I love the atmosphere that is being cultivated here. I called the Marlette location about a vehicle but it was at the pigeon location. The salesperson was helpful and prompt and connected me with Joe Janssen who quickly got me scheduled and accommodated. I got an infinity qx60 and am very happy with the service and kindness that Joe provided and the way my contract was structured. This was my first solo vehicle purchase and I am thankful to have had Joe to walk me through the process.

I had my oil changed and tires rotated. They took my car in on time and the work was accomplished quickly. Everyone was kind and cooperative.

I sat with salesman Marion Shetler to go over possibly ordering a new Dodge Ram pickup. Marion was very thorough and is extremely professional. I recommend this first class salesman to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

I am from Florida but stay in Huron County for the summer. I had my car towed to McCormick and was not able to leave when I wanted. Though they were backed up I talked to them about getting the car doneas soon as possible since I was in the path for hurricane Ian. I got exceptional service as they understood my concerns. Larry in service was amazing. He worked on my car diligently and got it done ahead of time. It worked great on my trip down. My home was not damaged. A big thank you to Larry and the service staff.

Check engine light came on 5 miles after I left the dealer. Service was not done. No gas, washer fluid in the car and it was dirty when I picked it up.

Marion Shetler was my salesman. He was very friendly. He was honest with me as well. I appreciated his honesty and friendliness. It was quite a drive for me to go there and do business with them. I would certainly do business with them again.

This company first of all hires ten dallor an hour workers to detail your new vehicles as a former detailer I know the main derailer dosn use a shampooer or a clean bucket he uses three weeks old bucket water scratching and drying cars off with hotel towels! The service department is behind 90 days so Good luck getting your car serviced oh and the prior owner of the establishment Gets his inlighnment done at flannerys if that dost tell you anything about the service department!!!

Our salesperson, Marion makes everything so easy when purchasing a vehicle. He goes through everything with you and any questions we have he has the answer. We have purchased 3 vehicles from the dealership and Marion has been our salesperson for everyone of them. We recommend the dealership and him to anyone that is looking for a new vehicle.

Terrible service! Had an appointment at 8:00am for 2 recalls and an oil change. They had 8 hours to complete the job and didn't touch the truck. I was told to bring the truck back the next day by the Service Manager (Colin) and the work would be completed even if he had to do it himself. The truck was brought back the next day and 6.5 hours later the truck didn't move. Nothing was done, again! I don't recommend taking anything to McCormick's. One star is pushing it.I received an unexpected call from the owner apologizing for the service that I received. After the call I felt reassured that I wouldn't experience the same service and realized everyone has a bad day.I decided to take the vehicle back. I was very happy with the service and the time it took to repair the recalls. Moving forward I will be taking my vehicle back for servicing.

Today was another good experience at McCormick Motors in Pigeon, MI for vehicle service. Since moving to the Port Austin area (Grindstone City) from Rochester, McCormick's is where I go for service, 4 times in 3 years for maintenance/oil changes. This time I took my husband's RAM truck in for an oil change, tire rotation, recall on the windshield wipers. As usual, the staff was friendly, efficient and professional -- Erin, Larry, Russ (and the young guy whose name I didn't get). On vehicle appointment days I take my Yellow Lab with me and we walk the nearby neighborhood while the staff attends to the vehicle. Today they had to call me on the cell with a question while I was walking, gave me the time estimate, and when my walk was done the truck was ready to go. For friendly, professional hometown service go to McCormick Motors.

We had a great experience getting a lease from McCormick Motors (our 2nd from them). We came on a busy, busy day, (had a few other snafus) but Tiffany was there to help us out and get us out on the road! Very pleased with our experience!

I moved from Rochester Hills to Caseville full-time. I have been a part-time resident for the last 18 years. I was delighted to have a Chrysler/Jeep Dealership in close proximity. Unfortunately, my excitement soon paled based on my experiences.Experience #1 - I have a Chrysler Pacifica. I noticed that the paint was peeling off on the drivers side mirror. I went in to have that taken care of under by bumper-to-bumper warranty. I was told that paint was not covered. I said, so the paint can just peel off of my car and Chrysler doesn t stand behind that? I was told that I could call Chrysler, but, as far as they were concerned it was not covered. I did call Chrysler, it was indeed covered and they suggested that I take it to another dealership. So, I took it to another Dealership. That dealership had no issues in turning it in to Chrysler and getting it fixed right away.Experience #2 - Again, under warranty. The passenger, driver door kept opening after it had been clicked on to close and the entertainment system would not work with the remote. Work was done and there were follow-up calls to assure all was working properly. A+ on the follow-up. Only issue is it took a month to get an appointment as the person who works on these items (and/or the warranty work) totals ONE PERSON. Actually Covid also hit, so the one month became many months, but not the fault of the dealership.Experience #3 - Getting close to the 36,000 mile warranty, so I wanted to have a couple of things checked prior to the warranty expiring. Again, one month to get an appointment. I asked if my mileage could be clocked now, so as not to have any warranty issues of me bringing it in after the 36,000. The one month wait is not my fault. I was told No. One week prior to my scheduled appointment, I received a call that the One Mechanic, has/had to have surgery, so, my car won t be able to be seen until October. Again, I asked if we could clock the mileage and again, was told, No. . I went to another dealership - shared my story - they said that my mileage could indeed be logged in now to assure no issues, lined up a loaner car and had my car in within the week. They could have seen it sooner but I needed a loner car to drive back to Caseville while it was checked out.Bottom Line - it should not take a month to get an appointment. Those in the Service Department should understand what bumper-to-bumper means, i.e. it does cover paint peeling off of a car. Empathy for the customer is sorely lacking.Sadly disappointed in my experiences thus far.

Went to get an estimate on my jeep hatch. Window was broke out 2 weeks ago and then replaced, still couldn't get my hatch open. Brandon waited on me and about a half hour later after cleaning out the inside of the hatch it opened. Thank you so much for your help, Brandon.

This sop runs a dishonest shop they fix one problem and create another problem and then they wanna charge again to fix there problem.I would find another shop if I were you

Took our van in for oil change and tire rotation plus a recall.all my trip contacts were gone info on the dash was changed or missing still cannot find the trip thing on the u connect
