiper department. They showed me the book and I proceeded to look up my vehicle. They do not carry the wipes that are listed for my vehicle so I asked them about it and was assured that any wiper in that size would work. They even helped me pick out special winter wipers that would work since I own a large van and the wipers tend to freeze. Of course, the wipers they gave me don't work on my van. There's a reason they have those books for looking up what blades to purchase and they should have just said that they don't have the ones I need. Such a waste of my time.

The staff informed me, that beyond a doubt, I could change my failed ignition coil in my jeep. With their detailed instructions, I DID IT. Ive paid 2 different dealerships over $800 each to replace same part. I saved $747! Thanks Autozone!

For the most part, very helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are the most reasonable of all auto parts franchises. Most offer veteran discounts with proper ID. Reward cards also offered.
