Absolutely the best service. My Daughter was recently stranded with her vehicle. I called Tapper Towing for her and spoke with Brittany. She was amazing. They were there in no time at all and got my Daughter taken care of and out of harms way. The Driver was amazing also. I would highly recommend if you ever need a tow!!! Thanks Tapper Towing!!!

Driver,Lou was prompt,professional, very friendly, knowledgeable and caring. (& he's a rider!) Great guy! Receptionist was awesome in her own right too! I highly recommend Tapper Towing for any / all of your towing,etc. needs. Good job guys & gals! Thank you!

Highly recommend tapper towing, I had to call and get a tow when my car left me stranded. Spoke with Brittney got a great price and they were there in no time. The tow guy was very polite and very professional. Thank you tapper towing.

I got stranded in Paw Paw traveling from Lansing to Chicago, IL. I ran into some random transmission issues. I know long distant hauls aren t their typical thing but they made sure my vehicle got back to Lansing. I really appreciate them taking one more thing off my shoulder as i navigating the financial trouble of replacing my transmission and making a trip almost 90 miles to bring my car back to me.

My Twin Sissy and I came into Paw Paw, a different town as we live in Grand Rapids, to visit our elderly parents. We stopped to pick them up dinner and came out to a flat tire. We called the company with the best rating - they TOLD me to call Tapper. Tapper was very quick to respond and even use texting as current technology! The gentleman, Chris, came in less than 20 minutes. He had his two small daughters in the truck. We totally appreciate that Tappers made us a priority so that we could be on our way to our 91 year old Father and Mother who were quite concerned. If you get in a bind - don t waste your time calling around for tow trucks. CALL TAPPERS!

Had an awesome experience with tapper towing. My car broke while I was in Lawton, far from my house. They came out in a reasonable amount of time, loaded my car up, and even drove me back home, which was a little out of the way from the car drop off location. They really saved me when I was in a bind!

Would never recommend anyone to use this trash company. I've been waiting over 24 hours for a tow and I live less than 15 miles away from this place and have gotten the ring around. Their propane business is also terrible to deal with, I would not recommend this place AT ALL. Unfortunately AAA insurance goes through them in the area I live in, and I still have to find someone else to come tow my vehicle to a local shop, it's actually unbelievably rude and disrespectful to even do that to your "customers" never again. Do not use this place, it's a joke.Edit**Yes you guys were contacted for two days straight and whoever the girl was just kept giving me the ring around and never gave me a full, solid answer.... It's unfortunate for anyone that has AAA and heaven forbid something happens, lol Goodluck6/11/23

I called Micheal for help moving a shed. It was almost 5pm and he was booked until 11am the next day. No big deal, we were willing to wait. He didn't want us to miss out on a good deal, so he called a friend and his friend was able to help us out within 45 minutes. Not only was Micheal going to give us a good deal on towing, but he missed out on it to help us out. He is first class all the way. If we ever need help towing again, we will definitely be calling Tapper Towing.Service: Local hauling

Even though my membership with AAA is terrible, and I wouldn t recommend buying a AAA membership to anyone. However, they did eventually connected me with tapper towing after many failed attempts to request service thru AAA. Fortunately, tapper was a life saver and made the rest seamless. The dispatcher Brittany was quick, honest and extremely helpful and Chris the driver who towed my car was to the scene promptly. Very polite and professional, tapper towing definitely turned an unfortunate frustrating situation around quick. Couldn t recommend this company enough!Service: Special vehicle towing

My son got his car stuck in the snow 1-3-18 - not terribly stuck, but unable to get it back on the road on his own. He called Tapper at 2:00pm for a tow - they told him it'd be 90-120 minutes before they could get to him, but Tapper didn't show up until 6:00pm (4-hours later). This is terrible service - with no phone call updates provided through the entire 4-hour period.Secondly, Tapper is local to Paw Paw (where my son was stuck). Per Tapper's invoice, the tow truck drove a total of 3.8 miles to get to his car but still had the nerve to place a $12.50 fuel surcharge on the bill (that's roughly 4.5 gallons of fuel!). How is this justified at all? Why is there any surcharge on fuel anyway? Fuel prices have been hovering between $2.30 and $2.90 for a very long time now....this is ludicrous.The final bill I received was a shocking $137.50. When I called to question the amount, Tapper stated "with the snow flying, the drivers get a premium". But to me this is a simple situation of Tapper gouging their customers when other towing options were limited. This hinges on unlawful behavior - and definitely unethical.So not only was the service poor - being 2-3 hours late from the commitment time, Tapper gouged their customer through premiums and surcharges that are totally unjustified.I recommend that people steer-clear of Tapper due to this type of behavior, which I consider to be unethical and of questionable integrity.

I waited for at least 2 and half hours for McDonald's towing. After being told 3 separate times when calling back. After calling Tapper. They told me 5 minutes and the driver arrived in 2 minutes. She was extremely pleasant and professional! Had I not called I would have waited another minimum of 30 minutes!

Omg this is the best tow service i have ever used. Everyone is so kind and professional from dispatch to the tow trucker driver. They where quick and efficient. Ill be recommending them more often. I promise you'll be amazed by your experience with these amazing folks.

Came to the rescue within 15/20 minutes when my car broke down on a pitch-black I-94 about 10 miles West of Kalamazoo. All alone on the shoulder of the highway in freezing rain when cars are doing 80+ MPH flying past, it's not a fun situation to be stuck in for a long time- so thankful for these guys showing up quickly. Towed my car back to a dealership in Kalamazoo with no hassle, and even dropped my wife and I off at the hotel across the street. It was approx. $100, but that's about what a tow anywhere costs now-a-days. Not scam artists. Don't hesitate to call Tapper Towing. My driver was the fearless, young Cody. Nice work!

I am so humbled and grateful that Cody took the time to start my daughters car and make sure my daughter made it home safely. Not to mention, he arrived within the time frame as quoted..Customer service at its greatest!

Had a lock out after work at around 10pm. So my insurance get them to unlock my car they say they are going to get to me in 45 minutes. An hour later the driver who was supposed to unlock my car can't be found so i have to wait for a new one for another hour.

I really dont like to write bad reviews but this company deserves it. The first bad experience I had with them was about 8 months ago. I got a flat and couldn't get the wheel off my car. After AAA and I called them periodically for 2 1/2 hours when they said the tow truck was coming from 10 minutes down the road, I called a different towing company to come help me out instead. Now, I work for an ambulance company and we had and AMBULANCE stuck in the snow. After I called 2 different towing companies that didn't answer, I reluctantly called them and asked the if they could pull one of our trucks out of the snow. They immediately told me they were not going to do that tonight after I told them it was an ambulance who needed to go back in service for emergency calls. Unreliable and no support for EMS. Would never recommend to anyone.

I have had a couple vehicles towed by them but I will be going out of my way to get a different towing company. The reason s cause I had a decent amount of damage to my truck my driver mirror was broke I had window visors which also broke and scratches n the back of my cab and all down my truck bed and tail light. Went to see what they would do about it to see it they would replace anything and they said no cause it happend on private property but it was still on the back of the tow truck when it happened.

Came to Kalamazoo to fill in the gap where a sub par service (Graham s) couldn t seem to respond for hours. Came from Paw Paw to Portage in less than 45 minutes. Nice female driver who called prior to arrival and did a great job. Thank you Tapper.

Ruined my car. showed up DRUNK! ..and i mean plastered. ..and this was the boss.. my car just needed a spare tire and now i need new bumpers front and back and a new gas tank! he could not operate the equipment correctly and had no concern for my perfect condition classic bmw

Way expensive, $85 to tow less than a mile! Called another company to tow to the shop and they were only $130 for 22 miles. Disappointing.

Not 24 hour service. Had vehicle issues just outside of paw paw and they wouldn't answer the phone on a sunday morning. Had to call another tow service.

Told me it was 160$ for a spare tire change called another company and did it for 50$ please avoid at all costs
