Highly recommend anyone to go see Eddie in Perry. He was absolutely amazing to work with. Extremely kind and understanding for what your needs are. He does not push you for anything like some salesmen do but he will give suggestions in a great way that will benefit you in the long run with vehicles. I loved my experience with him today. We will be back and will request to work with him again! This gentleman deserves a raise, no doubt! Thank you for your time today, Eddie! You rock!

I Bought a used Ford F150 from Jon Lawless at Lunghamer in Perry , MI on Old Lansing Highway. What a great guy to work with. Jon is a very clear communicator and you feel like your talking to a close family member. Everyone I encountered at Lunghamer made me feel welcome. The price for my truck was more than fair. These guys will take care of you and listen to what you are asking for. There was no pressure!!

Eddie at the Perry dealership was top notch! Never questioned my choice, never tried to push me into something else and had an answer for every question. A hard worker that truly loves what he does! Great conversation while we waited and always showed interest in us! Never a dull or awkward moment and never diverted his attention! Our experience overall was easily a 10/10! I will most definitely be purchasing my next vehicle from Lunghamer and my girlfriend has said the samething.Customers for life!!

Marty Court and his team at Signature Ford were very casual, and took our order for our truck, and helped us place the custom order for our F150. Marty also helped us find all available discounts that Ford offered, and helped us find the best financing as well. Although it took a long time to wait, and required them to convert the order to a 2022 model, the transaction was about as painless as you can ask for. The truck, in it's Atlas blue exterior and Baja tan interior is fantastic. So smooth. Martin walked us through the literally tons of features on this machine. I look forward to doing more business with Signature Ford over the coming years.

My daughter goes to college in Los Angeles for Toy Design and we were driving 2000 miles home to Michigan. But her car broke down in Iowa, leaving us stranded on the side of the road. The car is 20 years old and so she needed a newer one to drive back to Los Angeles for fall semester.We had been looking around for Buick LaCrosses with CarPlay all over Michigan (and even in Indiana and Ohio) but none of them seemed right. We had test driven LaCrosse at this location before and that car really stood out to us so we came back to see it again.The service manager came out of the building to greet us when we were looking at the car, which was really nice because most service managers stay in their office. He got us the key and let us test drive it again.This LaCrosse has over 90,000 miles but it was so smooth to drive, everything felt brand new, and it was very clean.We went inside to buy it and our salesman was Eddie Mishler who was very laid back and genuine quickly got 4% off our price. It was really nice to have a salesperson who wasn't trying to trick us or play games.The finance manager beat our credit union's rate by 0.5%, saving us time and lowering our payment below what we budgeted :)Eddie Mishler did an excellent job getting the car to the detail shop, calling insurance, switching the plate. And he thought ahead by getting the ball rolling on tasks while we were waiting for other things to finish.We drove the car home that afternoon...and no we didn't break down.

Signature Ford of Perry went above and beyond to get us back on the road with our RV that has Ford Chassis.We were just starting a 10 day trip, when the check engine light came on and it starting running very poorly.We desperately needed help, and they did everything they could to get us back on the road within three hours. We highly recommend for service or to purchase a vehicle. Shout out to a Justin and Michelle who made our trip possible!!!We are very grateful!

Stopped into Lunghamer Auto of Perry today. Very nice dealership. Met with the salesman Jon Lawless. Super nice guy and zero high pressure sales tactics. I told him what I was looking for and it was exactly what I drove away with. Got the keys to my new truck in what seemed like no time at all. Always nice to get a salesperson that you could see yourself being friends with. I d have no hesitation going to Lunghamer to see him again for my next vehicle purchase.

After getting let down by another dealership and the truck we were really hoping to buy got sold out from under us, we decided to check out Signature Ford.From the start everyone was so helpful! Our son turned 16 of course just a few days before Christmas. So, we were searching online to find something. We came across the 2018 Ford Focus SE online, and called the next day. Scheduled a time to stop in and check the car out. The very next day we brought our son in, and with the help of Jim Gross and the wonderful team at Signature Ford Perry, we were able to surprise our son on December 24, 2019. He was in shock, and everyone did a great job at keeping it a surprise. Thank you to Billy and Cheryl for your wonderful assistance. You're all amazing!!!!

Our third experience with Scott Iski and the process just seems to get even easier each time. He walked us through ordering our new vehicle, which was extremely simple, gave us updates on the process and to top it off the the new truck even came in early from production! It's everything we wanted and more. I highly recommend Scott Iski and look forward to many years of working with him as well as the great team they have at Siganture in Perry.

I bought a 2018 Ford Fusion that was one of the only Fusions on the lot that had Apple CarPlay and remote start like I wanted. I purchased the car and as we were leaving the sales person was trying to help me set up the CarPlay but it wouldn't connect. They suggested it was an issue with my phone and to check the settings when I got home as they were now closed. They told me to come back if I couldn't figure it out the next business day. I returned on Monday to get some help after trying to troubleshoot myself for a couple days. The same sales guy tried to help me again and also brought out their tech specialist. However he was also unable to get it to work due to the fact that they did not do an update check before selling the car and the Sync system needed one after not having been updated since Sept. 2018. I was also able to connect to CarPlay with my iPhone in a different vehicle on the lot so it definitely was not my phone that was the issue. He said he was going to charge us $100 to use their Wi-Fi do the update or we could try to do it ourselves at home. I did not want to spend more money after just putting $5k down on the car that should be functioning in the first place. I also asked him about the return policy on the car in case I wanted to withdraw from the loan agreement since the car had undocumented issues and his response was there was no return policy on the car "because this isn't a Target". So basically it was a $100 fix to have a super happy customer but instead of just eating the cost, since it was their error, decided to be rude and uncooperative so I'll be telling everyone I know on social media not to buy from this dealer that apparently takes less pride in what they sell than a Target.

Bought a 2014 Cruze from them. They sold me a warranty RCWS out of Oklahoma. Horrible time getting through to the warranty company. Every time, very difficult to deal with. Car was a problem from the first day I drove it to work. Im a construction worker, typically a little over an hour one way. They sent the car to Chevy of Lansing claiming it needed a special tool. I lived in Owosso there was a Chevy dealer in Owosso. And once it was sent to Lansing apparently neither dealership knew which one should have been in contact with the warranty company at that point. So that extended the time the repair took. I never went back to Perry. The car suffered repeated problems with the turbo/ cooling system and eventually led to a new engine. I exhausted my warranty they sold me dealing with Chevy of owosso. And got rid of the car because aside from rcws being a pain to deal with, without that warranty the car would been a complete loss from day one possibly. And thankfully I had my truck to fall back on because no one ever offered to provide me aCourtesy vehicle or rental. Thanks.

I bought a 2017 Ford Escape from Sam DeGeer at Lunghamer of Perry and its AMAZING!!! It is my first new car since trading in my 2003 Ford Escape. That we bought new from Perry back in 2002 and driven first 10 years by my Mom then the last 10 by me. I use hand controls to drive so finding the right car is every hard. But Sam hooked me up and she found me the perfect car. So if you're on the hunt for a new car call up Sam DeGeer at Lunghamer of Perry.

After choosing to drive General Motors products all my life, I decided to make a move to Ford products for several reasons. Many factors played into my decision; examples...Ford has a higher towing capacity, cabs are bigger (crew cabs) they set higher, they handle more like a truck, the cabs are quieter, and they have option differences. The moral of the story is that I got more truck with the Ford, for $110 a month cheaper than the Chevrolet. I went from a 2015 Chevrolet 1500 Z71 4x4 crew cab, to a 2018 Ford F150 4x4 Off Road crew cab.As far as the dealership goes. I dealt with Scott Iski .great guy, no pressure sales experience, didn't try to sell me something I didn't want, but did offer options. There was full disclosure throughout the process, there was no hidden fees or costs, everything was in writing and honored as written. I've had very limited experience with the service department, but it has been all positive. I would recommend the dealership as a whole, whether the Perry or Owosso location.

Great experience at Signature Ford of Perry! Scott Iski and the team took care of us well. We live far from the dealer. Called and told him which vehicle we wanted, he had it ready to go with all the necessary paperwork when I got there and I was in and out! Took care of a few concerns I had with the vehicle as well without hesitation. I will definitely be back for the next vehicle! Thanks again!

We went looking for a good, clean used Tahoe and found one here. Closed the deal at a good price.Jon took good care of us to include getting us a spare time which we found missing from the vehicle after pick up.Great service Only wish the sale would have included a full tank of gas. LOL

I didn t end up making an appointment. Why? Because they don t do warranty work there. So why would anyone buy a vehicle from a dealer that does do warranty work? Signature always took good care of me. Too bad they sold out.

i went to look at a car they had on the website, i drove from out of town to Owosso, to find out the car was actually in perry about 25 min or so drive, not a huge deal but the website could definitely be more clear. upon arriving i was greeted while i kicked the tires, john was the salesman's name, he said started normal car salesman things like stating "we are actually loosing money selling this car". I'm a certified auto repair technician, so i know how important it is to get a car inspected before purchase. (lift car in the air on a hoist, shake down the front end for loose steering and suspension components. peak at the brake life, also to make sure the under body and subframes aren't rotted out and unrepairable ways. checking paint and body imperfections to see evidence of unreported accidents and damage)so i ask john about having the car inspected by a repair facility, either my choice which was quite a drive so that could be understood. or another shop roughly 3 miles down the road, just a third party that didn't have a interest in the sale, i was informed that they have policy that doesn't allow that you to have in inspected by a 3rd party shop but instead they have them inspected(so the used car saleman is personally making sure they are inspected and tip top shape? what a joke),(i was told i could bring a mechanic to the parking lot so he could look at the car, you cant see anything when its sitting in the parking lot....? thats the idea of taking it to a repair facility where said mechanic has hoists and diagnostic tools and other means of doing a thorough inspection)so you want to try and sell me a car posted for $9999? but you want to add 2 grand in dealer fees and then it also cannot be inspected before i spend 12 grand on a used car? no thank you. i have spent the last 10-12 years in the auto repair industry. i have literally preformed hundreds of pre purchase vehicle inspections on cars for customers. both local and cross country. always recommend it, and i think its a huge red flag if you have a policy to stop someone from making informed decisions. this guy needs to throw away uncle joes used car tactics and try to be a decent person to folks, sad because the car actually looks pretty good, if it didn't have false pricing and questionable tactics.3rd party vehicle inspections are the only way to save yourself from bad purchases. although you may not be able to see everything. you can gather a lot more information to help make the best decision. steer clear of this place. to many places to purchase cars from that don't these shady sales tactics.Update: the very same day i have one of there cars at my shop from a customer looking to purchase a car from them, ironic when john said they have a policy preventing this!?

Recently worked with salesman Martin Court for the purchase of a used Ford SUV at Lunghamer's in Perry. Absolutely delighted with the experience working with Marty and the team at Lunghamer's! Friendly, helpful service with no pressure. After purchasing vehicles online, I was hesitant to enter a dealership again, but this was by far one of the best experiences I've had buying a used vehicle. Up front pricing, great vehicle info., and excellent selection. It was worth my drive to Lunghamer's to work with Marty!

I had a great buying experience with Signature Ford of Perry! Karl was my salesman and he was amazing! He went above and beyond for my husband and I and we left feeling so happy with the Ford Explorer we purchased. We never felt pressured as you often do when buying a car. I would definitely recommend buying a car from here. We plan to return for all of our future vehicles not only for the great prices, but for the outstanding customer service.

Long time customers of Signature Ford in Perry. We have purchased 3 vehicles from them. They do all the service on our vehicles, including oil changes and tire rotations. We even purchase our tires from them! Staff is very friendly and accommodating. They take very good care of us! I highly recommend them for sales and service

This place is great, replied immediately to my late night inquiry on a Friday night confirming that someone would followup with me first thing when they open. Followed up with me as promised. Staff was great, all of them. Scott is the man, very cool, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the field he works in. He and Jeff expedited the trade in process and got me in the car I wanted at the price point that I requested. Couldn't have asked for a better experience in all honesty. I don't normally write reviews, but I felt obligated to share my feedback after this one. Going to the dealership normally sucks, but not this place, these guys run a tight ship and you can tell they enjoy what they do. Never caught the store managers name but he was very cool as well, great group of people.

Went to the dealership cold, didn t know anyone or have any knowledge of the place. Marty Court was the sales associate who helped me, he was absolutely fantastic, made the whole process easy. No haggling, no hassle, just helpful and fair. Walked out with a brand new 2021 Bronco Sport, and couldn t be happier. Jeff Hill who handles the finance documents was also very easy to work with. Go to Perry to Signature Ford and ask for Marty, it was well worth the drive from Lansing! Best pricing in the Lansing area, and great service. Thanks Signature Ford!

It's been a few weeks since I bought my F150 from Perry Ford. I was tied up with a very sick relative.I did how every want to leave a review .The staff at Perry was exceptional my sales person Jennifer did a great job with no pressure sales, and patiently answered all my questions.The manager was friendly and involved making sure I was happy thru the whole process.I was able to get a descent trade in value on a Jeep Liberty that needed high cost repairs.Also Jennifer called after the sale to verify I was pleased with my purchase.Great work by the folks at Perry Ford.
