As first time RV campers, Cliff, Brody, Shelley & Ray made everything so easy! No sales pressure. Just friendly, professional service. We felt like they treated us like family. We highly recommend Petoskey RV USA for anyone looking to get a great, honest & fair deal!

My Experience with Petoskey RV was Awesome!Cliff took extra special care of us and was in communication throughout the entire process! I will be telling all of my family and friends to be sure to check them out. I have owned many RV's but the comfort you get leaving Petosky RV is Priceless! They treat you like family! Great customer service, which is imperative in a small town!A+++And a big thanks to all of the folks from the Sales to the Service Department. I interacted with almost all of them and they were all more than helpful!!Thanks again to Petoskey RV for an excellent experience!

Great Dealership, with great products and amazing prices. On the other hand, they appear extremely understaffed and it feels sometimes the right and doesn't know what the left hand is doing., If you are a patient person, this is a great place to do business.

My daughters and I were discussing getting another enclosed trailer. I had recalled an add for a dealer in Petoskey. We passed dealer and did a u turn. Our experience with Brodie was phenomenal from the greeting to our departure with our trailer. My daughters decorated his office with art post it notes. Thank you all again for our pleasant experience.

Good customer service and sales. I did email our salesman about a couple storage doors thhat needed to be fixed or replaced and have not heard back on that in a while but other than that we have had no problems

These guys weren't Good they were Great Cliff was our salesman no pressure very helpful answered all kinds of questions. Before I got there to look the thing over he had it pulled inside plugged in and ready for me to inspect I spent over an hour and a half looking at all over no problems to speak of ! Their service man in the back Ray knows his stuff six ways to heck there was two or three minor things that I found he actually had them fixed before I left the building I will recommend and or refer anyone I know that wants to buy a RV or a travel trailer. I've dealt with three or four other RV dealers in my life they were absolutely the best, what a great experience thank you Cliff and Ray !!!!

We had a great experience here. When we walked in, we immediatly felt like we were among 'friends and family', a rare, almost extinct feeling when purchasing something of value.Cliff was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He allowed us time to view the home in private without interruption yet was quick and thorough in completing the necessary documents after a purchase agreement.We also spent some time with Ray in the service Department who could not have been nicer or more knowledgeable.An overall 5 star experience! I live in Traverse City and the drive was well worth it!

My wife and I were traveling from indiana to the UP and had an issue with our awning. One awning arm extended out while traveling down the road. I stopped and secured the arm. We made it to their store before closing time. The service/parts man came out and installed a new bolt and we were on our way! Great customer service and appreciated their kind service!

After doing a lot of research and deciding on the RV we wanted, my wife and I started searching for the best dealer. I saw Petoskey RV USA had the unit we wanted, but we live 90 miles away.However, Brody not only gave us a fair price from the start, beating the big chain RV dealer's "lowest possible price", but the whole buying process was made painless and done 100% over the phone. .Brody was able to get us quick financing at a great interest rate, there were no hidden fees or high-pressure ext. warranty sales pitches. The RV was delivered to us us ready to camp in with a full LP tank, charged battery, completely hooked up, and ready to go. They even jumped through some hoops and scrambled to accommodate our request to pick up the camper the very next day. The entire process, from my first conversation to driving off the lot with the exact camper we wanted took less than 24 hours.Their set-up guy, Ray, really knows his RV's. As he did the walk-thru with us he patiently answered all our questions did a great job getting our camper ready to camp in.We're very happy with our camper. Petoskey RV USA gave us a very good deal with no surprises and made the process easy and stress-free for us. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a good deal from a great dealer.

I stopped in with my vintage Scotty-the gears in the jack had failed at last campsite. The tech removed my broken one & installed a new one for me right there in the parking lot! I was totally expecting to do it myself later as I know RV Techs are so crazy busy these days. It meant a lot as a mom camping with 2 daughters.

These guys are the best! We bought a trailer last year from them and just traded up to a little bit bigger one. We had an issue and they took care of it without issue. Cliff, Brody, Ray, Shelley, and Scott are great!!

We were visiting the area from Texas this summer when our inverter went out. Called on a Friday morning asking for help. We were told to bring the camper by around 1:00 pm and they would see what they could do. By 2:30 we were back on the road at a fair price. When your 1500 miles from home, that kind of service is priceless. Thanks so much Ray, Cliff, and Pat for your help.

Cliff did a great job for me and my wife. We are very happy with our purchase. Ray was outstanding when it came to the delivery and answering all of our questions. I had at least three of the people that work there ask if I needed help setting up my hitch. Petoskey RV is a class act. I would recommend.

Exceptional service and a quality no-nonsense buying experience with the team. Cliff worked with us through the entire buying process, stayed late (twice) to help us finalize some decisions, and the entire team went out of their way to make our experience great.We had some work done another camper here, and Ray was absolutely incredible to work with, did a 5 job, and treated us incredible.Best service in Michigan.

I was able too get what I was looking for, and saved me from having to drive out of state to get what I was looking for! Other trailer dealers are me didn t even know that there was a tandem homeowner dump trailer! So I was able to get just what I wanted and at a good price. Also the people working there are very nice and helpful!

Great place to do business. Cliff answered any questions we had and with no pressure during the sale process. Scott and Ray took care of setting up the camper to our truck with a great deal of care and concern to make sure all was right. Good walk through and explanation of campers features along with a few tips and tricks on items. Nice smaller dealership with customer satisfaction at the forefront.

Excellent sales and service department. No pressure, very easy transaction, Cliff and Brody went above and beyond to take care of my family and I with trade-in and purchasing of our new Cherokee! Very understanding and easy to work with, gave me the feeling that we ve known each other for years. Ray in service was very knowledgeable and took great time and care making sure I was comfortable and understanding of all the new systems on the RV that I wasn t quite sure about at the time. Excellent all around service. I am an extremely satisfied customer and can easily recommend stopping in to check them out! Great work guys and I will continue business with you in the future!

We purchased our travel trailer at Petoskey RV 4/21/18. Overall experience was great. They exceeded our expectations at each step in the process. No haggling or hidden fees. It was an easy negotiation, and we got a great deal on the model we told them we wanted when we walked on the lot. They were able to beat pricing anywhere in Michigan, Ohio, and even Indiana. And it was great to buy locally of course. Cliff and the entire sales team were great to work with. Honest, fair, hard-working, etc. The gentleman that performed our demo on the lot was outstanding! He encouraged us to look everything over closely, and let him know of anything he could address. He knew his way around the trailer. He answered any question we had with precise details and recommendations. (no I think, I believe, might, maybe type of answers) We never felt pushed during the entire process. We look forward to working with Petoskey RV in the future. Confident they will continue to grow with the recipe for success they have in place.

Cliff and Scott saved our vacation! On our way home, our trailer tire broke. Without an appointment, it didn t look good for us. However, late in the day, Scott repaired it and Cliff had us on the road in no time! Who does this anymore? I was blown away! Thanks guys!

Cliff was very pleasant to work with on our search for the perfect travel trailer. We found what we were looking for with the features we wanted. Then on our last visit just to make sure it was perfect, we discovered the outside kitchen was to tall for my wife. Cliff recommended another unit that had most of the same features, we ended up purchasing this unit and love it.They were very flexible in working around my schedule when it was time to close.Thanks for the great service!
