Toni is a natural at selling cars! She worked all day with me to find a vehicle I can afford (poor credit/cancer debt) and had low miles. She has a fun attitude and is great to work with. Also, her compassion for my situation didn't seem like pitty like other places I went to. In addition, Megan in financing knows her stuff and was a big help too. Overall, a good experexperience. Nicely done Toni and Megan!~ Sarah(The crazy ambulance driver who didn't beat on your car)

Words cannot say enough here. We had the BEST experience at Dave Kring Chevrolet. Our vehicle purchase was not only fun and enjoyable, the process was smooth and professionally done. I get all of my work done on my 2019 suburban at the dealership. I have found them to be honest and they do a fantastic job. Most notable is Forrest s superior customer service! I will continue to be a customer.

Very easy to deal with and friendly. Fixed my car in a timely manor. Helped to have GM cover most of the bill under warranty when it had just expired. Very grateful. Highly recommend Kring Chevrolet.

Regardless of how busy the folks were in the Oil Change garage, they each and everyone of them was calm and in total control. Upon entering the site, they greeted me and conducted themselves like professionals. I appreciate each and everyone that works in the Kring service area.

Dave Kring Dealership in Petoskey Used Cars I highly recommend Michael in the used car area. Looks are deceiving he looks young but knows his stuff Great service. He is helpful, honest, fast, friendly and found a great used car for my daughter.. prepped, service team inspected, full tank of gas and financed in few hours out the door just one owner and 50K miles. Great price!

I went in because the apple car play was not working. I was there about 10 minutesnand Don came out and said it was my cable that was bad. No charge for the visit. Kring has a great team.

Service manager was able to fix our truck when he was short handed & book up! The truck had a senser lite come on. We had to go 200 miles for an emergency. He get us in & replaced the senser in less than hour. We were able to make our appointment.Thanks to the great service from him & his department. I have told everyone.

When I arrived for my appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, I shared that I had a tire that was low on air. Immediately one of the guys was over checking the tire. After a few minutes Don came into the waiting area and told me what the service team discovered. Asked if I wanted them to do fix it, and the cost. It was an easy and inexpensive fix. Dave Kring hands down the best service team. Thank you.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. I was in for oil change/tire rotation. I was told it would take about an hour and it did!! No extra fees or time! Great place to have service done.

Forest in the service department has been a huge reason for our continued business for many years. He has become a very good friend over these years and goes out of his way to go above and beyond for us every time we are there. I highly recommend him to everyone!

Came in to get heated seats looked at. They were not working. $149 later, they replaced a fuse. Listed other things they tested, that we did not ask to have done. Said the sears worked now. The next day, the seats do not work again. We are not real happy.

This was the third of forth time I ve had the truck to the dealership for a transmission issue, (it slips regularly between 1st and second gear and sometimes between 2nd and third) and I get told that it s within normal perimeters for an 8 speed automatic. It either slips or it doe s not!! I d like to sell the truck and get a new one as I do every few years but how do I do that with the transmission issue, if I were to trade it in I d lose money on it. I ve always been a GM man but am truly disappointed. Larry Failing

Went in for a tire rotation & inspection since I knew my brakes needed work. The quote I was given for brake replacements were outrageously high. Another shop quoted my vehicle at less than half the amount.

I had to wait a bit for a service advisor but the staff there were friendly and talkative, so I didn t have to just stand there and wait. Service was completed timely. I think the service is all-around excellent at Dave Kring! Thanks!

Your drive thru oil change rocks. Drove in, and it was like a well tuned pit crew started working. Drove outta there knowing my oil was fresh, other fluids topped off, tires at the right pressure, and a new set of windshield wipers!

My parents went to their appointment today as was told my their sales men. With a price ahead of time when they got there the price was different then was told to them. Drove 1hr one way. When their lease is up they will go somewhere else!

I had an appointment for a simple oil change for my 2013 Camaro. I arrived at the service department at my appointed time and they were ready for me. They performed the work on my vehicle fairly quickly. I waited for my vehicle at the dealership. The waiting room was very pleasant and comfortable. There were several pieces of interesting memorabilia at, or near the waiting room. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.
