Second time there. Maybe third. Work was within my deductible. The car came back better than promised. Concern expressed was color match. I opted not to expand the work to address. It matched anyway. Even washed the car and the floor mats.

This small business,and most of all its owners, are wonderful.Mid October 2022 a tree fell on my car during the first big wind storm of the year causing roughly $10,000 worth of damage.The staff here have been so kind and informative throughout this entire process. They have accepted every one of my is my car ready yet? phone calls with grace, patience, and understanding.10/10 would recommend contacting Tri-River Collision of Petoskey for any of your auto body needs.Service: Body & Trim

Fantastic service! My appointment was scheduled out a bit, as they re busy, but they started and completed the service exactly in the promised timeframe. Plus, they gave me a detailed estimate; stayed true to the quote; and vacuumed the carpet and tidied the interior! I had one of the doors on our family van fall off (yep) just as a monster rainstorm was heading in. I called another place and they recommended Tri Rivers; spoke with Bill on the phone and he walked me through how he would repair it, explaining so I could fix it myself.I still brought it in as I had to be at work in less than an hour and wanted to be sure the door that hangs over my two year old's car seat wasn't going to come off again. Bill fixed it personally and when I picked it up that same morning he showed me exactly what he did and walked me through it so I knew everything about the state of my vehicle and how to repair and care for it. His staff has been friendly and professional and the waiting area is clean. He's over three hours away from our home and I'm already thinking of bringing my truck to him to take out some of my firewood dents.Bill, great job. Nice meeting you, and you've got a very happy customer. Would recommend.

I've had Tri Rivers work on a few of my vehicles over the years, the finished product is always excellent. Bill has mentioned to me on a couple of occasions a way to save money without compromising the job. If you want a company that is fair and does excellent work, Tri Rivers is the place to choose.

Very professional and quick estimate. My vehicle was hit at 8 am, and I had a quote to get it fixed in my email before noon. I will post before and after photos if I end up having the work done through Tri Rivers, but I expect they ll continue to be very professional and straightforward to work with.

Still waiting on my vehicle after almost 2 months. Calls every week but the job is always pushed off and Said to be ready by Friday, finish time has been pushed off 4 times now.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

If your ever questioning where to take your vehicle this is the shop to go to! Stellar customer service and Josh is amazing at his job. All I had to do was drop the vehicle off and he took care of the rest. No worries and my car looked better then brand new. Thank you Tri Rivers!

Great place, total professionals, my car was returned cleaner then I ever could get it and they even drove it somewhere for me to get my oil changed because they don t do that.

The staff was so helpful. A deer had run into my car. I needed to get back home safely. They checked my car over to make sure I could drive the hour and a half home.
