These guys are absolutely wonderful. Jim is a fantastic human and goes above and beyond. This is the kind of business that is needed everywhere as a model. Wonderful, yet no nonsense. Jim helped me out and my truck several times. He is honest and professional. His work is in high demand so I don't mind waiting but he always tries to accommodate his customers. We need more Jims! Very thankful to have him in our town.

Just as we were about to take off on a month long road trip with our camper, we had an aluminum bracket break on our truck frame which is required for traveling with our camper. Even with as busy as Metal Head Welding is, Jim didn t make us set up an appointment but immediately made room for us. What mostly impressed us, is how much stronger the part is then it was originally.

Brought in a stainless steel header that needed to be modified. Cut out the 2 tubes that needed to be switched, supplied pvc pipe patterns and 6 stainless steel header pipe. After 3 weeks of calling once every week as suggested by the owner Jim, with no replies, I was finally called back by the owner Jim, who was irate because I called and was told to come back and pick up my parts and he wanted nothing to do with my job.Totally unprofessional, rude, and inconsiderate. Must not have the skills to do a simple job.Service: Exhaust

Metalhead is the premier fabrication shop in Northern Michigan. The owners and employees are amazing and friendly like family. Truly the only choice for Fabrication and Vehicle Repairs in the area. Highly Recommended. Totally Satified with Jim, Paige, and the rest of the crew !!

These people perform miracles!!! They've fixed frames on three of my vehicles that were headed for the scrap yard and made them last 3 yrs longer. TOP NOTCH!!

They fixed several cracks on the shroud of my snowblower, did a great job,solid as a rock now. Great to deal with,very happy with their work!
