Diagnosed an electrical issue with a '13 Ford Focus for free, was fantastic about it. Fair price to do the wheel bearings on my Subaru when I did not have the time to knock it out myself.

I am very disheartening by this company honestly. When I was living in the area, I needed my bearings fixed. The fixed the front two at different times. I noticed I was still having problems, had them check it but they said there was no problem. Fast-forward a month later, I moved, went to a new mechanic and he said one of my bearings wasn't even done!!!! He said it was worn out. How does a brand new bearing all of a sudden go bad in a couple months? So pretty much, they never did one of my bearings and ripped me off. I couldn't believe it. If you are going to rio people off, try a rich person, not a poor single female with nothing. Disgusting and shows your company's integrity.

All the reviews are good. But I had my dodge durango towed there to get the water pump an the belt changed. An I supplied the parts. notice now 3 months later that the serpentine belt was not changed its in the back of my truck brand new. I'm still giving Thema good review because I expect them to make it right.

Had a strut assembly break on my '99 Odyssey. They were able to get me in right away, diagnose the issue (bad driver's side front strut assembly). We discussed replacing both driver and passenger side, and what else needed to be done (tie rod, sway bar). Getting it on the lift showed more work (oil change). While the car was in, Power Steering Belt broke - so they replaced that as well as serpentine belt at minimal cost. Great communication, had the car done same day that I brought it in.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I developed a slow leak in one of the tires on my car over the weekend. Although I knew Monday morning was going to be very busy at Bill s, I still arrived at 9:30 and was promptly greeted. iMy car was seen immediately. They quickly located a nail in one of my tires and it was repaired. The total cost for this great service steal at - $17. I ll be back! I highly recommend that you try Bill s as well.Service: Tires

Bill s Standard Auto Repair really saved me last night! I had a tire that was going flat very quickly. Trying to get through Petoskey was very hectic and traffic was bumper to bumper moving very slowly. I called and told them I was trying to get to them for help. It was already 5:00 pm and it took me 1/2 an hour to drive that one mile. Even though they close at 5:30 they waited for me to get there. As it turned out, I had a large screw that had punctured my tire. I wish I knew the guys name who helped me, but I don t. He had my tire repaired in 5 minutes and I was able to get home safely.THANK YOU!!!!
