This place is phenomenal! The staff is top shelf and the grounds are beautiful. Things have improved dramatically over the last year with the re-introduction of the Ciderpress clubhouse with tons of social events throughout the week. The addition of the pickleball courts is another wonderful addition and great social draw. Leaving here is always difficult.

Very high end motorcoach resort. But it does seem like people spend more of their focus competing to see who has a nicer coach and a nicer finished lot. Don t get me wrong. Place is beautiful, but the new section called conifer is not up to the standard of the rest of the resort. It needs trees and more development before they can ask the price they were asking.The staff was 1st class. Friendly and helpful and responsive to issues.

Beautiful luxury motorcoach resort with large, beautifully landscaped lots, in a convenient location near downtown Petoskey & lake Michigan. Each site is unique and private and has bungalows, pergolas, firepits, water features, and can be customized to your taste. 2 clubhouses, pool, hot tub, pickleball courts and many social activities are also available.

Our stay at Hearthside was wonderful, however, want to suggest that they stop referring Superior Coach Detailing. We had Superior wash the coach and seal the top while we were away on sightseeing. When we returned large areas of the bus had been missed with washing. I didn't get my ladder out to look at the top until after we had moved on to our next stop. I wish I could post pictures here... Sealant put on with a rag mop and again large areas completely skipped. We also had areas where the sealant was slopped on so thick that it dried as big black stains. Could not recommend these folks to anyone.Hearthside would get a 5 star from us had it not been for Superior Coach Detailing. Loved the park but would not use their coach detailers again.

For the past ten years we ve visited Hearthside Grove each summer for at least a week.The resort is unlike any other Motorcoach resort we ve visited, and we ve been fortunate enough to have visited all 48 states.In full disclosure, if you re looking to rent a site, they re not inexpensive. However, depending on your perspective, it can be worth the cost.Highly recommended.

Beautiful and elegant. The main clubhouse is fabulous! The pool and hot tub is nice! We used the secondary clubhouse every morning for breakfast and games. The lot was beautifully landscaped and surrounded by trees. Everyone was super friendly. The area itself is beautiful. We traveled around different locations by day enjoying every city we went to.

This place is truly incredible. The owners go above and beyond to make sure you re taken care of and comfortable. They truly make you feel welcome and like family. The lots are gorgeous and maintained so nicely. We had such a wonderful long weekend here!

4 star based on amenities for price.Landscaping is beautiful. Nice staff and guests. We were on Site 45 for a week. This is a luxury RV community, not a resort. No activities. Pool is very small; no room to relax when two kids are playing in it. No card games. No community socials. There is no office other than front gate. Landscape lighting was malfunctioning, and cable was fuzzy. We reported to front gate. They said they would contact the lot owner. Wasn't fixed while we were there. They suggested we move our coach so we could use our satellite around the trees. Didn't see any maintenance people anywhere. Patio dining table, down behind lot, was rusty and no umbrella to protect from sun. Nice fire pit, off, over to side, but only two chairs. Nice to rent for a few days, wouldn't want to buy. Many lots up for resale. A lawsuit between HOA board and developer over clubhouse.

Beautiful & friendly folks. We stayed in lot 33, gorgeous! Full kitchen with covered pergola, water feature/pond with goldfish & froggies. Fire pit sitting area, backs up to woods, very private. If you want your satellite to work you need to back in. But it's so pretty outback you could probably forgo the satellite & get the news on your phone for a few weeks.

Very nice staff. Nancy made us feel quite welcome. My wife and I are now looking to schedule a second visit to include more days.We only spent 1 day as a trial and were very pleased. This place is quiet, extremely luxurious, and full of amenities. Great Place in upper Michigan.

Hearthside Is fabulous! Beautiful grounds, level and spacious lots. A variety of amenities to enjoy. However, if you are wanting to get your coach washed do not use Superior Coach Detailing. They are expensive and did a mediocre job at best. Still bugs on the front; streaks and spots on mirrors and windows; and white Residue from the roof. The never did anything but spray with the hose- no washing involved. Worth about the $65 you pay at a truck wash, certainly not $125.

Very upscale park. Many pretty motorhomes and casitas. Glad we checked it out, but too high end for our taste. If you re making a res, try not to get the newer lots near the tennis courts - too wide open and they should be back ins not pull ins to take advantage of the evening sun (morning sun didn t hit the patio either).I would have given this park three stars (the only friendlies I found were at the gate), but it s just too pretty and well run a place. Make your own mind up.

Stayed at Hearthside for a long weekend and every expectation was met. This place is amazing. Staff was excellent - professional and attentive. Sites were huge, grounds were amazing, guests could not have been nicer, and we had a great time in Petoskey. Only mistake was that we should have stayed longer. Long forward to a return visit.

Truly is an amazing place. Yes it is expensive, but well worth it, for a while anyway. When I first arrived the guard at the gate gave me instructions on how to disconnect the car. Another guy followed me, and escorted me to my site. The sides are grass and concrete and expertly Landscaped. One of the nicest parks in America.

Hearthside Grove is a very beautiful high end RV resort. Don't plan on staying there if you have a travel trailer or 5th wheel. Sites are owned, but there are a few available to tent. Although it's beautiful, it's too "uppity" for me with all those Prevost and other high end motor homes. Just not my thing.

We were meet at the front gate by Alex who said "You must be the Rays! And, you are Claire." It was so nice to get that personal greeting right from the start. The property is amazing!"

Fantastic place! Large lots, beautiful landscaping, friendly but quiet make this my favorite Motorcoach park ever.

Quite possibly one of the best RV Resorts in the country (the other being StoneRidge in Idaho).

Amazing place and amazing staff!!! Had really high expectations before we came and they surpassed them!!!! Absolutely will be back
