Got a flat two weeks ago and they had it fixed very quickly at no charge. Unfortunately, got another flat this week and had to get 4 all new tires because of it. Corey was great helping me choose the right tire for my application and walking me through each one. Jared was also great in assisting when picking my truck up and answering questions. Highly recommend them

While vacationing, I ended up with a screw in one of my new tires I had bought specifically for the trip. I was lucky to find Belle Tire nearby and still open. They quickly repaired my tire and were super nice to my two young children, who were nervous and wanted to watch through the window. I was totally shocked when they told me that there was no charge for the repair. I can't say enough good things about this place. I only wish I lived close by so that I could buy my next set of tires from them. Thanks!

My wife just purchased snow tires for her brand new Rav 4 hybrid. 5000 miles on the vehicle and was told by the technician that she needed a 4 wheel alignment. No sign of uneven wear on the tires, vehicle had shown no signs of being out of alignment when driving. Leads me to believe that this was intentional to spend more. We are honest people and won't do business with a company that does things like this. This was the one and only trip to Belle tire. Will also contact the Manager in the morning.

New Michelin tires rated high for snow-ice-rain are working great and purchased on sale. The alignment originally noted was completed but the charge was waived due to miscommunication. In short, a fair price on tires, always free rotation, and most importantly honest service regarding alignment issue. Exactly what a customer wants and expects. For those reasons I'll be back.

Went to the Petoskey Michigan location for a routine alignment. 5 stars. Top of the line service. Extremely fast and courteous. Absolutely will return for ALL my auto services.

Did an amazing job on my alignment, but were a little more picky than normal shops I have taken it too, especially with their lack of mechanical knowledge while they were trying to explain something to me. Also we re trying to say I was missing grease fitting in place that were sealed and doesn t call for fitting, but I am not disappointed one bit on how my alignment turn out!! Thank you!

Do not care! We stopped at 6 PM with a nail in the tire in our necessary family vehicle. Quick leak. They said yes. We got our other car quickly and we re back at 6:26. They said no, and we had to leave it for tomorrow. They knew we had our back against the wall. Just did not care. Don t go!

I spend time sitting waiting for my car and hear the guys come out to tell customers they found "something" and I always think it's a sales pitch. I took my husband's car to get the winter tires put in and couldn't believe how horrible it rode (it used to be my car 8 months ago) and just thought it was because it was old. The guys came out to tell me it needed an alignment and since I noticed it riding poorly agreed with them. I'm glad they pointed it out because it was like driving a different car home after that alignment!

Went here for a tire plug. Was told they couldn t get to me till Friday, it was a Tuesday. Why would I wait 3 days with a nail in my tire? There were three guys in Bell Tire uniforms hanging out in the front and they weren t the write up guys. They have a lot of nerve putting the word SERVICE on the side of their building.

Kyle is a prince among men. Due to the cold, 2 of my tires needed air. Kyle showed me how to use the machine, the next day when another one needed air, I felt confident to do it myself only to find out I couldn t undue the cap. Kyle to the rescue! Thank you Kyle for being so nice.

Place is freaking unbelievable!!! Who treats people the way these vlowns treat people. Got my car back after tires were rotated my tire pressure sensors are showing for the wrong tire. The back sensor is showing the psi for the front! My tire has white marking on it and it. My car and rim has a scratch on it. Looks like the scraped it againt something. The manager treats you like trash and has no accountability. If you take your car her plan on bringing it back when there done to fix there lazy job. Like not programming the effing sensors after rotating the tires! 3rd time I have had issues with these people!!! Unbelievable that I keep going here but I bought my tires from here so I get free rotations and the can't even rotate a tire with out screwing up! Maybe I'll just have my 3 year old daughter do it next time!

Good pricing on tires, but they will try to upsell you on anything they can think of.Half used brake pads? Recommend replacement immediately!

Went in for a burning smell when driving, thought.possible oil leak.They called back and said my previous oil change guy spilled oil everywhere. They could clean for around 300.I told them to check for a leak.They called back and said yes there was a leak and they can fix for 400.Went to get oil change at local shop where they noticed oil everywhere and clean it for free. This Belle Tire is a scam.

They did a nice job. I needed ball joints both sides front then an alignment and of course I was on vacation and along way from my regular mechanic. Got the truck right in and did the repair quickly. I was there 3 hours and was charged the flat rate time to do the repair. $140 hour labor rate turned into $720 in cost for labor. Now you know why I like my mechanic. He will charge actual time. But this is just the nature of the business. It was very interesting to sit in the very clean and comfy waiting room and watch their business model. These guys didn't miss an upsell. Whoever trained them deserves a raise. The assistant manager Kyle is great. Very professional and courteous and really the only one in the front of the house that was working. Overall nice job and yes I would go back if needed. Oh ya the bathroom was even clean!

We were on vacation after leaving Mackinac Island on a Monday Night around 5:30pm and noticed a massive gash in our front passenger tire. After calling many repair shops without assistance we reached out to this location and were welcomed to come at almost closing time to have 4 brand new tires put on by every operator there. Not only were they friendly and courteous they went above and beyond and stayed open for us to get there and not have to worry about our 2 1/2 hour drive at night! We got 4 brand new tires mounted and rotated in under 30 min! Never has such great service like this. Highly recommend this location! Manager is amazing and every single worker is hands on!

Horrible place! First off the customer service is horrible they don't say hi or welcome you in. There is zero personality or smiling faces greating you. Went in to have a nail pulled out of my tire and was told my tires were to bad and they needed replaced. There is ZERO wrong with my tires. I still have over 10,000 miles of driving left with a lot of tread life. They refused to do the repair and kept trying to sell me new tires. I have had the tire looked at by another tire place and they offered to repair it for me. I went to Belle Tire because it's where I bought the tires to begin with. I will never go back. Belle Tire has lost my business forever. Discount tire is where it's at.

Be aware of a scamming!Assistant manager Corey Bailey is scamming customers! I came there in order to fix rear suspension on BMW. After checking the car he named a price which was twice and even trice higher than other auto repair services would normally ask for.I assume being a lady, driving a fancy car and having basic knowledge in car industry let Corey Bailey to try to scam me.I am giving 3 stars only because in past I was satisfied with the brake repair service there.

Service here is great, with the personnel timely and professional. Also, if you need to wait in the waiting room, they have comfortable chairs, free wifi and coffee, and charging ports in the table for you. Highly recommend.

Our tire service was good. However, we would've appreciated multiple quotes for tires. They pushed the BEST. The real reason why we gave this a 3 star review was that after tires were completed, they informed us of $1600 worth additional needs. Took it to another shop for a second opinion. That shop came in significantly LESS than their quote. Come to find out when that other shop took an actual look at our truck, they stated that NOTHING was needed as Belle Tire said. Our confidence in Belle Tire no longer exists. We feel we cannot trust what they say.

Brady and his team do good work for a fair price. They're always busy and make it a point to communicate this ahead of time. It's also reassuring to see them go the extra mile by using plastic seat covers, paper floor mats and tire bags when servicing my family's vehicles.

A great place to do business; and they have a very nice new well equipped facility with up to date equipment operated by a competent, friendly, staff.I received a fairly priced high quality 4 Wheel alignment by a skilled technician on an up to date Hunter alignment rack system.Thank you for a comfortable experience that exceeded my expectations. It was nice doing business with you. I ll be checking with you for future needs.I visited them again 07/12/2023 for an alignment check. The result is another case of excellence and friendly professional efficiency providing quality service done correctly.I will continue to highly recommend Belle Tire Petoskey location.Thanks again.

I hate posting bad/less than stellar reviews, but something has changed at Belle Tire in Petoskey I took my car in to have my snow tires put on, which was performed in a timely manner per usual. BUT, I enrolled in, and paid for an alignment check and service when purchasing my tires. This was the first time that the service was not only NOT performed, but I was not even told that it would not be completed until after they gave me my keys. I was told that the alignment "guy" was not there, and that they would be happy to have it checked, and completed if I brought my car back. So 2 weeks later I bring my car back (I called ahead to let them know that one of the tires was losing air quickly since installation). I requested service for this, as well as asked if they would please do an alignment check and service, as it was not performed at my last visit. I was told that these things would be done. when I picked up my vehicle, the alignment check had still not been done, bit that they would, AGAIN be happy to have me wait or bring it back to have the service done. SO, I have to bring my vehicle back a third time to have a service that I paid for in advance completed. common. really? I also noticed that the persons that I interacted with were not nearly as friendly or inviting as in visits past. They were not overly apologetic or concerned with their mishap. I was friendly, per usual, and agreed to the inconvenience of coming back a third time. I likely will go elsewhere next time for my tire needs.

Horrible customer service Absolutely nothing good to say about this place They are waste of time and money And I'm in an unfortunate situation because this car needed a lot of work when I 1st got it and the parts are warranted so now I have to keep taking it back there But they never get it fixed right they replace the same parts they put in over and over again make excuses you wait forever they didn't even have a working scanner .Don't waste your time and money here this is Petoskey mi location. I did just have the bell tire corporation call me back because I did put in a complaint And they are going to try and make things right So just putting that out there we'll see how it goes.

Wow! What are these people doing! Told me I needed a alignment after getting new tires. After I literally just got a alignment from a dealership. Lol I'm sure a brand new car needs the camber moved a billionth of a inch! For 99 bucks .Lol what a joke. I mean hopefully my brand new car isnt leakingnblinker fluid. Maybe i should have it checked out!?!Sat in here listening to them tell everyone they need a alignment while they are waiting! What is this business model! Stop giving money to these conglomerates.Hopefully in your reply you will tell me your going to go over this with your team! Cause I'm sure that will give me some relief! And everyone seeing this will see that your going over this with your team and be mentally appeased by that! Lol gtfoh

Went to get 2 tires put on the front of my car. Thanks to their free safety inspection, they found my rear suspension was broken and consequently has destroyed my 2 rear tires I got less than 6 months ago.They were able to fix my suspension, place the tires I ordered for my front onto my back, and order tires for my front for next week .and they also worked with me on saving some money, and helping me out.I was incredibly impressed with how Jared helped me and communicated with me even when I was stressed by this unexpected expense.10/10 recommend this place for cars!

I was gifted a new set of tires for Christmas, went up and was greeted well and they put the new ones on in a good amount of time, we ll they had my car they had a mechanic look my car over and they said that I would need $1,200 worth of work done on my car skipping over two main problems that I know my car needed but they were more focused on the quick easy money and come to find out after taking my car to my own mechanic the $900 break job they wanted me to get was really only a $60 job, not the $900 they wanted me to pay . Now onto the other issue. One week after having my brand new tires I walked out to a flat. Called my local small shop and they were able to fix it. Come to find out it went flat because they didn t put them on right and did a lazy job. I called and they got me back in to fix the other ones and then one week later another flat after they fixed the problem. Another trip to my local shop and same problem, lazy work if you want low cost tire s definitely order throw them, but do not do other business with them unless you want cheap work and have to pay again and again to have their work fixed ..

Appointment for nov.17 6pm. Got in at 6:45. People have been waiting for hours before I. Got my jeep back at 8:15pm. Handed me a bag with my center caps for my rims. Broke not 1 not 2. All 4. I said are you going to replace them. A slow response. Like no.. He kept the bag. I called today to speak to Brady the manager but denied. With attitude. December 9th and and still have not received nor a reply from anyone at belle tire about my center caps for my jeep yet.

Had a slow leak on a tire I previously purchased as part of a set from Belle for my RV camper van. Repair quickly made but wheel cover came off and damaged driving home. Brady took ownership of the problem and had a new cover waiting to be installed within s week! Great customer support.
