So happy my friend recommended this place and I will now be doing the same! Everyone here was so kind, honest, quick, and helpful. The receptionist was especially helpful and reassuring. She totally calmed me down when I was so stressed about the sudden issue with my car. They made everything so easy too from the fix, the estimate, even invoicing. I knew almost exactly what I would pay before I even agreed on the fix. Luckily it was a quicker fix and my car was done within hours. Cannot recommend them enough!Service: Exhaust

Wonderful experience with Auto Care Specialist! Communication was great and the continued determination to figure out the problem and to make sure it was fixed was incredible! We are very greatful a establishment with this kind of work ethic is in Petsokey!Will continue to use!

Went there for the first time and had amazing service. I was hesitant taking my truck anywhere in fear that a mechanic shop would charge me for unnecessary fixes and try to get the most money out of me. Auto service specialist is the most honest and family friendly mechanics I ve ever had the pleasure dealing with. Highly recommend this place to any and everyone. Cam is the man!!!

Went there for the first time, after some friends suggested them, to fix a gas leak on my subie. They were fast and well priced. Cam was great at walking me through everything that needed to be done. Definitely a return customer.

Kam has the best customer service skills, extremely friendly! Kevin was incredibly honest & helpful. Got my jeep right in, got it fixed & at a very fair price. I will absolutely be taking my vehicle there anytime it needs work done in the future.

They are honest and dependable that's for sure! They all ways make you feel welcome with a warm welcome smile. They have been working with my Dodge Nitro and my husband's ford crown victoria old cop car. What set good with us is they true fully tells us what's up with our car's. So needless to say is they most definitely have our business.

They helped when no one would. Great, friendly people. Got us fixed and going again!These people were so nice n great service! We called 1 dozen places and no one could help, they got us in right away and took care of the problem fast. We are not from Michigan and they didn't try to rip us off, full repair for less than $250 and less then 3hr. If I ever back in town I will go there again!

GREAT!! Had poor heat in my Jeep. I guess my radiator was leaking! They got the job done quickly and were very fairly priced. Definitely Recommend!!

Terrible communication and lack of attention to detail. Do not recommend at all. Could not receive call backs after weeks of put forth effort to resolve an issue.

very unprofessional. they do not contact back in a timely fashion. they do not fix your vehicle in a timely fashion.
