I went to petoskey for work purposes and on my way back I had a big problem with my car. I tried to called other places around the area but they didn t want to help me even though they were open they said they were done for the day I was little worried because I still had to drive back home for 3 hrs but anyways I called M&M Auto repair and service and they were very friendly and professional. I m so happy they were able to fixed my car right away. Will for sure come back whenever I m working in the area and will recommend to all my friends for auto repair needs. 100% recommended. Thanks M&M for all you help.

Super helpful and respectful. Cheaper then anywhere else I have taken my car. I usually have a hard time getting my car (Audi S5 2013) in anywhere to get it fixed because they are booked out with appointments but M&M gets me in within a reasonable time. Thank you for all of your help!

This was greatly unexpected, when our car overheated, we brought it to the nearest repair shop; which was M&M.Already Hestitant to go to any repair shop, they swiftly listened to my concerns and issues. Addressed them and took care of our car problems faster than I couldve imagined.The customer care is amazing here, and they arent out to rip you off!Thank you so much M&M for making sure we got home safe!

I have gone to M&M a few times in the past couple of years for all of my auto needs! Anthony is honest, quick, fair, and more than helpful by giving detailed answers to all of my questions and concerns. 10/10 recommend M&M auto to all!

I have always gotten my vehicle fixed at the dealership I bought my car from. but decided to give M&M a try. Anthony was awesome!!! Amazing customer service, honest, and prompt. He knew what he was doing and did a fantastic job!! I will definitely be back in the future and highly recommend this auto shop!!!!!

Went to head out of town and realized my car was not safe to drive. I am not local and needed a reliable person to help fix my car so I could make my 3.5 hour trek home safely. Anthony was extremely knowledgeable and got my car in right away, allowing me to get home within hours. He informed me of all details regarding the issue and fixed the problem flawlessly. He even gave me advice for future car maintenance without being pushy. As a women, I always struggle to feel confident in the auto department and am never sure what to believe. I appreciate Anthony s honesty, hard work, open communication, and knowledge. I would take my car to him again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.

Anthony was amazing!!! I had a small shudder in the transmission and I did a drop in. He immediately stopped what he was doing and took it for a drive. He was able to schedule me to do a full diagnostic and located the problem. Torque converter which is what I suspected. He was able to schedule me for service ASAP. Of course other small things came up but he made sure to call immediately and inform me before proceeding. I will never go to another shop! The service was so personable and friendly and they worked with me. Being a female, unfortunately, a lot of mechanics see us as a target. He was so respectful and tried to save me money at every turn. I am so thankful for honest people in this world!! Thank you Anthony! Came to Petoskey Michigan for vacation. After driving up 400 miles car ran fine. Next day, Stabiltrack and ABS Lights came on and Power Steering did not work. After shutting car down and restarting several times no luck. Car lights stayed on 3 days. I became worried about driving the car home, it needed to be repaired but I knew no one in the area. After a few calls to repair shops a couple seemed not to know much on how to fix it or gave wrong answers. Than I came across M&M Service and spoke to Anthony on the phone. He seemed very knowledgeable about this problem since he repaired others before my car. He actually stopped working on an major engine repair job to come out and scan my car and behold, he showed me the scanner, how it worked, every code, past codes, and the actual codes for my car of its problems. We set a time, the bay door was open for my car upon arrival, and he pulled it in and got started to do repairs. Well before all this he explained the cost estimate, the parts involved, and the time it would take to fix. Anthony was a true Honest, Knowledgeable, and Caring Person, who took his time to help a stranded stranger from out of town get home. One of the best Mechanics I have ever met period. I did make it home, car ran perfectly! Great guy, Honest about Repair Costs, and Very Skilled. I Highly, Highly, Recommend Anthony with M&M to all. Thank you again Anthony!!! Great Job!

My air conditioning compressor died on the drive to Petoskey for a little vacation. I was a somewhat panicked because I knew I had no way to fix our minivan when I was away from home. And it wasn't drivable. Anthony was willing and able to get us right in (within 30 minutes of calling him). He ordered the parts that afternoon and had our van fixed in less than two days. The cost was reasonable and was what I expected (having done this repair myself on other cars). He also checked the other pulleys on the engine to make sure they were also okay. And he replaced the serpentine belt. He was conscientious and professional, and his communication was outstanding. He provided regular updates each step of the process so I was never wondering what was happening. He has recently taken over this business so the older reviews are not relevant. I would highly recommend M&M Service, and Anthony, for your repair needs.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Air conditioning

My C.V. joint broke, Anthony was very quick to check it out and had that fixed and replaced my driveshaft within 2 days. I will definitely go back in the future. Great staff!!!!

We were on our way to the UP from PA and our Expedition started making noises. After calling around and being told repeatedly that we should get it checked before crossing the bridge to the UP, we pulled into M&M desperate for some analysis. The owner was friendly, helpful, and willing to do diagnostics and get our vehicle up on the lift to see what was up. Thankfully, it was a crack in the exhaust so we were able to continue on our way. But the relief in knowing it wasn t something that was going to leave us sit somewhere in the middle of nowhere priceless! Scheduled a trans flush for 10 am.. they say they called , but left no message.. to cancle my appointment and rescheduled for 2.. well they did it anyway and failed to call me that morning or leave a message.. unprofessional

I bought a L900 Dump Truck, in Petoskey, online. I sent a guy up there to bring the truck back. The problem was that the dump truck had a 12FT plow on the front, and it was too wide to drive down the road. I called M&M, they got the plow off and into the bed. They were quick and very affordable. Not to mention the staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you so much!

Lacking communication. Not sure if the owner ever works. Still haven t paid my bill after requesting an invoice multiple times. Truck seems to be repaired correctly. Be prepared to wait.

I do not rec amend using there car wash. No soap, no wax, dirty. There brush scratched my paint. I tried to contact the owner, and he blew me off. I left my # so he could contact, me and make things right. And as I expected I never heard back. Not much of a business owner. DO NOT USE KUEBLER CAR WASH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst car repair shop I've ever dealt with. Terrible customer service and awful communication. Ended up taking my car to another repair shop after they had it for a week and couldn't give me any answers.
