Audi of Petoskey is a great place to buy a vehicle and have it serviced when needed.Sergio in Audi service is very competent and courteous and handles all of the service needs for my 2017 Q7.Christy in Audi sales, has assisted me in the purchase of several vehicles through the years and is wonderful to work with. I highly recommend doing business with this dealership.

I hate car shopping. But Christy and the team at Audi Petoskey made the entire experience so painless it was downright enjoyable.We were in the market for a used vehicle and contacted the dealership online. Christy had our main pick ready to test drive when we arrived the next day, and she helped us check out a couple other options as well. We inadvertently stayed past closing in making our final decision, but you never would have known it. And the truly excellent service has continued after the sale.We ll be back again next time we re in the market for a new or used vehicle!

I am very pleased with Audi of Petoskey. Sergio and Nick did a very good job working with Troy at Legends Auto Glass. And Legends (Troy) did a very good job with the new windshield replacement, then Audi recalibrated the windshield electronics.They all coordinated with my insurance company and the process was totally seamless. I am very impressed !! Thanks to all.

Buy your Audi from these people.The level of service I received from Charlie on the sales team sets the bar so high for any future car purchasing experience that I will be a fool to not work with him again. Unlike most dealership experiences, Audi Petoskey - and Charlie in particular - put in the work to earn your business through transparency, honesty, and communication. They anticipate your questions and needs as a customer, addressing everything proactively and head-on. I drove my new A6 away from the dealership with more confidence than any previous buying experience.Can't say enough wonderful things about Charlie and Audi Petoskey. While I have an Audi dealership in my city, I will drive the 80 miles to Audi Petoskey for all my service and buying needs for the foreseeable future.

Ok on a Thursday night we hit a deer on M66 in our new Audi. Obviously we were pretty upset but the car seemed drivable. We took it into Audi of Petosky first next morning. Christy greeted us and I have to say was a huge help and very reassuring. First the body department took great care in helping to clean up the broken body parts and then Jim Sylvain in service took care of us on a very busy day insuring the Audi was fully inspected and safe to drive. Boy we re we impressed with Fletch s. If I could give them 10 stars I would. In fact we may even buy our next Audi from Christy and her team and we live in S Florida. Thank you to all the staff in Fletch s Audi. We really do appreciate your help.

I couldn't be happier with Audi Petoskey. This is my first Audi, as I have owned both BMW and Mercedes in the past. I can't even begin to explain how great the Audi experience has been. It is the best car I have ever owned, and going to Fletch's Audi has made the experience even better. I recently took a rock to my radiator, and Charlie in service was friendly, communicative, and helpful! He made me feel like an important customer, and he got me a loaner quick. My repair was done quickly, and without any hassle. I was given a brand new loaner (although it was an A3, and I would have rather had something a little bigger). The service was done quicker that what the estimated wait time would be. The highlight of Audi Petoskey was their head mechanic. When I picked up my car, Will, the head mechanic, came out to personally talk to me for at least 20 minutes. He took the time to explain some of the functions of my car, and give me some tips and pointers. He was SO helpful, and personable. I don't think I've ever had a mechanic take the time to come out and talk to me like that before. I was blown away. He should be in sales, because his people skills and knowledge of Audi is impeccable. I left the dealership feeling great about the service, Fletchs, and buying Audi in general. My car is running GREAT! I am VERY SATISFIED. The proof is the fact that I actually took the time to set up this profile and write this review. It's the least I could do for such great service! Like I said, I couldn't be happier! Thanks FLETCHS! Top notch service! Northern Michigan is lucky to have you!!

I recently bought a used car from Sam Rojas and the service was impeccable. They got me the financial help I needed in order to afford my car and they people were genuinely nice. Sam did a great job with customer service and always being there when I need something done or have questions about my car.

Everyone was super polite. I had set my bag down to put my hoodie on and the associate picked it up for me and when we got into the rental car he had opened the door for me. All great things!
