The dealership had given me a certificate when I bought my vehicle that I redeemed for my oil change and tire rotation. They did an amazing job! Quick and professional service!! I also received two cards for free car washes from the gentleman I had purchased my vehicle from. His name is Neil and you should request him for your vehicle purchasing because he will not let you down! He was patient with me and made my experience so much smoother! Keep up the good work Fletch's of Petoskey!!!!

I purchased an at4 from Chris yesterday. What a great guy and great place to shop for a vehicle. After doing some shopping I experienced horrible service from Kring Chevrolet. By FAR the worst dealership I ve ever went to. Top to bottom terrible. I advise everybody never go to Kring they re the worst of the worst. I was more than happy to give Chris my business. Fletch s was a breath of fresh air. I was in and out. No hassle. No problems. Cannot recommend them enough. Ask for chris!

Everyone was so kind and professional. The waiting room was comfortable and pleasant with internet access so I could do some work. They provided a loaner car when my vehicle needed to stay for another day. I felt confident that my vehicle was in tip top shape when it was finished! Thank you for taking such good care of me!

Top Notch all the way around!!! Could not believe how friendly every single person that walked by us in the waiting room was!!!!! Seriously every single employee that was there that day said Hi and asked how we were doing, helped with coffee and drinks and just very friendly to us. From the time I called Christy who we bought our vehicle from we had quick and great communication from the whole team!! Your customer service is spot on and the staple for how to treat your clients!!!!! 100% recommend to all my friends and family!!!!!!

Vary unhappy!! Traded in my 5.3 liter for a 2.7 liter truck.he talk about how good it was. Only to discover after a few days tried to buy it my old truck back and they already sold It. NOT HAPPY!!Very good sales man there!! be careful. You won't be happy!!Update on this review. I contacted my salesman I bought the vehicle from. I ask him to get me into a truck with a 5.3 liter engine. Now I went from 350 to 500 a month payment now it's would be around 950!! With money down all done with GM trucks

We purchased our truck from Niel Tveten and our experience was outstanding. He is a very professional, patient and kind young man, he answered all of our questions (and there were a lot) and because we had such a great experience working with Niel on the purchase of our truck, we have been back for the maintenance on our truck and also auto detailing. The man that helped me when I got there was very friendly and made sure I was aware of everything the techs found, so I appreciate that. As for the service, it was way too expensive. I planned to spend a few hundred dollars but not $660 and still not have my problem fixed. I didn't leave the dealership until almost 5:20 pm, after I had gotten out of work at 4 pm. I like coming to Fletchs because it's right next to my work, but I can't come here if it's going to drain my bank account everytime. You guys charge and ungodly amount for the most mundane things.

Melissa made make a night drop appointment very quick and easy. Was happy she was able to get my Sierra in the next day especially since my 4 wheel drive wasn't working. Melissa also followed up while the vehicle was in service to keep me informed on the progress. Nice work!

I received a gift card to get my car fully detailed at Fletch s in Petoskey. Received this detail on august 10 2022. Dropped it off at 8:45 and picked it back up at 3:30 and proceeded to rush back to work just a few minutes down the road. I also gave them a $50 cash tip before inspecting the car. Upon inspection, I was most upset about the cob webs on the mirror, the carpets were soaked and still are at almost 8pm, there was a hand print smeared on my drivers door, my back window and passenger side door were still dirty, and they took my privacy screen off my trunk area and just left it on the floor of my trunk. In my opinion it seems like I got a lesser quality of a job because I used a gift card. I regret tipping for such a disappointing result.

Poor customer service skills in the shop part of fletches. The man that sold my car was great though. I bought a vehicle from there. First i was told i needed to bring it in for a wheel bearing with an appointment they made. So i try to pick it up hours later and they told me to expect not to have it back ALLDAY which would of been nice to know when i dropped it off there.then the motor stopped working in my wipers. I called to ask them about looking at it because we had looked up the issue and it was a recall. The guy on the phone told me they'd charge me like 160 or something just to look at them. And when I said oh okay he hung up on me. So I called Dave kring and they fixed it right away with no issues for for for me.

To be honest was expecting a bit more detail in the detail1. In the cab, though it was mostly clean, you could see areas that were not. Mats still had puddles of water and the parts of the mats that were not still wet looked like they were merely wetted down and then dried with dirt on them. The box that was used to store the loose items left a mark on the seat it was placed on. Some areas were missed with vacuum or cleaner altogether. Also looked like a spot of some gummy substance on the back seat as well.2. The underside of the vehicle did not look like and under wash was had as there was dirt on the tire and other elements under there.3. The cargo area had blotches that initially I thought were rust but on closer inspection it was dirt or other type of substance. If you wet your fingers and rubbed it you fingers when then be marked brownish black. Did not look like much was attended to there.Actually took a quick video or two right after I picked the truck up with and highlighted the things I noted.

I was in today for a plug in my tire. I had already been numerous place s trying to have it repaired. I was told by three places that they couldn t help me till Friday. Today is Tuesday. Fletch s told me to come right in and fixed the tire within 15 min out the door. Thank you Brian and Greg. Great work

I had a great experience at Fletch s! I got there early and the technician took my car in right away. They did an oil change and a complete inspection as it was my first new car visit. It took about 45 minutes during which I waited in their very nice, clean, and well stocked (coffee, drinks, etc.) waiting area. I love Fletch s and will not take my car anywhere else.

I had the best experience buying a car from Fletch s! From the first phone call to driving it home, the whole staff was amazing and made it stress free & fun! Niel was AWESOME. After I had decided to buy the vehicle for sure and already had the paperwork done, the manager came over and said they d detail it for free and offered to drive all the way to Traverse City to pick it up, bring me a rental car and return it. Niel went above and beyond to make sure the car was in perfect shape before being returned. I m so happy with the Chevy I bought and will highly recommend this dealership to everyone! The service and results from Fletch's Collision is second to none. They were able to get my car in within a week and repaired the damage in 6 days! My contact at the repair shop, Jon Nelson, was great to work with. He was very responsive, and we were able to communicate via email. When the car was returned the repairs were perfect, and amazingly, the car was completely detailed. It looked brand new, including shining the tires! Great job and great service!

It was a good experience. Except never got a call when tires where in. Was left wondering for some time until I went in for a oil change and saw the tires with my name on them. I asked if they where mine , and then was told that they where and to schedule an appointment.

I brought my truck in to have the brake system checked and a sensor replaced after replacing brake pads at home and while it was in, I had them check my transmission system for any issues as the truck is making a noise when in auto, 4 high, or 4 low and is also starting hard. Fletch s was quick to bleed the brakes and replace the sensor and reported no issues with the transmission/engine; however, that is not where my issues arose.I picked my truck up on Friday 11/17/23 after hours and drove it home. On Saturday morning, I drove to Bellaire and about halfway there I heard the engine fan kick on. I assumed another sensor issue as my father s truck had recently done the same; however, when we were about 5 minutes from Bellaire, I got a warning notification on my dash that the engine was overheating and I needed to idle the engine.We were almost to town so I got to town, parked, and popped the hood to find that my coolant cap was left off and all of my coolant had leaked into the engine bay, leaving my engine with no coolant. To say I was upset was an understatement. I have contacted the dealership and I am waiting on someone from service to contact me for a resolution.

Chris was a joy to work with in ordering our Yukon XL. He explained the leasing process very well and didn't try to sell us on anything we didn't want. In today's market, the pricing is what it is and we appreciated Chris' straightforward approach. All in all, we definitely recommend Chris and look forward to future purchases with him and Fletch's.
