What should have been one simple stop has turned into three separate visits with little resolved. I went in and asked for an oil filter and fuel filter for my motorcycle. The oil filter that the clerk handed me was larger than the one on my car, and I asked if he was sure that it was correct since it looked too big. He none too politely assured me that it was...it wasn't. It wasn't even for Honda vehicles. I brought the oil filter back and luckily exchanged it with no more hassle than a dirty look. Unfortunately, the oil filter they gave me fit, but with the seal exposed to elements under my bike. I gave up on getting a new one and will run that until I find the properly fitting filter online. The fuel filter wasn't listed for a Honda shadow, so they gave me what was supposed to be an in line filter that fit both sized fuel lines. it didn't. I brought it back after checking my manual and asked for a fuel filter with 1/4" fittings. When the clerk ( same as the first visit) handed it to me, I opened the box and checked the fittings. They seemed too small to be quarter inch, so I asked him once again if this was the correct filter. He assured me once again. Needless to say, the fuel filter didn't fit. I have given up trying to get another fuel filter from them as well. The lack of knowledge in a supposedly specialized shop is somewhat disturbing, and the atmosphere is generally unfriendly or rude. These employees may not be very used to having customers around, and I understand why. In fact, they do not seem to be very interested in doing business at all. On my third visit I had to wait for the clerk to finish his conversation with some random tattoo covered girl who was sitting behind the counter before I was helped.Needless to say, drive the extra 10 minutes in either direction; it will be worth it. This place is a joke.

Absolute garbage. Had an accident and needed a hand full of lug bolts to baby my vehicle home. Called 16mins before they closed to tell them I was 15mins away. "Garry" said that in 14mins, he'll be in his car leaving, that I would be S.O.L. I made it 5mins before closing after all, but the door was locked anyway. I understand store hours are store hours, but it takes 0 effort to be a decent person. O'reilys is the way to go.

Came in for quick disconnect tool. Didnt really know what I needed but the associate spent the time to find a 2 dollar part. It worked like a charm. Great service all around!
