I was sold a 2015 K1500 Dodge Ram and was told that it was in great condition. When I asked about brake dust on rims, they stated they were already taken care of, since I didn't have the tools to look myself, I held them to "their word" but that was the least of my worries. It had bad Tie Rods which I had to replace because the warranty I bought from "them" didn't honor ANY repairs. I replaced brakes, CPM Module, Brakes, TIIPM/ Fuse Box and Tires. They Most DEFINITELY took me for a ride but not the kind I was expecting! When I asked about swapping out vehicle, they refused because I lost my job because of Unreliable Transportation. And the truck was roughly $42,000 with financing. Don't get me wrong, the trucks body looked Nice but I was basically sold a Lemon. It was ultimately removed from my property and I'm still ON THE HOOK for the Remaining balance of "the Contract" and The truck was beyond my expertise to repair WITHIN 3 MONTHS After Purchasing, All the while paying them $750/ months plus $300/ month for Full Coverage Insurance. Buyers Beware, Seriously, Go To A Reliable Place to purchase Your Vehicle and Do Your Homework plz and have a blessed afternoon!

Pine Auto is fantastic!!! Diana and Omar are amazing!!! I was in a place in life where things out of my control from the past were affecting everything. When I was referred to them I thought it would never be possible to get a nice, reliable (key word there) vehicle that my whole family could comfortably ride in. In a matter of hours from the moment I walked in, everything changed. I drove out of there, that day, with a 2007 Ford Edge and haven t regretted a moment! This car is fantastic! It s so hard to find good, honest people in this industry who genuinely want to help you and who are honest! I ve recommended so many people to them in the last 8 months because of who they are. They have gone above and beyond for me and they also understand life happens sometimes and things are out of your control and they work with you! Need a car, go here, you will not regret it! Thank you Diana and Omar for helping me accomplish what that I thought was impossible!

They have a family owned businesses, very kind, loving, an caring, wouldn't go anywhere else, there's not alot of honest people out here, but Pine Sales Auto make me proud to say there in my state..an I recommend them not just to my friends but also my family... don't take me word, go take a look for yourself...

They have always worked with me and gone out of their way to help me get things fixed. I have never had a problem that has gone unsolved. We have been doing business for about two years and if I need another car at a good price, I stay with them.

my fianc� and I went here and got our first car together and had amazing expierence. We walked in and walked out with a new car the same day!! They are so understanding. He took money off our total because it needed new breaks. Then, when our car had a manufacturing defect they were so understanding and helped us so we didn't go broke making a payment and fixing the car. Seriously couldn't thank them enough! They are life savers. I feel so much better putting my kids in this car driving down the road not having to worry about it falling apart. Hopefully by time we pay off the car there is a Tahoe in the lot to purchase ;) we definitely love doing business with Omar and Diana and will continue our business for many many years!!

Got a total of 2 vehicles from there and both of them the motor blew before a year of having them. We changed the oil like the vehicles needed to at the appropriate time and soon after we started hearing ticking noise come from the motor. They will work with you at first but my second one going into my third one, they wanted me to pay $1000 up front when they are the ones that gave me the vehicles with we think a problown motor in it and tried to hide it.

Omar and deedee are great people and had me in the vehicle I wanted fast and the customer service is beyond great I will recommend anyone to go see them great price and great communication they do everything u need there and gets u on your way go down to pine auto very nice place keep up the great work you guys do
