I work for another local business in PawPaw and my delivery vehicle had brake issues today and although it being Sunday and them being closed, I got ahold of Dale and Angel, the new owners and Dale met me at the shop 15 minutes later and was able to fix my brake issues within minutes! I commend him for taking time out of his day off to come help me and save the day! We've tried other local mechanics and Muffler Man is where will be doing business for the remainder of our future vehicle needs. The service here is unmatched in PawPaw and Dale takes genuine care of his customers. 5 star rating is what I give them and 5 star service is what you'll get if and when you choose to do business with them as well. #SUPPORTYOURLOCALBUSINESSES

Went in for a new muffler and found out I needed a pipe bent. They did the work and worked with me to try to save me money. I was very satisfied and would recommend them

Absolutely horrible place, never go here. This place is ghetto, and they don t do honest work. I took in my car to get fixed and they quoted me $170 and told me it would take around three hours. It ended up taking four days and costed $570 and the three times I called them to ask if it was done they just told me that they did not know.

Had an issue with my car, had it sent here after it was sent to my dealership and it was in and out in a single afternoon! They are under new management as well as far as I know!

It's hard to put into words how amazing this business is. Not only did they get me right in, they were fair on the cost of the repair. But what really touched my heart was the fact that they gave me a ride all the way to portage because I was going to sit and wait because I didn't have a ride. They insisted actually and then offered to come back and get me. And if they hadn't gone out of their way enough, they stayed open an extra half hour so I could pick up my truck. I haven't had that good of service ever and I'm so grateful for their kindness. Thanks you guys I will forever appreciate your kindness

Wish I could give 0 stars! Beware, they do not pay their debts and will not take calls from creditors. Been trying to collect for months.

my muffler broke off from the manifold and they told us we could bring it in right away, they got us right in and had my vehicle done within a couple of hours. Very fast service and my car is much quieter now. Thanks guys, we will return if the need arises.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

The staff was really friendly, and quick. Unfortunately they thought they dissolved the issues with my vehicle and they did not. I'm grateful I had an appointment to get tires put on somewhere else because they quickly found the issue which could have been a bad situation later. Although I do not personally plan to go back there again, they seemed to do a great job with brake pads and rotors.

They did a good job fixing my muffler... The only problem now is, where's the thermostat I bought? I asked them to check it because my car overheats. Now mind you I purchased several exhaust items and thermostat prior to going to them. It seemed I could fix the muffler myself. They used one piece for the muffler. They told me the thermostat was fine. (Probably hella lazy because I was even told they couldn't remove the screw to even bleed it to see if air was in there) The thermostat needs to be replaced. I'm like ok I have one. Isn't in my car and wasn't returned. Muffler Man kept it. Some young kid was like, "I can't do any thing." Okay fine... Now the phone just rings. Just be careful telling them you have parts you purchased... They just might take them!Service: Exhaust

First off it took one and a half hours to do a simple oil change,they didn't even know where the oil filter was! Then finally I go to leave and I noticed my seat was moved,I have memory seats and even that didn't go to where the setting was, rear view mirror was changed, outside mirrors were moved,steering wheel repositioned, made me wonder what else they screwed around with. I will never go back to this location and I will advise family and friends not to either. I gave one star if I could I would give a negative 10!!!One of the workers was on the phone in the lobby and was using foul language, that's OK in the work area but not to cool in front of the customer.Very, very displeased with the whole thing..when I went in the first time one gal said yes we will fit you in, get there another gal, sneezing and coughing says no not today, the front and back work area is dirty and hazardous. Please don't go there it's not worth your time or money.Service: Oil change

Went in on Friday and made an appointment for Monday at 12 noon. Went at 11:30 am took the day off work! Just so I could get my muffler fixed. Go in tell her I'm here for my appt with Dave. The lady laughs and says, oh he's not here today. I said are you serious...no phone calls to tell me why or reasons or cancelation. All they were doing is playing with parts in the back.. I highly doubt they have much experience anyways. I don't recommend this place at all. Thanks Dave for nothing!!!! I'm so glad I didn't get it done I saved $85.00 going elsewhere!!!

Took my HHR in because I couldn t get the serpentine belt on. Austin and crew did a great job at a fair price.Highly recommend!

I went there three times in four days. They did a brake repair and the brake was smoking. Turns out they missed something. After a fat bill and a share of communication the situation was made right. I'll go again since I'm looking for a good mechanic in Paw Paw, and if service is better I'll be happy to change my review.

Paw Paw Muffler Man Is shop that does qualoty work and at a great price. The owner is a great guy who wants to do right by his customers. His staff is very knowledgeable and very respective to his customers.They don't do all automotive repairs. But the work I've had done there has been quality work. I would recommend them to anyone!!!

I took my own exhaust system parts, 2 hours and it was done at a great price. I am very happy. Going back this week for wheel bearings.

Unfortunately I can t remember the name of the receptionist and the owner. BUT long story short, they told us to come on in on a Saturday afternoon before close. Instead of just ordering the parts he offered to custom bend a tailpipe for a significantly lower price even after he said he had somewhere to be in an hour. The man was quick and got it done well before that. He was polite and it was obvious he d been doing it for a long time.

Had a muffler fall of a 2010 Nissan Sentra. Dropped car off Sunday night and picked it Monday afternoon. $225. Seemed reasonable.

I have been there several times. Each time they have done excellent work quickly and at a fantastic price!!! They have worked on both my car and my sons and we are both extremely happy! I would recommend this place to anyone!!

Owner and workers were very helpful. I had my car towed here after it wouldn't start they diagnosed it as a starter and replaced it very quickly. I take all my vehicles here and have never had a issue.

Did not grease the new ball joints. They went out with in a week, refuses to stand by his work. Then complained that it wasn't their job TO grease the ball joints and they should have charged MORE money to ruin new parts. Not a certified mechanic. Went back and was told it's NOT their job to grease ball joints.

These guys are a joke. I made an appointment to have the muffler replaced on my Explorer a week early. When I arrived I waited 25 minutes for them to put it on the lift. While waiting I heard them quote some poor young lady $500 to instal an alternator. So after my Ex was on the lift the guy comes out and says, "The good news is it's only the muffler, the bad news is we sold it yesterday." I told them Advanced Auto Parts could have one by 1:00 pm and they said they couldn't do the repair until next week. I said, "That's why I made the appointment last week" and the moron tells me "duhh (just like that too) I told you we would look at it today," so I point to the appointment schedule and ask him why the schedule says muffler instal right next to my name and time slot. After an awkward blank stare I told him to waddle his ass back there and bring me my truck, I'll do it my GD self. I bought the muffler from Advanced and did it myself took an hour. Don't go to Muffler Man in Paw Paw, MI, you will be disappointed and over charged.

We called several places to have both of the exhaust manifolds replaced on 2010 f150. They gave us the best price and totally will recommend them to others.

The service I received was outstanding. They beat there quoted amount and were very professional. They helped me with a towwing source and stayed late while my car was uploaded. Hi highly recommend you give them a try.

Worst exhaust welding I have ever seen. You can't call it welding it's more like globbing. There are four to six inch pieces of wire from the wire welder hanging off the globs that they didn't even bother to cut off. Took it back for him to fix the welds. We got it back it still had the pieces of wire hanging out the globs from the first time. The welds the second time we're no better. I would not recommend this business.

I Have A Friend That Has Gone There Several Times. They Have Charged Her Over $600 And The Problem Is Still Not Fixed. They Refuse To Fix The Problem Even Though The Car Has Broke Down 4 Times In The Last Month Because They Keep Repairing Parts That Arent The Problem And Charging More. We Have Taken The Car To The Dealership Upon Muffler Mans Request And Paid For A Diagnostic Check And It Shows The Problem. Muffler Man Refuses To Fix The Problem Saying That They Are Busy For The Next 3 Weeks Now. This Is After They Have Been Paid Over $600 And Paying The Dealership For A Diagnostic Check Because Muffler Man Obviously Doesn t Have The Right Diagnostic Tools And It s Been A Month Now.PLEASE Do Not Take Your Car Here You Will Be Scammed, Ripped Off, And Probably End Up In Court.
