I started having brake trouble Friday morning. Called them and they got me in the same day and did a complete overhaul on my rear brakes and had me back on the road by 4:00,pm. Great group of guys working there!

Great service, quick oil change. They helped me with a damaged wiper blade and got it working. The entire team was friendly and helpful. I would say they are about half the price of uncle eds.

Went here for a quick oil change on the way across the country and they told me that my serpentine belt is severely cracked and likely won t make it to Texas but they don t do belts on Saturdays. Well I made it to Texas and back and two months later, just had $1k in car repairs and the belt wasn t one of them as it was perfectly fine. Disgusting customer service and putting fear into a customer is not the way to earn repeated business. I would never trust a greedy lying company. Good luck!

I use to think they were a very good place filled with many caring people, I do believe that there are a couple good people still there but there are also ignorant cruel human beings who discriminate against certain kinds of people and that they are stuck in the past with how things were long ago and don t embrace change or except it very well they don t understand we are all human beings when we get cut we all bleed the same color we all feel pain we all have wants and dreams just like everyone else and if we don t change our minds the way they are we will only be stuck in the same sickening cycle that never changes and only hurts others, over history it s the same thing we fear the unknown basically things we don t understand but you shouldn t just destroy or harm someone or something you don t understand because embracing change moving forward can change the world we live in today to something better we are all human and we shouldn t hurt kill or fear each other we should feel safe being at home with or own kind, I met this religious man a couple years ago and guess what he was the most open minded caring individual I ve ever met and probably the most religious too and do you know what he told me? God Is love he doesn t not hate he does not judge but loves us all unconditionally and if our lord can love all of us and we love him knowing we ve never met why can t we do the same, I m in trouble now because I had something done at my last oil change the oil is burning oddly and leaking and right before I went there like I always do I have my vehicle inspected by a good trustworthy mechanic that I ve known for years and it was in great shape now my oil life is at 15% after a week when I left there it s burning and leaking my mechanic told me it must have been something the shop had done and I didn t think anything of it till I remembered the sudden change in the staff s behavior when they saw me and my bag and started whispering and giving me really awful looks and I kept wondering to myself what I did because I have grown to trust these guys completely and I never trust any shop because they all do the same things they lie they cheat they steal they hurt and what I ve learned about this world is they will do anything to hurt you as long as there s something to be gained, I am left without a vehicle I m sick there s no way to get to the hospital or my doctors or even my family or get food even I just hope people change because what you do hurts people mentally and physically and can even kill them and I cannot hate you because that will go against what that man taught me before he died but be better be kind stay humble and help as many people as you can in your life make it count because after a couple generations after you die you ll be forgotten like you never existed so make it worth it make people remember you and pass down those memories to others build trust honestly and love for everyone you meet and that goes for everybody, take care god bless.

Great service at a fair price. No frills. They get you in and out. Steve is great and the staff is friendly. I use for oil changes and small repairs. Recommend!

Came here for a quick oil change while on duty and they had us in and out within 15 minutes! Great service, very personable employees and was even invited to a customer pancake breakfast. Definitely a go to spot for a fast, professional and polite oil change.

Tapper Express Lube staff are friendly and thorough. Check points, bill details, and a dog treat for my beagle puppy were delivered today. Also, senior discount and car wash were included.

Although there were a couple cars ahead of us they were moving right along and before you know it we were getting our vehicle washed. It was very quick yet the car was really spotless!

Tapper's is awesome! I've been bringing all of my cars here for years. I've had one little hiccup in 8 YEARS total that I have come here and even then they went above and beyond to get the issue resolved the same day, no extra charges. Pretty impressive compared to 90% of other places I regret giving my business to.Highly recommend coming here for all your cars needs. Been going here for years and unfortunately it s been going downhill. I go there to get my oil change done in the winter months but whenever the weathers nice I enjoy doing it myself, but as I m under my truck doing it today I found the drain plug and filter way overtightened to the point I had to get out a breaker bar just to get the plug out. Wouldn t recommend going there if you like to do your own oil changes.Service: Oil change

These folks are the absolute best!! I had my oil changed by a different auto repair and developed a leak. The other place was closed for weekend. The guys & gal at Tapper Express were extremely friendly & empathetic. They investigated and fixed my issue quickly. I totally recommend them to everyone!

Got an oil change. They were quick and check air filter, checked my tires put air in them. New filter and a free car wash. Not bad price for a standard oil change. I've always used Tapper Express Lube never had a problem. Every oil change they do it. Thanks guys!!!!

Called and was told it was $25 for mount and dismount. Got it done and charged us $32 per tire then wouldn't give me my change. Said I gave him $61 and I gave him $65 bill was $64 called while I was still there and asked how much and again was told $25 by Steve told the guy and he said welldoesn't manage this side.Service: TiresService: Tires

THE. WORST. EVER. It took hours to get in with 3 people in line then when I asked them to balance my transmission fluid they literally drained my transmission, didn't refill it and told me to leave. It actually took 5 guys to operate a dipstick for my transmission and they still did it wrong... When I called the manager he claimed he did me a favor. They don't have much competition in the area, so you're gonna wanna make the drive anywhere else than Tapper.Service: Transmission

These guys are great here. I have been coming here for years . They are very knowledgeable one time I had a car that everyone else told me I had to take it to the dealership to get the transmission fluid checkedthey were wrong because this guy that work there knew how to check it where the dipstick was I have always been impressed with them. I think they treat you real good and they never mind when you come in just to get the air or have your fluids checked. Great group of guys that work there. I highly recommend the prices are reasonable to.

Prices are comparable to other express lubes, but unfortunately customer service is lacking. Never asked what oil I wanted, just went ahead with conventional oil. I always run full synthetic, and would have paid the higher prices for it. But was never asked. Was never greeted when I pulled in, just straight to what's my name etc. Was never told thank you or have a nice day or anything. Just "here's your sticker" and he opened the door. Won't be back, they have lost my trust.

My car showed insufficient tire pressure. When I went to this shop, the young people in the shop were very enthusiastic to help with the inspection. They found a nail stuck in the car. Because I didn't bring my a tire lock, they helped inflate it without charging. Very warm and friendly young people. Very appreciated.Service: TiresService: Tires

I had confidence in Donny Dean, and this staff. They caused more issues to my car than they did fixing it. I recently had extensive work done to my car to all be destroyed by tapper express. I have been driving to Berger in Grand Rapids to get my oil changed in our 2020 1500 silverado 3.0 Duramax. I thought I would try Tapper being so close to me. The kid that worked with me was pleasant. That is where it ended. Everyone else was rude and not helpful at all. So what a free car wash. Even if I would have gotten my discount, that I didn't cause theu had to go across parking lot to get my oil. It was more expensive. I also Inquired about a windshield for another truck. They once again was rude, and none helpful, said they need truck there to find out. So safelite is now getting that business. Guess I will keep going to Berger. Better service, happy people and helpful.

If you get an oil change it s great. However do not get your vehicle worked on here. I called a day ahead and made an appointment to have my brakes done. As simple as it sounds it was anything but simple. The appointment was at 10 am. I was called 5 times throughout the day with problems my vehicle had and the initial quote I had for brakes was $1,100 so I said no just pads, calibers, and an alignment. The alignment never got done and when I showed up the bill was $480 for pads and calibers? The mechanic charged himself $210 for 2 hours of work. For brakes. That s the most ridiculous number for again BRAKES I ve ever seen. This post is to warn others.Service: Brakes

We ve been getting our oil changed here for many years. Excellent service. They don t try to get you to purchase services you don t want. But it s so nice to make sure our taillights work and liquids are full. Great for tires and other services as well. They even fixed our clouded headlights once.
