My family has experienced excellent customer service at Byrider Petoskey! The sales team was very thorough when explaining each step of the car buying process, as well as accommodating when/if a repair was needed. The service team promptly made room for my car on the schedule and made sure that it continued running smoothly. We have been customers of Byrider for months now, and will continue spreading the word about this great place to our friends and family!

I bought my car from right way auto and had so many issues with it. i spoke to Amanda and zeke, they were able to help me right away and took their time to get me into a repair shop. they made the calls for me and made sure my warranty was covered and I got my car in the shop the next day and FIXED correctly!! I would 10 out of 10 recommend byrider petoskey!!!

I am from Harbor Springs and understand that maintaining excellent, cheerful customer service at the end of the busy summer can be a challenge. I was very pleasantly surprised when I went into ByRider for some help. The brake light bulb on my RV had blown and I wanted to be safe in my highway travels downstate that day. I was immediately greeted at the door. The parts employee was clearly busy with a project, but instantly looked up and asked how he could help. He brought the right replacement bulb from the back and then didn t charge me. With that kind of customer service, you can best I will be visiting them again! Thanks to ByRider for making my travels safer and my day a little brighter!

If you need a car and don't have the greatest credit history or just can't seem to make it work elsewhere then come here and talk to Zeke and Amanda. These two will do what they can to help. You get the sense that they care about the customer and really want to see you drive off in a new ride.

Amanda was incredible!! She explained everything in detail!! And with someone who was scared, nervous and young and a virgin to all this; she helped relax and calm me with explaining and answering all the questions I had. Thank you so much Amanda!! Pat in parts in services is incredible and so kind. Chris (the mechanic) is very sweet and does his job thoroughly! I love the cream and team! Thanks you guys!!

Quick ,easy, cost effective, great friendly staff. Pat's great at explaining what repairs need to be made and why. Honest mechanics ( a honest mechanic is hard to find). I don't trust my truck with anyone else.

Phil is a great salesman, he understood my situation (not wanting to drive my trade in to Petoskey not until I had to.) So even though Phil had the following day off he said everything up with the lovely Amanda. Even though Amanda is not a salesman / sales woman she's absolutely amazing! She broke everything down for me to understand it, educated me on credit/ debitor information, and frankly just made my whole experience amazing!! Amanda definitely went above and beyond for me, she understood my situation and the end result was me getting a new to me car that I'm absolutely in love with!!! If you're looking for awesome customer service, nice reliable, durable vehicles. Did I highly suggest you look no further than JD Byrider!!!! The payments are affordable and they take care of you extremely well!!!

Brought my car in for 2nd opinion on a repair quote only to find out I didn't need the $1,100 repairs as stated from usual mechanic, I will be using Byrider from here on out whenever I have an issue with my car. Always professional & courteous

Zeke was such a great help I told him what I was looking at and he recommended a car I didn't even see when I first looked at what was in the lot he walked me through the whole process and didn't try to rush me through anything in the end I found a better car than what I was looking at and was extremely satisfied

Shane Gerred was the best! I came in with a down payment, what I needed to bring to potentially get a car and Shane took care of the rest. I test drove the car, we discussed insurance, payments, and making sure I could afford the car that I wanted! (I had three in mind)Shane and Amanda worked super fast to get me approved as fast as possible and they made sure I was comfortable with my purchase. I tried to go to big dealerships, and nothing worked out. J.D Byrider has definitely made me feel at home and completely comfortable, satisfied and thrilled to be driving again! 10/10 stars, for sure.Update: I paid my car off today and Amanda was the best. She's super sweet and was always helpful with me and we got along super well (: I loved every interaction with her and the whole crew.

Ciff, Shane and Amanda are awesome in every way in the business.Customer service, they care about their customers, they want their customers to be happy and they want them to come back.They have high work ethics as well as the rest of the staff. To do what ever it takes to get the job, beyond the call of their duty to help the customers needs.You will not ever find this kind of service any where. They are the best of the best! Best experience I could ve have gotten the amount of there time they took to get me into a car was amazing zeke and Amanda do amazing jobs and amazing customer service I loved the experience and I m very happy with my car not the car I wanted because of my credit being so low but this one was way better than the other one very happy with it and also it was really nice of you guys offering my dad a ride to his appointment because it took longer than expected

Seems they like to bring consumers in and lie to you.. They told my husband they couldn't get him into the car he wanted but they could another car. Both cars needed repairs one wouldn't start the other was blowing hot air from the ac. We wait all week for our appointment, on our way there they called and said the money down wasn't enough. Probably better off. Thanks for saving us a whole alot of money by going else where lol
