I had some work done. The part they put in went bad, still under warranty. When it came to getting reimbursed for the part, the owner was nowhere to be found. After I could finally get a hold of him, he wanted to pay only the dealer price, not what I had to pay. Just bad business.

We were on our way home to Colorado and found a small nail in our tire. They were able to get us in quickly, patched the tire and were friendly and affordable. Highly recommended.

Had a blowout on my travel trailer. They had the right tire in stock, a good price and got it done for me in under an hour. Wish they were closer to home I'd get all my tires replaced here

We were on a road trip from Illinois, and noticed a slow leak in our tire..after asking local friends the best place for tire service 3 all mentioned Richard s Tire. This place was incredible!! Great friendly staff, honest quality work and an excellent customer experience. They pulled a huge nail out of our tire and had us back on the road quicker than we expected! Truly an absolute pleasure!!

I will recommend this place to anyone who wants to listen! Lol. Frank was so patient and helpful. He helped me through the process of getting the lift, wheels, and tires. I had a ton of questions and I was VERY picky with everything. He never made me feel like I was a bother or wasting his time. Cassie was really sweet every time we spoke and was sure to give me clear instructions on the follow up I needed (which is included in the purchase price already). They got me in quickly, offered a ride if I needed it, and took the time to even send me pictures during my Jeep s transformation . A+ service!

Got a flat tire while on vacation in Petoskey. Richards tire was great! They got the tire we wanted quickly (overnight) and put on, putting spare back for us. Got us in and out quickly. Good and efficient service. Definitely recommend!!!!

Need tires? Go to Richard s. I got a good deal on real snow tires. My all wheel drive car now acts like a 4 Wheel Dr.Had an appointment with Richards. Car was taken in exactly one time and I was out in a half an hour with four brand new tires. Employees knowledgeable, and very efficient.I highly recommend RichardsTire and have been dealing with them for over 10 years.

brought a truck in that needed major repair to a wheels including a brake job. The ABS sensor was not checked which caused to brake failure immediately after work was done which they didn't checked and conceited that was a major component of brakes. When confronted with the near death they were flippant with nothing more than take a hike. These guys are dangerous and irresponsible. Shame on you Frank.They may have been a technician for 20 years but that tire needed to be entirely rebuilt and nobody bothered to run a scan. She was satisfied because she had no choice,lets she if she comes back. The car was handed back to her the brakes failed.

I can't thank Frank at Richards Tire enough! I was traveling for work and had a few accounts to visit before heading home for the weekend. As I was leaving my first appointment, I noticed a flat tire on my trailer I use as an office. The tires aren't a standard auto or truck size, so I was limited as to where I could look for a replacement. I called Richards asking if they had the tire I needed in stock, and hoping they had an open slot to have it replaced that day. Frank answered and told me they had the tire, but they were leaving for lunch and didn't have any open appointments that afternoon. After explaining my situation, Frank told me to come straight over. His guys went to lunch, but he was waiting outside for me with a jack and air gun. He changed the tire and had me on my way within 15 minutes! The whole time, he couldn't have been nicer and was happy to help someone in a pinch. Thank you!

Great service for an emergency tire repair. Despite my being a new customer who suddenly appeared without an appointment, Rob of RT fit me into their busy morning work schedule. Quickly repaired my SUV's rear tire which had a three inch screw plugged into its tread - happened while driving nearby on US 31. Very grateful and pleased that Rob and his competent teammate at RT fixed my tire damage immediately and without hesitation.

From the staff, to the installation, to the price, you won't find any place better than Richards Tire. I had 4 winter tires put on my truck a couple of weeks ago and was in and out within an hour. I would highly recommend this place.

Extremely fast, great prices, friendly staff, etc... nothing but positive things to say about this business. Absolutely recommend mechanical service and tires from these guys. Will definitely be my exclusive maintenance facility moving forward, would highly recommend to family, friends, or anyone!Brake and rotor job came in less than half of other shops quotes ($275 for front and back brakes/rotors TOTAL), didn t even charge me to fix my rattling muffler. Keep rockin y all!

I was very impressed with the customer service. Most places don't call you back, but Richards Tire called me immediately and had my tires ordered and my vehicle ready to roll in 24 hours. Outstanding. The place is also clean, and everyone is very friendly.

I made an appointment in the morning to bring my truck to Rob and his team in an hour. When I got there he was able to find a used tire and have it on my vehicle in 25 minutes on a busy Monday. I will definitely go back for any tire situations, great staff and great service.

Couldn't be more impressed with the service and professionalism provided by Richards Tire, wish I could rate higher if possible. We are from out of town and blew a tire on our camper. I called ahead to see if Richards had the right size tire, they were waiting for us when we arrived. Within a matter of less than 10 minutes Richards had the new tire on the rim, back on the camper and put the spare back, all on a busy Friday morning with little advance notice. Possibly the best tire replacement and service I have ever experienced in my 50+ years of driving. Rob & Frank went out of their way to ensure my truck was safe to travel back downstate. I will make the 3.5 hr trip again when we need tires on our second vehicle.Great to know honest, reliable, accountable, and affordable service is still available.I would give Richard's Tire 10 stars if I could.

Got a quick tire replacement here. The used replacement was going flat within 3 days of having it. Took it back and they apologized and gave me another with no issues! Thanks Guys!!
