Sad to see them go! I've serviced my cars here since I've been driving (with a little hiatus after moving to a diff city). Any time I was out of town or couldn't get the car to them, I've been disappointed. They set the good mechanic bar pretty high for me!Stormy is always detailed & makes sure you understand what will be done to the vehicle. Even through my panic about whatever is plaguing my vehicle, she stays calm and kind.Travis has solved every issue I've had with my cars while making sure I know how to avoid the it in the future.Good luck to you with the move:)

Great work! First off this place is out in the country, but very easy to find. The front desk office secretary was very polite and thorough with everything I had to ask or tell her about my vehicle. I went in to have my brakes looked at and they were quick to point out the problem. They gave me my options and how much it was going to cost. They gave me an estimate of when my vehicle would be done and stuck to it. They didn't waste my time and I'll gladly give them my business from now on. Their labor costs were fair in my opinion. I recommend anyone having any issues with a vehicle to talk with them. Thank you Affordable Auto Repair for the great service!

Affordable auto care! The best mechanics I've ever had work on anything. They are more then just mechanics, they really care and will take care of you 100%. I just had my suburban in there and the did an absolutely amazing job. Super cheap and reliable. I will bring anything I need worked on here. Best service

I took my Pilot in a month ago after getting a $7,000+ quote from a dealer mechanic. I called Affordable after a suggestion from one of their other customers. They offered a rental which I was very pleased with, the dealer I usually used has never offered me one. My vehicle was done for not only much cheaper then quoted by the other people (think over half the amount) my car was done quickly. I worked with Sara for my quote and updates and she was not only extremely knowledgeable and thorough - but she took into consideration my needs and added a flair of humor that helped ease my mind about my vehicle. I ve had my car back a month now and have had no issues since and everything they fixed seems spot on. I will most definitely use their services again. Great place to get reliable and affordable auto care done. My family has been going here for many years. I'm from Kalamazoo, but take my car here for oil changes because their inspection game is on point and the oil change is dirt cheap. Also, I would be remiss if I didn't mention the incredible young lady, Sara, who works the phone and seemingly runs the shop. She is friendly, professional, and has a vast knowledge of auto care. She always serves with a smile.

I started coming here for the inexpensive oil changes (costs less than doing it myself). Have stayed because of the business ethics, integrity, and friendliness of all the staff.Replaced intake gasket on mini van. Part failed outside of warranty period. Instead of charging me the full $800 to replace, they only charged me for the cost of the parts; $350. Have recommended Affordable Auto Care to friends ever since.Second vehicle: quoted price to fix vehicle. Unfortunately, the electrical problem was much greater than originally estimated. Travis the owner made sure the car was completely fixed, spending countless hours, and additional parts, including a brand new alternator, at no additional cost to us.This is a business that operates on the philosophy that they want to take care of their customers and build loyalty, not just turn a fast one-time buck. We have been taking our vehicles here for 10 years since moving to the area, and will continue to do so.

Wouldn't take our vehicles anywhere else!! Very reasonably priced. I drive a Mercedes SUV and choose to take it here over a Mercedes dealer. Whether your car is older or brand new they know how to work on it. Stormy is unbelievable!!! She is always extremely friendly and goes out of her way to accommodate the customers. She always makes sure to get us right in whenever we have an issue. If a repair is going to take longer than anticipated, she makes sure to keep you up to date. More businesses need someone like her to represent them!!

I have taken my car here several times and every time it has been excellent service. I have driven my car away with peace of mind knowing it is fixed and done right. Their prices are comparable to other places in the area that I have shopped and their people are forthcoming and friendly. And what other place do you know that gives you a free loaner car while they have your car?! I could not say enough great things about Affordable Auto Care.

I live in Kalamazoo, but I still always bring my car back to affordable auto car because I know I can trust the staff with my car. Also, Stormie is AMAZING. She is always so nice, understanding, very knowledgeable and upfront about everything.

We have always been pleased by the service, mechanical knowledge and extremely fair pricing. The staff is fantastic and is always genuinely helpful and caring when it comes to scheduling, understanding my family's vehicle needs, and overall friendliness. I don't know why anyone is this area would go anywhere else!!

On our drive from Chicago to Detroit our car broke down near Paw Paw and AAA had it towed to Affordable Auto late in the evening on a Friday. To our dismay they were already closed for the weekend and we were concerned about finding a rental to continue on our trip to meet up with family. The office manager had returned to the shop unexpectedly and when my husband explained our situation she supplied us with a loaner vehicle and explained they would be in touch on Monday. Monday came and the diagnosis was what we anticipated and they had us repaired and back on the road by late Thursday morning. We only had to extend our stay by one day which wasn't an inconvenience. Our drive back to Chicago was a smooth one. I cannot thank Stormy and her crew enough for everything they did for us. They were fantastic! I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to anyone!

Angela Davis lied and was 100% satisfied with our work and rates until Affordable Auto Care declined working on her daughter's car. The car is rusty, unsafe to lift or drive, and not wise to invest money. Affordable Auto Care was proudly founded on honesty and integrity and gladly advise customers during unexpected times of costly, unscheduled repairs. Our free loaner cars easily overcome unforseen time delays which can happen at any repair facility.

Affordable Auto has came to my rescue numerous times. Wether its broke down on i94 or just getting my vehicles serviced they are always fast, friendly and honest. Straight forward pricing.

I'm a college student with a limited amount of money to spend on car expenses, so i went to affordable auto care expecting to get some cheap, reliable service. They fixed my vehicle once, 400 dollars later, but the engine light was still on. I took it back for another estimate (which was 2000-2500 dollars) and they ended up saying that there was a part missing in the engine, a part that did not work and something else about another part. Lucky for me, my dad is a retired mechanic. I took the estimate papers to him and he went out to check the part that "wasn't working" and it worked perfectly fine. Also, when he was putting the missing part on he found bolts and hoses that were loose from the last time i had the vehicle at affordable auto care. They do a lousy job and try to screw you over if you don't know anything about vehicle work. I will never go there again.

RUDE, OVER PRICED AND INCOMPETENT. Charged me $400 to correct an improperly installed alternator and replace belt tensioner. I supplied a New Alternator and New Serpentine Belt and they supplied the New Belt Tensioner. The car was DEAD the morning I picked it up so I needed a jump start NOT a BAD ATTITUDE from Travis's wife ! But that's what I got at 8:00am. The car didn't last 3 or 4 days before it left me on the side of the road on CHRISTMAS DAY with the EXACT SAME PROBLEM I PAID $400 TO CORRECT !!!I called to remedy the situation just to have that DISRESPECTFUL RUDE woman tell me that they REFUSE TO HONOR THEIR WORK AND WERE JUST KEEPING MY $400 !!! Called my lawyer and I WILL SEE YOU IN COURT UNAFFORDABLE AUTO !!!

My whole family takes thier vehicles to Affordable Autocare. Love that it is a welcome atmosphere every time you walk through the door. The staff is very friendly and willing to help in anyway they can. I recommend them to everyone I know.

I have been a customer for a couple years. Great prices honest people. It feels good to have a good mechanic. Strongly suggest.$14 oil changes

Man I wish I could give this place a review based on service. But I can t even get in contact with an employee to set something up. Instantly sent to voicemail or the call will be picked up for a silent line on the other end. I m legit just trying to get a price range on a repairs but I guess that s impossible here.

Very disrespectful ,rude and not affordable! I have 5 cars needing to be serviced and they overcharged me every time. They lied to me about when my cars would be done and what would be needed. They caused more damage to my vehicle and denied it was them . I will never go here again.

Never have a problem here I ve brought my car here for 5 years almost now for everything but I recently just had my fuel line done and they did a good job with that except I got my car back with a hole in my tire that s unpatchable that they caused

Took my old truck in because it was acting up and driving bad. When I got it back it ran and drove like new! These folks aren't just good mechanics, they are good people too. Thanks AAC.

Just had 3 tires and two shocks replaced. They could have took adavantage of the fact they quoted me for two packages of shocks when it only took one and it came with the airline. All in all they saved me $250 off the quote.

Great for a cheap and fast oil change. But not for getting auto work done, they always find "problems" my other mechanics don't
