Wow, just wow! The fudge was excellent! Hard to narrow down our choices, but we did. It was melt in your mouth delicious. Then we moved on to the ice cream. Very creamy and delicious. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Can't decide on which two ice cream flavors to pick? Ask them. They know the perfect pairs. Too bad we missed the chocolate making. There's always tomorrow!

Delicious chocolate, fudge, ice cream, candy apples and more. They make everything on site and are happy to give samples. Employees are super friendly and knowledgeable. One person in our party has food allergies and they willingly showed him the ingredients for whatever he was interested in.

We had the Kilwins tracks wafle cones, they were delicious. We also bought some turtle chocolate caramel fudge that was amazing! The location we went to is where company holds training for new stores, they had a huge kitchen in the back and the largest chocolate santa and Easter bunny I have ever seen! Really enjoyed visit.

Stopped in tonight for dessert. Store was sparkling clean and staff was friendly and helpful. There was seating inside and out. We were also able to sample ice cream flavors. There was lots to see and eat there! We will definitely come back. The bathrooms were also very clean.

The people here are so nice! Like Disneyland nice if you know what I mean. This place is just another one of those candy manufacturing places, honestly if you've seen one you've seen them all. The fudge is okay, not melt in your mouth good, it's a little grainy like they should use a superfine sugar instead of what they use. The flavor is excellent, the texture not so much.Fair warning g though! Prices here are high, you're not going to get a factory bargain

First time here awesome to say the least.this is like being in Willy Wonka' chocolate factory but better its real and in Michigan. I watched Luke make peanut brittle with such care and passion towards his work and the pride he had explaining how much he loved his job was refreshing to hear from someone his youthful age. The other staff was just as kind and helpful. I bought a ice cream waffle cone with fresh fountain chocolate inside waffle cone than the ice cream amazing all the gift candy and chocolate you could ever want. Just to stop in and see how everything is made in front of you is worth the trip. I will be back

Super fun place and very nice staff! Dave was our tour guide and he was a fun kind of guy who made it interesting! The samples were great and you MUST try the ice cream that you cannot buy in stores! Yum!

We love it here! From getting chocolate samples to watching them make chocolate and then ice cream this place is so fun! It's a mandatory stop every time we come to Petoskey! The store is always clean and bright. And the staff is always above and beyond friendly and helpful. Make this a stop on your visit, don't miss out!

Best customer service I ve had all summer in over 6 countries. We strolled in Sunday completely aloof after a walk through the park. The girls at the first two counters gave us a warm greeting within 5 feet of walking in. We made our way to the ice cream counter where a young gentlemen gave us many samples and whipped up a chocolate dip double cone and the girls again gave us a hearty goodbye. All this excellent customer service and we didn t realize the place was closed. Lol, we only looked knew the hours in town by where we are staying was 9pm, but this bigger location down the way closes earlier. It had to of been 630-645 on a Sunday. Incredible. The staff on Sunday 9/24 know excellent customer service.

They have large windows where you can watch as they make the chocolates. They also have many flavors of ice cream. It's all fresh made on site. The place is bright and spotless. It was all good.

I love the windows to watch the behind-the-scenes stuff. Also how the training kitchen is in the open to be observed. That's the interesting parts. And the pumpkin fudge tastes like pumpkin pie with a hint of chocolate.

Wish I could give them another star. I've only had their ice cream once on their homemade waffle cone. Incredible you don't realize how much better a fresh waffle cone is over the mass production ones. Fantastic!

This was a great surprise to come across. We drove past it on our way to Petoskey and decided to get icecream. Little did we know we'd be surprised by the kitchen.Everything looked delicious and it was fun seeing the kitchen behind the glass walls.

Roomy, clean, and fun to see how products are made. Does not have much fudge and you can not buy a half slice like in Mackinaw. Limited selections. Was disappointed by only 5 choices for fudge.

Smells amazing as soon as you walk thru the doors. Arrived to late for the tour but some signs still tell some information as well as the huge chocolate Santa and Easter Bunny. We got 5 kinds of fudge and some of their hand dipped caramels. He ice cream is to just wonderful and you can buy a hand packed pint to go. Recommend to anyone going in the area!!!

If you're not happy walking into this place (not sure why you wouldn't be) you most definitely will be when you walk out. Everything here is beyond tasty and delicious, and it is a sight to behold to see them making these delectable treats.

Great chocolate but very expensive(close to $40 per pound). I bought 5 pieces for almost $10. Many flavors of ice cream, which lots of people were buying. They also had an entire kid's selection. Unfortunately, despite all advertising to the contrary, they have not resumed tours of the kitchen.
