Not ONLY did they repair my front end but they went above and beyond and gave her a nice wash and even cleaned the INSIDE! It was worth not having my car for a week, but they really did DELIVER GREAT RESULTS! Thank you, Shephard! Hopefully I won t have to come back but I won t be to upset if I do! Your staff is very kind and courteous! Will recommend to others wholeheartedly!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I love cars. I spend a lot of time maintaining my vehicles. I m the kind of weirdo who worries about causing a microscopic scratch when I am washing a car. I m saying all this so that you understand how particular I am. I recently hit a dear and needed a fair amount of work done. I m so pleased to report that Shepard Body Shop exceeded my expectations. Their work quality is excellent and the care they took to protect my vehicle during the work process is greatly appreciated. I couldn t be happier.

My wife had an incident in her 2017 Traverse. Every panel, the bumper, and the lift gate were damaged. Shepard's worked with the insurance company and in less than 2 weeks, we had the car back in perfect condition, like it never happened. Awesome work. I greatly appreciate your service!

I wanna first start off by saying i'm very difficult to get along with sometimes. My Mustang was hit by a deer. And I decided to go with this company. The final outcome I am happy with. Although there are a couple things I need picky about. They ordered a new hood for me As requested by me and did additional work , I wanted done to the vehicle as well. It took a little longer than expected, which there was a miscommunication between the 2 of us. One thing I have learned if anything happens in my life. It's on me because I let it happen.All in all , it worked out great because I got free storage while getting fixed when the snow was on the ground. It's pretty awesome how they do what they do and make it look brand new. What makes this business so awesome is the owner and staffwe're absolutely the nicest people you can deal with. They're the type of people that are so nice. You can't be mean to him LO. L. Very sincere very passionate And would go out of their way to help you thank you.

Very nice people. Very honest. They did a great job all around. I had a door ding from a pole that jumped out of nowhere and hit my passenger door. Stupid pole. Shepherds made it like new again. Would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat.Shephard Body Shop was extremely informative while working on the estimate for body work post deer-car collision. Any questions I had were answered very clearly and I was walked through each step of the process so I knew what would be going on with my car and how long it would take.A replacement of both doors was needed, and as shown by the photo below they did an excellent job. The paint is blended perfectly to the rest of the car, and the body work itself is flawless. There was even a dent on the back quarter panel that is no longer there, taken out "free of charge" after an initial estimate of another $250 which I couldn't afford at the time.Very friendly staff, definitely professional, and my ONLY body shop I would even consider in the area after difficulty in the past with other similar places.Thanks for the amazing service, Shephard (David and staff)!

Dave the owner and his crew really know their craft, they are the only place I take my vehicles when I need work done. If you're looking for a place that really cares about the work they do I highly recommend Shephards body shop.

Amazing shop. My family and I have been going to this place for over 30 years. Their attention to detail, skill, and level of service are the best. The staff are also extremely friendly and courteous. They will always have our business.

I would give more stars if I could. It's so hard to find great Cutomer service these days. It was scary enough that I was in a car accident 3 hours away from home. My explorer wasn't drivable and I had to trust a place to fix it and in a timely manner. Chris was absolutely wonderful he kept me informed of the progress and worked so very hard to get my car ready the next time I was in town. They did and the work was amazing like brand new. Dave was also very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them.

I take all of my body repairs for my vehicles here. I have had them fix up two cars after accidents and they have come back looking new. They do very good work and are very easy to work with and upfront about pricing and repairs needed.

Not worth getting detailing here... kinda pricey for auto body work... paid $150 for detailing of my car there was tons of dog hair, dirt, slobber (black leather for the inside) and parts of the trunk that weren't even touch I even still had crumbs/dirt in the handles of my doors . Talked with the owner and was told that he had a new guy working an even checked his work after being done with my car. Ended up saying after I went back and sat for and hour (remind you they had my car until 4:30pm from dropping it off the evening before) for them to "try to make things right" was told that due to having a black leather vehicle that they never really come clean. I asked if I could have at least some money back considering that I had to come back and wait longer..... he.... the owner said well I can give you back $20 I then asked for at least $30. He agreed.... needless to say I will never go back there. Waste of time and money. Sad. I was just wanting to support someone local. Will go to the place in South Haven thats cheaper for inside and out!! And the owner/staff are great!

They are an amazing body shop very professional they replaced my whole box side on my 2013 chevy Silverado, replaced my rear bumper an tailgate everything looks amazing they even rust proofed my wheel wells an didn't charge me because I was joking an asked them to do it lol thanks Gordy!Then I also ordered a wheel well liner for the front of my truck an the owner goes we can throw that on for you when most companies would of charged me to do the extra services they did for me I'm just very happy with all the things these guys did for me an customer service is amazing Olivia answers every time you call and is very friendly!! Will recommend to all friends & family!!

This is the place you go when you use to work at a body shop and you want the job done right. Give Kris a call he will take care of you. Gordy is a phenomenal painter. His skills in color match and tinting is unreal. These guys are experts highly recommend this shop !!

I came in only for a quote and before I noticed, within 2 hours my car was all fixed !The staff here is great and they will not rip you off $!

half ass work vary disrespectful when asked why things did not get fixed and he even got loud with us to the point where we just left! so I do not recommend this place for anything!
