Absolutely amazing! I worked with Tom I just actually came in because I needed a battery and he asked me a couple of questions and we found the battery he actually went out to my car in the parking lot and changed the batteries right I am absolutely amazed.

O Reilys employees do not answer the phone and most are very rude and short with customers very disappointing as most other auto parts stores in paw paw have fantastic customer service and strive to please, not the case with O Reilys

I'm sorry I can't leave a nicer review, but after 2 recent incidents in the Paw Paw store, we won't be back. The parts guy name "Robert" is very unprofessional, foul mouthed, belittling, condescending and very rude to customers. He curses like a trucker in frustration, as he looks up parts and has no respect for anyone in the room. The co-workers must be afraid to ask him to stop, as they allow this behavior and say nothing to him. This behavior would never be allowed in my store. Clean up your act.

At no fault to the store I had an oil catastrophe with a missing oil filter gasket I should have checked for it but this time I didn t. The customer service was genuinely helpful for it being 9:30pm. Each time I ve been there it s service like this. Super helpful folks.

I started using oriellys over others because of price mainly. But now I'm regretting that decision. I bought a torque convertor from them and got it replaced in my truck. Now my truck doesn't move at all. Now mind you my entire family is ase certified mechanics, I'm one of the few that's not but always do my own work. Once I told them that I put the quart in the TC and 5 in transmission before starting then added the rest as it idle. The manager and another employee tried telling me I have to pe prefill the tc with all the quarts. Like no you don't and obviously have no clue what your talking about. So I will be trying another location before never going to oriellys again. My truck so moved and would go down the road before just was all signs pointing to the tc starting to go out

Very unprofessional, went in for some parts assistant manager Kristen and some employees were standing up front and in the back using foul language and I had my grandkids with me very very disappointed. Sign says professional parts people could have fooled me professionals don't speak like that, won't be back at this location.

Was shopping right next door, so figured Id purchase my wiper blades at O'Reilly Auto Parts, clean store, help within the first 10 seconds of walking in..purchased what I wanted...painless an easy.

I had to go get windshield wipers and headlights. I have been through several headlights in a year that I decided it was time to get top notch and top performance ones. I go in kind of late after running errands ALL EVENING. They were closing in 15 minutes. I told the guy what I needed and the performance based I was looking for. He directed me to them and stood there while I decided and explained the best ones he thought would be good for me. Same with the wipers. When it came down to it and all said and done, my total was $131. He helped me out with some discount and dropped it to $116. Then he went out and replaced my wipers and headlights for me. Not to mention he checked my connections and wiring on my headlights since I've gone through so many. Then he says we'll let's take the old headlights inside and see if there's some type of warranty to get you some money back. Sure enough there was $50 back in my pocket. So for the top performance lights and wipers I ended up paying $65. I don't care about their prices at this point. I will be back in just because the customer service was above and beyond. Keep it up guys you're amazing and ill forever now be a loyal customer

I mean who reviews an auto parts store...I guess I do!!! I don't know much about cars but these guys were very helpful. They were friendly, pleasant, and polite. The thing that gets me coming back is the service, They were really helpful and saved me money with their recommendation. I like that.

Very helpful in finding the tiny "O" ring I needed for my Lexus. As a woman going into a parts store, I was treated well. Can't say the same for their competition! I do fix things on my own and am fairly knowledgeable and want to be treated as such.

Very nice young man helped me, even carried my items to the vehicle since my arm is in a sling. He was attentive and knew what the inventory was. His name is Vaughn, 5 stars to him.

This store is a joke. My husband and I ordered a part for our vehicle. I went in to get it the day we were told it was going to be in. The person behind the counter spent over 15 minutes looking for the part that was received the day before. With more investigation I was told my part was sold to a commercial garage the day before. So, an employee took the part that was ordered for our vehicle and sold it out from under us. We were not called or told until I went to get the part that we ordered for our vehicle. From what I have been told the person that sold our part has done this before. I will not go back to this store. They are liars and thieves. They do not know anything about car repair or what they have to sell. This place deserves negative stars.

Went to Advance parts store down the street young man said he couldn't change Battery on 2012 Rav 4 so went to O'Reilly and the young man took right care of me!!! Thank you O'Reilly

Horrible service even worse employees always two or three employees in the back and only one working the counters, Tony is the first one that comes to mind when it come to saying poor service, he'll answer phone call over the people standing right there trying to check out I spend on average 5 to 10 minutes just waiting in a line. I like the oriellys on portage in Kalamazoo over this one anyday but I live in paw paw so that's not convenient for me anymore, about to start going to advanced auto.

I went there earlier today and was treated poorly. When I first walked in I wasn t greeted by any of the staff. I stood there for about 15-20 minutes without any of the staff acknowledging that I was there. One of the staff members was trying to walk past me didn t say excuse me or anything. Had I not moved out of the way he would have walked right into me. When someone finally decided to help me he was rude and treated me like I had no idea what I was talking about. In so many words I was told he wasn t going to help me. So I told him to not worry about it and I d just go to Auto Zone. His response to me going to their competitor was, okay . I will NEVER return to this O Reilly or any other one.

This is by far one of the slowest stores in have been in. We had a hydraulic line blow on one of big trucks and was stranded on M40. I asked if they made hydraulic hoses and after passing the job to 3 different people, they said they could not help because it was not their brand hose. So I guess it better that a semi sits in the middle of the road, than them try to fix a hose. Not a good experience!

Usually have everything I need. All the time. Know a few fellers down there and everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable all having worked on their own vehicles usually can get some good pointers and advice which I find very useful. Most times !

I own a local repair shop and they NEVER answer the phone I call sometimes twice a day and I can't ever get anyone to answer the phone don't waste your time calling here get parts down the street. I don't know how you run a "buisnes" without answering the phone.

I was trying to replace a headlight on my daughter's car. I could only get the old bulb halfway out. I went back the competition, where I bought the bulb. They said they couldn't help me. Ran across the street to O'Reilly. Avery, the Asst Manager, was more than happy to help me! Needless to say, I know where I'll be buying future auto parts!

The hairy/chubby cashier with the Jerry curl ponytail is a bit of a know it all and kind of makes children and small pets cringe at his very presence. Or maybe it's his appearance, either way.... Service isn't great but people are desperate for auto care so they have no choice between here and Advance down the road.

One price over phone full blown list when u arrive. I was told 2 bucks and some change for a part I needed then charged over 18 when I got there. Con artists and unknowledgeable staff. I worked in auto parts for over 15 years, these guys are total n00bs.
