I hope my stereotypical comment will be glossed over in light of my self admission. I know next to nothing about vehicles so I m pretty much an easy target to less reputable auto servicing establishments. This is definitely NOT the case at Dave Kring. I ve had to take my Hummer in for service on a few occasions and never once did Forrest, the gentleman I spoke with, treat me as if I were any different from someone who was well versed all things auto related. They are patient as I do my best to explain what s going on and they repeat back to me what I said to make sure we are on the same page. They are thorough when they work on my truck and if they find anything while doing work on it they ring me asking what I would like to do after they explain what would/could happen in the future. It s hard to find truly honest mechanics, auto body or auto servicing shops but trust me they are very transparent and I never have that nagging feeling in the back of my mind like I may not know something. In fact one time the driver door handle completely broke. I ordered a new handle but quickly realized I was in no way qualified to even attempt the replacement so I took my truck to Kring and Josh fixed it, very fast and no charge. I won t take any of my vehicles anywhere else but Kring. I know I am in good hands with them.

Before purchasing my truck, the salesman assured me that the brakes were just serviced. He would be partially correct. 3 of 4 rotors were obviously brand new with 1 half disintegrated. New hard lines at all 4 corners. New pads were obviously installed even on the bad rotor. Local mechanic also found questionable hardware mixed with new hardware. Service obviously turned a blind eye to blatantly obvious safety issues. Saving pennies and disregarding customer safety!

Very happy from start to finish. Scheduler was extremely helpful, polite and professional on the phone. Porters were great and took me to and from work while they worked on my vehicle. Service advisor was also great.

This is customer service here 100%.I had to wait for my car today. Well water,coffee,doughnuts please and the seating so nice clean..charging my phone. SERVICED MY CAR TO THE T THANKS MR DAVE KRING CHEVROLET GREAT DAY to all who makes it great!!!!!

We had been looking for a Colorado for months in our local area. After searching the Internet we found that Dave Kring had what we wanted. I contacted the dealership and Devon Ross was our salesman. He was very helpful, answered all of our questions and we decided to purchase the truck. Dealership made the purchase easy. Living in Wisconsin with almost 5 hour drive to the dealership Devon drove the truck to us, meeting us an hour from our home. Now that's service!! We are happy with our Colorado.

Had my Cadillac serviced here and it was about $20 cheaper for an oil change than anywhere else. They also did a multi service check and it didn't cost anything! Had my sister drive 2hrs to test drive a vehicle just to be told it was sold over the weekend and the guy was off today. Thing is we have the emails from this morning stating come down and test drive the car. Two Emails with responses.

Professional and knowledgeable. It appears that they all enjoy working there. As I sat near the lobby/desk and observed the interactions with the customers (in person or on the phone) with the two ladies at the desk, I was very impressed. This was my first time at Kring, and so far it appears that it will be definitely a more positive experience than what I experienced at a dealer near Lansing.

Dave Kring handles all of my auto needs other than sales and even that I trust him implicitly. I utilize the auto detail center, the collision repair, mechanical issues, oil changes, tire sales, etc. He is honest, stands by their work, makes things right if I am not happy and has the most integrity of any car dealership I have ever dealt with in my lifetime. He also is a great community member and does so much for the community. He is humble and complimentary to his team. I cannot say enough good about how I feel about this dealership.

Rob went to great lengths to locate an XT-6 in a color that I liked when they were in short supply everywhere. He got it here and delivery was as smooth and pleasant as we have come to expect at Dave Kring Cadillac. Such pleasant and professional people there!

I ve always heard a lot of good reviews about this place and how it s one of the best places to go to buy a vehicle. Even heard it plenty of times on the radio and from friends. So I go there to buy a vehicle a Traverse to be exact. It s super nice and has everything I want. Didn t end up getting it or should say I COULDN T get it because they wouldn t come down 443.00. The bank wouldn t give me the loan because the dealer wanted 443 dollars more than what the car was worth. Super disappointed that this so called great dealership I ve heard so much about wouldn t even budge 443.00 on a 25,000 dollar car. They literally just lost 25000 dollars and a customer that would have gave them good reviews and referred people to them over a petty 443.00 that they wouldn t work with me on. Seriously unbelievable.

This is where I have come for years to get my oil changed but this morning I was so irritated that I left! When I pulled into the parking lot there was a truck in the garage and one car in front of me. After waiting one minute the truck left and the car pulled into the garage, I thought cool it shouldn't be that long of a wait. Well after the car was done, one of the workers was leaned over in the passenger side window just hanging out talking while the other two employees stood there... this went on for 15 minutes before I decided to leave (45 minutes total that I waited on one car). I found this all very rude and unprofessional, I'll get my oil changed some place else if this is how they are going to treat their customers!

What a wonderful, fast and easy experience dealing with Joe Baird and Lori Britton at Dave Kring! I initially spoke with Joe, filled out the financing application online and was in contact with Lori almost immediately who processed the application. The process was extremely smooth and I picked up my new Escalade the next day. Joe and Lori both were very accommodating and thorough with everything to make sure I understood my new vehicle and how everything operated. Joe even took the extra step to show me the ins and outs of my new vehicle to ensure I was happy with what I purchased. I wish all dealerships operated in this manner. Thanks again!

These guys rock. In for a quick oil change on my Mazda. Went in to talk to sales (have a Silverado lease from them also) . When it was finished they pulled it around front for me and the total was less than the price advertised on the coupon I had! These guys are the best Chevy dealer around, top to bottom.
