I went into fast Eddie's last minute and got the best service I have ever had. They went through everything on my car and took their time and treated me as if I was their boss. I would highly recommend going here as they don't try to upsell you on anything they just do exactly what your car needs and get you in and out fast. I have the pleasure of meeting Ben Kenny Zach Joey who all worked together to get me in and out and under 5 minutes. Top notch service!

Paid for the 2nd best wash (super duper) for $15 and came out with piles of dirt still on my truck. Nasty smear marks all over. No dirt roads were taken after. Even asked before we went in if the wash I selected would be enough and the man working said oh yea it ll get it clean for sure The only reason they get 2 stars is because the employees where very kind.

We have purchased the car wash for an entire year plan. So that allows us to get our car washed any time we need it. The only limitation is once per day. For those who cannot afford to pay per year, they also offer 6-month plans and monthly plans and you can choose from any grade of wash they offer. For those of us who live in snowy, salty road condition areas it is a great way to keep the salt off of your vehicle.

Great service and these guys do a fantastic job on our vehicles.Please remember to tip them because they work very hard with pleasing results.The oil change place next door also takes care of the car wash as part of their service.

Paid for the $15 wash and gave them $5 change as a tip. They claim to take pride in hand drying your vehicle, which I guess they did if you want to classify it as that. My front windows are still dirty as are both mirrors - they folded them in without washing them first. The back window of the truck has a brush swipe on each side but otherwise still completely dirty. Definitely not impressed and will not go back.

I waas going more towards 3.5 stars but that's not an option.This use to be the best car wash around, then the new one opens and it seems like the people who rinse your car and sud it up in the beginning don't care. The one girl looked bored out of her mind lightly running the brush back and forth in one spot. Then the guys dry you off just before you leave don't do the job they use to, well just one guy now, It's like no one cares anymore. What happened? We go to you bc you once cared and done one hell of a job. I've been going here since the beginning and I've been extremely disappointed these last past washes ..

Pretty good car wash. The free vacuums and compressed air are worth exactly that. Very poor suction and you can probably whistle harder than the air blows.

I have been a customer of fast Eddie's car wash for many years and have never had many issues that I have had lately with the request of no brushes for my car wash I always request no brushes and yet the brushes always come down and I end up with a car wash that I did not want. The last two times I have been through the car wash I have had the mop brush on entry bounce off the back of my windshield of my Tesla model 3 which has produced a severe scratch in my rear window that I believe to be their fault. I have shown this to the management and have filed a complaint to which they have sat on the disclaimer that they are not liable for any scratches or anything that their car wash Will do. This car was purchased brand new and has never seen a car wash except for fast Eddie's. I was very disappointed in the outcome. I filed a complaint and asked for my money back for my subscription for future car wash which they said they don't give refunds and of course have only used my news subscription to the car wash twice and both times I had the incident. I don't believe going back to them at this point would be in my best interest. With duct tape around the base of the mops lets me know that there are issues with the tools they are using but yet they leave me to believe that I am wrong and they're only using them for handles. which of course I believe is not the case so I'm just putting this out there so you know and you won't be a victim.

Get your oil changed here! I've always gotten great service, and the manager Jason is top notch- he's knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. They're super quick on the oil change, and as someone who knows nothing about cars, I appreciate the guys being so helpful without trying to upsell things you don't need. Highly recommend this place!

My wife took her van there for an oil change. They, of course, talked her into the most expensive service. I went to change the oil myself yesterday only to find that my sockets wouldn't fit right on the drain plug. Upon closer look, the plug was cross threaded, and the bolt head was badly mishaped. We shall see how they handle this.Update: Jason and Zack took care of everything quickly and expertly. They were very understanding and went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased with the outcome.Service: Oil change

Jacob and his staff were very helpful yesterday. They were efficient, effective and more than polite. They hand wiped your car down and we even got a kind and friendly wave from the lady that was hand drying our car as we left!

The best car wash around! Their unlimited passes are a great deal and they do a phenomenal job of getting all areas of the vehicle clean of salt and dirt! The people are awesome and friendly and they get you through the line pretty quick!

Truck still dirty and dented and stripped paint off bottom of truck and manager didn't really care will never go here again he told me it was loose paint on a clean truck

Brought car in for oil change. Techs tightened valve cap on so tight, I couldn t get it off to put air in the tire, called them and they refused to even attempt to get it off and said I should just go to a tire shop .

5 star review for 5 star service!! The managers and all the staff are so kind and helpful, and truly on top of things. Pulled in this morning for a quick wash and after a 16 hour drive I was on lowwww tires. The manager ran out to me and insisted I pull up so they could get them all fixed up for me. Highly recommend any and all of their services, if needed when you re in town!

They don't lie! It was fast! We didn't even have to get out of the car. Also made sure all of our lights and turn signals worked and refilled our washer fluid! They gave us a voucher for a free car wash as well, so it was an all-around win!

A highly-competent oil change and maintenance crew. Fast, friendly service with no frills. They re always happy to give recommendations based on personal experience - some knowledgeable advice saved me from a possible serious coolant system failure. Code reading and dash indicator reset assistance was an added bonus. 5/5I trust the crew at our Petoskey Fast Eddies. Ridiculously expensive oil changes for the products they re using and their car wash scratches your vehicle horribly.
