This was our last day up in the UP and wow We had an amazing time and this was the perfect place. Warning there is a lot of great food. If you're going to get the salad please note it is huge so you might want to ask for a side salad. We also had the whipped ricotta with lavender honey cashews and pecans It was amazing. The jalapeno poppers were delightful. And finally the Euro with smoked brisket was huge and delicious.

This place was packed, but they were able to see us very quickly. They have many beers on tap, and their specialty drinks were excellent. The white fish-and-chips We're amazin. Everybody at our table had excellent food and they all enjoyed their specialty drinks. We come to this area often and we have found a new spot to eat. Thank you to excellent cooks and a super friendly waiting staff. They have made this our new favorite food establishment. See you soon.

I was expecting just another run of the mill, bar food diner. I was pleasantly incorrect. The food was outstanding. The staff was attentive without bothering us, as well as friendly and the whole place felt clean and welcoming. The portions were decent and absolutely everything we had was delicious, smoked meatloaf, Brussel sprouts, and a turkey BLT yet we were still admiring the plates of those at the tables around us too. Going to need to try those mozzarella sticks we saw!

Great Food, Friendly Staff, Cozy Atmosphere! The Smoked Brisket was fantastic on there sandwiches! The appetizers were original, handmade, and tasted amazing. (we had the burnt ends, mozzarella sticks, and fish dip, all were incredible!). Last but not least is the Carrot Cake! the Carrot Cake is the best i have EVER had, and the portion was big enough for two! This is a great place!

We really enjoy stopping here for dinner after a long day at the lake. We have had most of the items on the menu, all our really good. The Mac n Cheese dinner is awesome as well as the log splitter. The mozzarella sticks are amazing and homemade...definitely get the jalapeos poppers. The only thing that I didn't care for was the meatloaf and that was because it was a soft texture . However, my dad (who was very elderly) loved it.Carrot cake...don't leave without it.Some of the servers are great but not all servers are made equal.....but all are friendly...the atmosphere is ok....I wish they were always open...but the schedule is based on the influx of costumers.

This is my favorite restaurant in the state of Michigan! We stayed at the hotel behind the restaurant and the staff there recommend this place. The flavor was unlike anything we've had at similar BBQ spots. The portions were huge and all the food is locally sourced . The chicken wings were amazing. The brisket mac and cheese was amazing! And the smoked meatloaf was my fav. This place was the highlight of our vacation!

YUMMY! We both had the Kobe beef burger, with our own add-ons, and they were both delicious! BOTH of our drinks were SPOT ON as well! I got the Pumpkin Spice White Russian, my guy got The Apple Gin Fizz. Had a cute sprig of Cedar in his! This place has a little gift shop attached to it, which has some interesting items. I found this place to be affordable, dinner for two people cost under $60 (lil more with tip of course). The service was great. Seems like the spot for Fried fish too, as everyone around us seemed to be ordering that. Bathrooms were standard, smelled clean.

Everything I tasted here was truly exceptional. The whitefish is local and fresh. Everything down to the ketchup is made from scratch. Even the coffee seemed just a little better than everywhere else. You may be reading this review thinking it may be good, but not worth the drive. You would be incorrect. If I had a little more money I would rent a helicopter and fly there from Grand Rapids right now. Please order the carrot cake. It's ok if you don't like carrot cake. Get it anyway. No need to thank me.

So we drove all the way this way to stop at the food truck to get fresh fish although we're late to the party and they sold out so we stopped here to get food and boy was I happy we did. The menu is deliciously put together the food is very unique and handmade from the Smoky flavors they pull out of the smoker they have sitting out back to the delicious jumbo mozzarella sticks. We ordered a lot on the menu and this place is a Hidden Gem I definitely definitely recommend the carrot cake I'll be coming back here next time I go to the falls.

My husband and I just finished our dinner, and we can t wait to go back to The Inn tomorrow! We are fairly discriminating when it comes to food, and everything we ate tonight was delicious. The Bigos Stew is just amazing! I love Polish sausage and sauerkraut, but add to that some delicious pulled pork and mushrooms . . . to die for! We also shared the Reuben sandwich and hand-cut fries so good. Finally, even though we were stuffed, we shared the carrot cake; I ve tasted a lot of carrot cake, and this one is outstanding! Servers are friendly, and atmosphere is cozy. We are snowmobiling this weekend, but I would seriously make the trip to eat at this restaurant even if we were not staying in town.Kid-friendliness: Very kid-friendly menu and atmosphere

Food was great, passing through and chose to stop in. The mozzarella sticks were the best I ve ever had, made fresh and you can tell. The fish and chips were fresh as well and the smoked meatloaf was perfect! Would definitely go back if I was back around the area!

Can I give this place 10 stars??? EVERYTHING we had for our lunch was amazing!! Our server was the nicest, too. Generous portions of homemade everything. They even make their own ketchup which was delicious. We got the $6 GIGANTIC piece of homemade carrot cake to go-- had bites while at Whitefish Point and ate the rest after dinner. Between the three of us it was just enough. It was the best carrot cake I've ever had. Cute place with tables inside and out, a bar, a couple games for kids, and paper tablecloths with Crayola (if you know, this matters!) crayons to decorate it. Make it your lunch on the way to Tahquamenon or Whitefish Point or Oswald's Bear Ranch!

100% the place you need to get dinner if you re in Paradise or passing through seeing Tequahmenon Falls. THIS is the feeling I chase every time I dine out. The blueberry old fashioned quickly secured its spot on my Top 5 Cocktails I ve found in the wild. Everything else after that kept getting better and better. If you have kids, they do the classic paper table cloth with crayons freestyle art on the table thing, which our kids quickly filled with mazes and monsters and rainbows.I was surprised by their more cultured palettes in a land of predominantly American style only - including Banh Mi Tacos and Korean BBQ wings. Finally, you can t leave without getting one of their epic desserts. You will not miss them as they occasionally float past your table to some other lucky Yooper or Tourist.Finish dinner early so you still have time to shine a bright UV light at the rocks on the beach just down the road so you can find Yooper Lights!I thoroughly enjoyed this spot. My husband has regretfully informed me that we cannot make the 5 hour trip up here as regularly as I d like, so please visit for me until next time.

You must stop here! Crayons at the table keep kids and adults entertained. Love that. I had the Q burger with pepper jack cheese, a jalapeo popper, onion rings . And it was amazing! One of the best burgers I ve had all vacation. Can t forget about the homemade fries. But wait . The best thing EVER is their carrot cake. The piece is HUGE and only $6 bucks!

Had an amazing experience with the entire family. Everything from the service to their food was hands down the best. From homemade in the kitchen to the table one couldn't ask for any more. Simply the best ruben and jalapeno poppers I've ever had. The Bigos soup was simply epic.
