Will was extremely helpful and efficient. Got me in and out in breeze and happened to have the part that I needed. You can tell he takes customer service very seriously and takes care of his customers, in a friendly and professional way. Thank you for making this part of my car repair easy and simple. Every time I go there they sell me the wrong thing. So far 3/3 times a nothing has been right. Give them specific vehicle info. An still get it wrong

The employees were helpful but gave us the wrong stuff. We shall see how easy the return and replacement is tomorrow..... eta: The replacement was hassle free. We should have brought the part in to begin with, but we got it fixed immediately. The employee even came out to the car to help us figure it out!

Revised review as of June 4th: I live in Lansing and came to visit my in-laws for the weekend. My battery started acting up and I recalled the great service from AutoZone in Petoskey from a few years ago. I decided to purchase my replacement battery at AutoZone. I didn't have my socket set with me. Jason brought the tool cart and took over the replacement. Jason was very kind and did a professional job on swapping out the batteries. If I ever need a part in the future I will definitely make the drive to AutoZone! These folks made my day!Super friendly/helpful staff. Been to AutoZone's all over the state as I do most auto repairs myself. I have to say this one was the best experience I've had yet. Interacted with all 4 employee's and they were great! Thank you!

Great service! Was traveling through and made a stop down the road. Battery died and was able to get it jump started to get to AutoZone. Batteries were under warranty and they even took the time to change them out for me.

Bought a jug of 4 quarts of oil. When I got home, I noticed the seal was broken & about a quart was missing!Check anything you buy here, they ll restock anything to make a quick buck! Can t trust em

The female cashier should not be employed here. She looks like she is on drugs, rolls her eyes and speaks in a disrespectful tone. I will not be returning. EVER!

The staff at this location was extremely helpful, when I was in a serious bind! Matt replaced my battery, and cleaned the terminals. He then checked my fluids & noticed my coolant was low & filled it up! I also had a bad alternator, so they made contact with a garage that could get me in right away ,on an emergency basis. THANK YOU GUYS!

I called and ordered a part Friday the said it would be in Saturday morning when I called today which is Sunday still no part they straight up lied to me so I wouldn't find it somewhere else I wasted a whole weekend waiting for the part I order watch out this location cause they will lie to you to keep you from going somewhere else I would not recommend the petosky autozone

Had an issue with my battery on our minivan and the team at AutoZone tested my battery, alternator, and starter. They noticed there was some corrosion on the battery posts so they took it all apart and cleaned it up right there. It was fantastic service. Above and beyond, especially since I was starting a long drive home with my family. A big thank you to their incredible staff.

Well, as a EX parts manager, I can say, shop else where. The parts are great, don't get me wrong, it's the management and employees that are the issue.. they are. Without a doubt, the single most ignorant lot I've ever come across.Minimum wage, long hours, no bonuses (except if your management) training that's out of date, they hire ppl that have little to no understanding of automobiles.Pray you get someone who can order part correctly. Please don't assume they know what your needs are. Bouble check everything. You'll thank me later.

Dropped my battery off on Friday for it to be charged and they failed to ever call me back. I go to pick it up on Monday and they gave me the wrong battery, when I went to return the wrong battery they wouldn t do anything for the inconvenience of having to make a trip back into town

A pretty average experience overall. Had to change a headlight recently. The website and employees both said it was a certain bulb, I was pretty sure it wasn't the one they said but I went with what they told me. Turns out it didn't fit correctly so I had to go back and it was the bulb that I had thought it was. While it was annoying I had to go back they made it right so decent experience overall. The store is always clean which is a plus.

Came in with a 06 Chevy Colorado with no brake lights. Angelo quickly told me it would probably be a brake light switch. Replaced the part in 5 minutes and was on my way. Angelo rocks!

David Steele is the most helpful person there. Always first class service. He helped me diagnose my trucks check engine light and installed new wipers. I wasn't a fan of AutoZone until I met this guy! Thanks for all your help!

I bought brake pads here and realized I received the wrong mounting hardware with the rear pads when I was knee deep in replacing them. I called AutoZone and told them the situation and how I was obviously upset about this and the store manager hand delivered the correct parts to me. I can't say this will happen to you but you can certainly expect great service and nice employees at this AutoZone

We were in Petoskey three weeks ago for a show I was playing. After checking in to the hotel, our van wouldn t start. We found one of the battery cables popped up loose and off. We fixed it to get to the show. The next morning we went to Autozone and they not only tightened it, they rectified the problem (battery covering was on backwards) in less than five minutes. They asked for a review and this is the very least we can do for their superior help.Thank you Petoskey Auto Zone for keeping us moving along and being so genuinely kind about helping

Been here multiple times, great service on every occasion. Recently came in for a new battery and a staff member even helped me quickly install it in frigid temps. In & out in 10 mins. Very thankful!
