The overall oil change experience here is on par. I appreciate the quick service; albeit it s priced a bit on the high side. I definitely appreciate the free car wash that comes with each oil change. Need the guys working in the pit to take time to get excess oil off undercarriage of your car though. I had dripping on my driveway, causing me to return to make the filter was seated properly.

Gentleman who changed my oil went over everything thoroughly with me so that I understood what had been done and explained future issues I might have. When I had questions, he answered them in a way I'd understand 100% recommend and will be back!

Got my oil changed here on December 20th and my car is now blown up December 27th. Highly do not recommend, my oil was only full because I purchased a 5 quart bottle myself and added it. Your using a code as a scape goat to not fix your mistakes

I have always had a great experience at this business. The staff is very friendly and do a great job. While getting my oil changed, I had a tail light out also. They quickly changed it, and at a great price! Thank you

Okay, so I went in for a oil change at penzoil 4 months ago, they said I wasn t past the due date or my mileage, It was about 6k miles since my last oil change, and it was about 1 week over the due date. They reset my counter, never even opened the car hood, and they never said when to come back. So now I have to get a engine replacement because the engine blewService: Oil change

Avoid this place! I recently had an oil and filter change here. When I was shown the dip stick at the end of service, the oil was still dirty. When I questioned that, they told me that the engines in my make of car were "no good" and I should get rid of the car ASAP!. I eventually went to my regular mechanic and explained the situation. He laughed' did another oil and filter change, and revealed that that oil filter was not new, and probably wasn"t replaced! I PAID FOR A NEW FILTER AND DIDN'T GET ONE! I used to take all of our cars here when it was Penzoil and never had a problem before. I will never go back and will advise one to go elsewhere.Service: Oil change

I went in to get an oil change. Everybody was extremely friendly. This penzoiI also has an auto parts store and garage next door. I spoke to Josh, about an issue I was having with my battery. He was very honest and recommended that I go back to the large department store who put the wrong battery in my car and insist they fix the issue. I was very pleased to feel like the staff at Penzoil in Petoskey was looking out for me.

Very friendly crew and they always notify me of anything they notice that's alittle off, for instance I had my oil changed and they told me they replaced my oil cap because it was barely hanging on. And he asked who changed the oil last because he said if it had been them they wanted to talk to the other guys about putting them on properly no matter what. Haha it wasn't changed there last tho.

Mehhh....won t be back, Johnson s oil in Gaylord for me from now on! All I wanted was a quick oil change, tried to sell me $63 synthetic oil. No, thank you, I want the $36 oil change. $44 later because the oil filter is an extra $6.99. $44.40 and they don t even clean your windows or check any fluids. SMH

Guy kept trying to push different oil ,I told him what I wanted my oil was three qaurts low from his previous service and I have no leaks then he doesn't show me the dipstick ,I get home and it's black , I only use mobile one full synthetic right now I feel like I got scammed,I don't know exactly what to do about this but I'm definitely going somewhere else next time,I always gave them a five dollar tip that really bumms me out

I have never done this before but.....I don't even want to give them 1 star!!!! There at 9 am, no smiles.... No hello... Just dragging feet, yawning.. Wasn't even escorted out the door as usual. Never again will I go there!!!

Since they advertised as a 10 min oil change I timed them and they got it done in 8.

You actually get full service with full service oil change. Ask about a punch card for a free oil change.
