I took time off work to have a chip repaired, and made a 10 AM appointment. I arrived at 9:50, and there was a sign stating to call as they were out on installs. I called both the number as directed and the main customer service line. I left a voicemail, and was placed on hold on the other call.I waited a total of 35 minutes past my appointment time, with 10 of those minutes on hold with their main service line. I then decided to try and call Brian back. He then proceeded to tell me my appointment was at 9, even though I have a voicemail from him confirming it was at 10. He then stated I could come in after 11:30 AM to get the chip fixed. This is after I had already waited past the point of my original appointment after taking time away from work to be here. He offered no apologies, so I decided to go with a more professional business.

Hanna I believe her name is was wonderful straight forward.But thewebsite gave me the wrong address so when I called to ask for directions on there Location the gentlemen that answered the phone was rude mad me feel like I was bothering him by calling made me feel uncomfortable going there. But they were cheaper than safelight
