What a gem of a place to stay! The suites are BEAUTIFULLY remodeled, extremely spacious, and one of the cleanest stays I have had. The kitchen is stocked with all of the essentials and the living area is cozy and LARGE. This is the perfect place to stay with a family. The suites are located close to all of the attractions nearby and the owner is so attentive and helpful. Anytime I am in the area I will make sure this is my go to stay.

Great, up to date remodeled place to stay for a night or an extended time as it's spacious and includes everything you'd need to cook meals: fridge, stove, microwave, and all utensils.Living area, bathroom and bedroom are all very spacious. Outside of room has 2 Adirondack chairs to sit and enjoy the fresh air.Suite was VERY clean. I've never seen a suite that size so spotless!!!! Kudos to whomever takes care of your housekeeping duties.A few things that may have made the suite more cozy: a coffee table and a rug and a TV in the bedroom.Would definitely stay again if ever in the area.

Stayed in 1 bedroom queen for a night. Room is great sized and clean. Towels and sheets smelled fresh. They are a no contact check in all done via text, which we liked. Had problems figuring tv out and within seconds of our text we had it fixed. It was the most expensive motel we stayed in on our trip but is a beautiful place and worth the extra money. Plus we LOVED the no pet policy. Keeps rooms fresh and clean, plus I have allergies to pet dander.

Needed a one night stay, wish we could have stayed another night. No frills on the outside but don't let its modest appearance dissuade you. This is a great little CLEAN and comfy motel. Easy to find, plenty of parking, wide grass area kids can play on with picnic tables and two grills available. The suite had two rooms, the "living room" that you enter into has a kitchenette, couch with fold out bed, table, and chairs. The kitchenette had everything we needed (plates, Silverware, dish soap, sponge, towels, pots/pans hot pad, strainer, salt/pepper, glasses, mugs, coffee maker with coffee, fridge/freezer and microwave). The bed was comfy and the AC was nice and cold on a hot muggy August day. Water pressure in the shower was perfect.A little pricey but what could we expect for a Saturday in the midst of popular summerTahquamenon viewing season? Thanks again, will definitely suggest to friends.

Excellent choice for a place to stay in Paradise. Motels tend to have a certain vibe, but Taquamenon Suites is more like a high end airbnb/vrbo stay without the hassle. Our stay was quiet, clean, and private with very nice rooms. Simple check in process so you can get right to exploring all the awesome nature nearby after you settle in.

What a gem! My wife and I really enjoyed staying here. Our room was about half the size of our apartment at home. Absolutely loved how clean it was and having a full size bathroom. This is one of only two places I have ever stayed that had silverware, plates, bowls, glasses, and mugs. The refrigerator isn't full size, but it is large enough for two people to store plenty of food.My wife and I plan to come back here for multiple days. They also offer picnic tables and park grills out on the lawn if you want to grill out.

This place was such a score for us! They worked so well will is booking last minute during the busy snowmobile season. The people we spoke to on the phone were extremely friendly and the room was so clean and very nice! We loved being able to pull our sleds right up to our room at the end of the night and so much space for gear inside. Would 10/10 recommend and we will be staying again!

What a great place to stay. Owners were very accommodating with no contact rules in place. Online booking was very easy and the website was up to date with the rooms. Very clean rooms, we booked a regular room and also the 2 bedroom. Both rooms had been remodeled lately and looked great. The 2 bedroom worked great for a gathering place, it was huge. This was definitely a slice of paradise. Only thing better would have been a water view, but with Whitefish Bay being so close it didn't really matter.

During our trip in UP we stayed in 5 hotels/ motels including Munising, Hancock, Ironwood, St Ignace. This place in Paradise was the best (I would say it was one of the best we stayed in the US). I wish I could stay here for the whole week. It has all you may need, the whole kitchen with various appliances, two rooms and an air conditioner in each room. Actually at night we turned off the conditioners and opened the windows- the fresh air is the best. I liked how our rooms were decorated: with Northern features(wooden windows, bed, chest of drawers), simple, comfortable and elegant. Yes, occasionally you are lucky to find such places. It s not about the price: you can pay twice more and be disappointed. I think it s about smart management and good taste.

I loved staying here! Our room was more like a small apartment with a main room consisting of a fridge, stove/oven, microwave, coffee pot and toaster, table and chairs as well as a couch and tv. A good sized and well stocked bathroom. And a bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and eating right there. The only thing missing was a baking sheet.

Supremely clean and comfortable and nicely furnished. Room was spacious, and we appreciated the coach and sitting area in the kitchenette. The grounds were meticulous. We stayed on the 4th of July, and used the grill for our dinner. Even the grill was cleaned out. It was easy shop for basic foods just up the road. Since it was a holiday, and we arrived later in the day, management went out of their way to make sure we could get in and had what we needed. Would definitely recommend!

There aren't enough words to describe how awesome this place is! The rooms are super clean and well appointed. The staff is very friendly and it is centrally located to all major area attractions. Good food is very close by or you can use the included kitchens to fix your own meals. The rates are very good for the amenities you get. I cant say enough positive enough things about this place. It's well thought out and cared for by owners and staff who want you to have a great time in the UP. I'd book early, I suspect this place books up for the summer in a hurry.

This place is awesome! Stayed in room 6 for one night while passing through and we were impressed. Don t let the old Google maps construction photo fool you. Our unit came with a kitchenette, pull out bed, 2 A/C units, wifi, a full size fridge, microwave, plenty of towels, and a wonderful 2 seater outside each room. Great place to stay up north!

I booked this room because of the fantastic price. I didn't have high expectations, I just wanted a place for us to sleep. But I was completely blown away by absolutely everything. The suite was GORGEOUS! It was the cleanest place I've ever stayed, including 4 star hotels in Chicago and New York. The bed was comfortable, the bedding was incredible, and the pull out couch my son slept on was also wonderful. Everything about this place was amazing! I will forever recommend this place to all of my friends and family, and I will definitely be staying here again.

The place was immaculate and well appointed. The staff was friendly, quick with a laugh and helpful. The bed was very comfortable, we slept like bears!Derek told us about Fresh Coast Cafe'...thank you Derek. To miss the homemade cinnamon rolls, sausage gravy and fluffy omelettes would've been a shame. This was the highlight of our trip!
