I tell you what, I had 2 tires losing about 5lbs of air every week. I went in they pulled the 2 tires replugged one thay I had plugged a couple years ago and cleaned the bead up on the other and put them back on my truck. For $50 I was back on the road in less than a hour with no worries. Great job.

I was told that I would have a 4 to 5 hour wait to get a tire plugged at Discount Tire. I called Boven, and they told me to come on out. They had me in and out in literally 5 minutes. I didn't even have time to get a cup of coffee. Perfect!

Unfortunately we had a terrible experience yesterday. My wife went to get a nail pulled from her tire. They lifted the car, removed the nail and set the car back down. Went to drive the car and before leaving the shop asked what they did because the car is making a terrible noise! They denied that they did anything to the car. Immediately took it to another mechanic in Paw Paw (within 20 min). They looked at it and noted it was damaged by a lift. Went back to Boven Tires with the car and told them again that it was damaged. They denied it and said it couldn't be them. Now have to take it to the dealer to get it fixed. Will report back on the cost to fix it. Could be more than $1500 of damage.

Called for used tires for my 2013 truck on the 21 of November November 22 went in had me out on the road in less than half a hour truck handles better best tires I've ever had on a truck bovine are the best great people and workers are awesome thanks

The only place I ll go to get my tires done! Family owned and always shoot me straight! I m a pizza delivery driver so I go thru tires like crazy and they have great deals on soft used tires!

I had 2 tires leaking air that would go low every few days. It was the valve stems that were bad and leaking. Boven's had me in and out in under 10 minutes. Great service with friendly people and fair pricing.

I took my car in to have a nail removed from a tire and it was in perfect condition when I pulled into the bay. They took the nail out and lowered my car down. I backed out and when I went to leave my car sounded horrible! I immediately stopped and got out and asked the guy who worked on the tire what happened and he said he didn t do anything. I drove down the road to a mechanic because it was so loud I was worried something was going to happen. They looked at it and said when Boven put my car on the lift, it messed up my entire exhaust system. I went back with my husband and they said they would take zero responsibility for it. I went in for a nail and left with needing a new exhaust system. I will NEVER go there or recommend this place to anyone again.

My husband and I recently got a flat tire. We were able to get it patched up by a different mechanic, but they didn't have time to put on the tire. We drove over to Boven's Tires, and they immediately put the tire on for us. They were so kind and helpful and, after they got the tire back on, they didn't even charge us. They just genuinely wanted to help. Will definitely be back and we are seriously so grateful for their kindness!

Don't go here unless you want broken parts on your vehicle. Broke things off my car and the only thing the owner said to me was it wasn't her fault that I can't maintain my car! Told me to take it somewhere else to get fixed! They broke my car but told me to take it somewhere else to get it fixed! How does that even make sense or how is that even fair. How can this company be so mean to their customers. I support a family of 5 and on a very tight budget, now I am stuck with having to figure out a way to fix my vehicle. This company won't be in business very long with ripping customers off and creating more problems. Go give your business to someone else that appreciates you and won't just push you out the door after they make a mistake and mess up. There is so many tire places in Paw Paw and Mattawan! Take this one off this list or else you'll end up forking out more money to fix a problem they created!

I have had many great experiences at Boven Tire for tire repair. They have been quick and affordable. I did go in to buy a new tire and a new manager who I had never seen before told me they don't sell single tires for 4 wheel drive vehicles. I told him I have bought 1 and 2 tires several times at Boven. He told me that if I wouldn't buy 4 they wouldn't sell me any. This is all without looking at the tires. I WILL NEVER BUY NEW THERE AGAIN!

One star as there is no option for negative. Don't go here if you EVER plan to work on your tires. Good luck getting them off with their forced impact metric mix up.

I called them before going down there to make sure they had 2x 225/50/17 tires in stock, they said yes. Got there and reminded them I was there for the 2x 225/50/17 tires. They proceeded to put on 2 tires of THE WRONG SIZE. I noticed when I got home and called them. They said they would fix it and to come back at my next convenience. Then gas prices shot up and my father had a stroke so it was a couple months before I could come back during which time the tire had been rubbing inside the fender due to it being the wrong size. I finally made it back there and they are refusing to make it right. So essentially I PAID FOR 2 TIRES I NEVER GOT! Not my fault their employees aren't competent enough to do the job right the first time! And he even had the audacity to try to sell me different tires!!! ...like I'd put another dollar in his hand! lol

First off, THESE GUYS ROCK! I called four tire chains that had an average wait time of three hours with no appointment. I had a tire emergency on my way to work. I called these guys and they said they took walk ins and it may take an hour. I walked in and explained that I'd prefer used tires, but, would buy new if I had to. Another employee listened while I explained to the gentleman working at the desk what I needed and my budget. Within half a minute the employee listening was back with a nice set of 4 used Michelin tires. Just what I needed! These guys were on this. I was in an absolute hurry, but, I didn't even have to even tell them. They operated as a unit on a level I've never seen before. From walking in the front door to back on the road, I was there a total of twenty minutes. Thank you!

This very service. I had tires sealed and thay leaked.when I went back to have fixed them .thay wanted to charge me again.i wouldn't recommend this place to no one

Hands down the quickest, most helpful tire shop I've EVER been to. They fixed a flat for me one day in less than 30 min, so I returned today to switch out my snow tires. I've done the WAIT at the popular tire companies, so I was ready to wait today. I didn't even get my computer open before they said my car was ready, balanced, and out the door. I am a new customer for LIFE.

This place is the worst place to go to they costed me $600 because they snapped my lug nut off apparently they were over torqued which there's no way I came home and took them all off with no problem the only one that I had a problem with was the one and only one they touched which I had to cut and torch off so then that costed me $600 to purchase a new rim never take your vehicles here they are liers especially the old lady inside.

Just like my first visit for tires in 1986 (except joe wasn't slinging tires yet), I pulled in, got out of my van and 2 minutes later I pulled into the shop. Joe and the guys worked so fast and efficient (you ever see the movie Polar Express with the guys slinging hot chocolate?) I didn't even have to get out of my van. Then, before I even got comfortable, I was backing out with 2 new front tires. Went inside and squared up. Total time on site: 27 minutes! No more front end wobble, no more worrying about my fiance and our baby having a blowout on the highway. Thanks guys, good work, that is a big worry off my plate! See ya next time!

I stopped in one morning in a rush with a flat tire. The staff quickly repaired my flat and put it back on the car. I was in and out and back to work on time. Reasonable price too!

This is the best tire place. They are so friendly and polite. They have good prices and give great information. I just got a used tire put on my van in less than 15 minutes for 42 dollars. I recommend Bovens and will be returning there for any future tire purchases.

GO HERE!!! forget the other places. Good guys that do a great job fast and won't hit you with a bunch of charges for who knows what. I've trusted them for 17 years now.

My family had been long time customers without much issue until this year. My mom got tires changed incorrectly twice resulting in flat tires plus missing hubcaps just in a week. Then recently when she went in to see why her tire was leaking, the wife didn't bother looking at the problematic tire and blamed in on the rims. It was a nail. She denied my mom service unless she bought new rims and overall was pretty rude.

Called to get a quote for 4 tires yesterday. Spoke to Dave the father, then Joe the son. They were both very friendly and professional. Received a great price and excellent service. Went in today Aug 30th, 2018. They took my car in right away and it only took about 30 min. I would highly recommend this local business.

Will not answer the phone after 4:30... what if someone had a question about the next day? Young kid got grease all over freshly washed WHITE car and forgot to turn warning light off after service. Luckily close to home so easy fix. So far so good with my brand new tires @$559 I should hope so!

This place was awesome, they mounted and balanced four tires on our vehicle for $60 including old tire disposal. Discount Tire wanted $104, I had to already have the wheels removed from the vehicle and take the old tires with me (or pay a disposal fee) and I would gave had to wait until they could for me in. Boven's had us out the door in less than 20 minutes. Will strongly recommend to others!
