Purchased a truck from Brown Motors. Got a great deal, worked with Ashley, as my sales person and Jason, on the financing end. Both we're great! Really nice dealership with a great selection of new and used vehicles. Loved the vibe and atmosphere with Brown Motors. Everyone one was so nice and polite. I definitely recommend them. Definitely will consider getting another vehicle from them in the future!

I had an amazing experience with the purchase of my new truck at Brown motors. My salesman Jon was very honest ,forthright, Knowledgeable and personable. Customer care and satisfaction seems to be a thing of the past ,not at Brown motors. Felt good to get great customer care and satisfaction.Thanks again to all at Brown motors LOVE MY TRUCK

I had a great experience at Brown Motors, buying a car for the first time from a dealership. I was nervous at first but Jenny Olson did a great job of making me feel comfortable. It was like we had been friends for years. When she was busy doing paperwork, Brad kept me entertained and laughing. I will definitely go back to them for my next vehicle.

Yesterday I got great info from Jay, actually for my Sister, near Detroit. Was up front, telling him she had fallen in love with a unit right by her house so I was just asking for info. He didn't hesitate to give it. Here's a picture of it in her driveway. Thanks Jay for answering my questions.

Jamie, Mike and Sebastian were all very helpful when I needed to take my vehicle in for service.Mike was my service advisor and was great with communicating, explaining what was going on with the vehicle, he wasn t pushy and he didn t try selling me things that I didn t need. He was thorough, attentive, responsive and relatable. He ordered the part that I need for my vehicle and I ll be scheduling an appointment with him to get it replaced. Thank you Brown Motors for your friendly staff and knowledgeable service team! The shuttle to and from work was appreciated as well.

I bought a Jeep from Brown in Aug of 2022. We recently had a debacle with the def fuel components. It took quite a bit of time to get it figured out. Dan Shuten went above and beyond trying to get it figured out. I felt they treated us fairly and every time I brought it back they immediately brought it in. Thank you Dan and Russell for all your hard work!!!

Excellent service. The Customer service representative kept me informed as Service was performed and any changes required. Our 2016 Ford explorer experienced transmission issues on a sunday as we left from a weekend of casino fun. Brown Auto ford dealership worked closely with our extended warranty company and able to provide proof and justification for a replacement transmission. Excellent service. Any delays were due to the warranty company requirement for audit and approval. We made the long trip back to the Petoskey area, picked up the Explorer and even after 3 weeks the vehicle runs great.Oh, and when I picked up the vehicle I was impressed by the size of the auto repair and car service bays and it appears they are expanding as I saw lots of construction.Thanx Brown Auto ford dealership.

I bought my first brand new truck at Browns form Jon 11 years ago and I just happened to come in for a recall. Jon was working we started talking about sports. And then he asked why I was here, told him and then I asked what he had on the lot. Next thing I was taking a test drive and now I own a newer truck. Went very quick and smooth. So quick that I hadn t even cleaned out my old truck.

Travis was wonderful every step of the way. Was afraid I wasn t going to get my first pick. But with the help of a co-signer and the great team at brown motors I was able to get the jeep I wanted. Highly recommend going to brown motors! And ask for Travis!

Daniel Shuten, our service advisor, was polite, professional and provided detailed information to make the best decision, regarding the repair for the stop/start problem. Jay Julian was Amazing! Not only did he accommodate me, he tended to several other customers as well..He was a very busy man today to say the least, as several employees were out sick... My head would have been spinning in several directions, but Jay kept it all together... Very friendly, courteous, yet professional. I think I'll adopt him as my lil brother...I'll definitely be referring business to Brown Motors, starting with my dad. My wife and I traded a non-Ford SUV for a 2023 Explorer Limited and the experience we had with Brown Motors can only be described as exceptional. We've purchased numerous cars, foreign and domestic from a wide range of dealers over the past 60 years of car buying and our transaction with Brown Motors was easy as could be. Very nice people, easy to talk to, fast to answer questions and seemed to genuinely care about their customers. And they even have friendly dogs to greet you!

Service was prompt, courteous, and communication was as it should be. As a walk-in, i wasn't sure what to expect. But they took the car right away and adjusted the scope of work (at my request) so i could make a tight schedule that day and still squeeze in car servicing.

Very nice dealership experience. I know it s rare to hear that about any automotive dealership. Dan Shuten was efficient in scheduling, keeping me informed, and getting me out of there. Brown motors shuttled me back home after drop off and picked me up when vehicle was ready. Shuttle driver (Mark?)was very professional and a pleasure to ride with!

Getting an appointment was quick and easy. Was able to drop the vehicle off the night prior. Was kept up to date on the diagnosis, quote for repairs and status of work. Payment and pickup was quick and friendly. Thanks Matt!

I had to have my transmission replaced and some other normal maintenance done on my vehicle . I would first like to say that the actual work done on my vehicle by the technician was done very well. No complaints there at all!My issue is with our service writer name Joe. Communication was not up to par at all. I understand that it takes time to research, locate, order and receive parts. That being said, my car was there a little over 3 weeks and we had one phone call after the diagnostic testing asking us if we wanted to replace the transmission . After that , my husband and I had to physically walk in there to find out the status of my vehicle because we never received a call back or voicemail after us leaving multiple! He was rude with us when we tried to address the issue and come to a resolution. It was a very unprofessional interaction. Even though the work done was great , because of Joe , I would not recommend or go back to a Brown Motors .

Great sales men, and support staff. When ever I have a question or problem they help me out! I even got a hug from my salesman today. Oil changes are fast and efficient, no appointment needed. Glad I got my Bronco here!

The only Ford dealer who could accommodate my service needs in October or November. I called 4 dealers in October for an appointment to do a recall. The other dealers were 1-2 months out. Brown Ford in Petoskey could get me in even earlier than I expected. Service was quickly done.
