This place claimed my motor was blown when it was towed there. So for four months I waited patiently for my truck. 17k later they sent me home with the exact same motor they said was blown. I sent pictures to jasper who makes the new motor. They said it doesn t look like their unit but has their tag on it but the picture I sent looks as if everything was painted while still on the truck. There was oil leaks still, power steering pump was leaking and surly didn t prior to drop off. Asked them to order me a lift pump several times and they kept saying we want to see if we can get yours to work. I said I know it doesn t and I m spending 17k I would rather spend the extra 700 now so I don t have problems. Well I did and still do to this day. I have built my case to provide in court. I would stay far away from these scams. I will also be filing with the attorney general s office for a consumer complaint and the bbb. This was an intentional fraud and will do everything in my power to see that justice is served to these crooks. I have had the truck for 7 months and been dealing with problem after problem. Clearly wouldn t bring it back here as I don t trust them. I have many many texts and emails to back up everything I ve stated. Also have multiple mechanics that have said the motor definitely isn t new and that I got ripped off. Well I knew that from the beginning and have since just built my case. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COST!! There s many more . Will keep updating

Well, not to my shock... they lied again... about a year and a half ago... took a 2017 ram in... they said it needed a Trans rebuild... well 1.5 years later and 8k miles... taken to another Trans shop... they pulled the Trans and said it was never rebuilt.I gave this shop 5k to rebuild... come to find out the filter was loose...They charged me for a new trans.... but tighten the oem filter...I had a lawyer request 2 times print out of all my records from this shop... they still refuse.Biggest scammers in the world.*** edit*** they always act like they don't know you and they add these generic responses to seem like they "addressed" the issues... but they never actually make it right. Notice there's a theme in the complaints.These guys are frauds.

Always have an honest and pleasant experience here, very fair priced, and excellent work.I've had quite a bit of work performed here, on a bunch of different trucks with zero problems. My go-to guy for heavy or complicated diesel work. Everything was diagnosed, quoted, and done quickly. Scott, Frank, and their team are awesome.

Took my 2011 duramax in for maintenance and go over before pulling our 30 foot camper to Tennessee then onto Florida thought coolant sensor was faulty but right away when Scott fired up the truck and removed cap off over flow coolant tank it had excessive pressure before even warmed up which he diagnosed as a faulty head gasket told him I was leaving in what would be 11 working days he said it would be Rady it's a huge job remove cab get heads to machine shop and such. the bill was not cheap but cheap compared to buying a new duramax. We pulled camper to Florida through the hills of Tennessee with no issues 2700 miles 75 miles per hour ran like new ! very satisfied if your looking for cheap look around you'll get what you pay for, if you want quality call diesel tech thanks to all at diesel tech for your helpGuy

They did an amazing job getting my work truck up and running.My work truck is my bread and butter without it. I can't do anything. I explained my situation to the guys here, and they had her running better than when I first got her the next day. 10/10 would use these guys again. They may have a highish price, but for good reason, they are the best around, and when they say they fixed something, you can trust that they did.

Earlier this year - I was a doofas and dropped gas into the tank at the local BP. Luckily realizing my error before starting the truck - but I had tank of gas to deal with and needed it dealt with properly. I needed pros & thus I called Diesel Tech. They undid my doofusness and had me back on the road later that day. Really appreciate the professional work!

Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else. Have caused more problems with our truck than they ve fixed. Nor were they as timely as they suggest.

I have had service performed here twice and both experiences were awesome. First time 2500hd owner so everything is new for me, suspension, duramax everything. They aligned my truck properly after another shop told me I was out of adjustment. Second time there they found and fixed my problem within a 12 hour span and charged a more than fair price. I will go there for all my needsService: Steering & suspension repair

Go here if you like paying for work that was never done.I brought my trucks (14 truck landscape company) to this place for a little under 2 years. After being lied to multiple times about them "waiting on parts" or "my one mechanic that can perform that service, doesn't have a lift open for a month" plus many other excuses... my company has had enough. I said I was sending my employees to pick up, I was told my truck was all apart on the lift. Again, when my guys got there the truck was never even looked at it was just sitting in the back.Well now 5 months since that time... All my trucks serviced here are having the same issues I took them in for. I started taking them to multiple different shops since then and multiple shops now have said I've been charged for things never serviced. I've reached out asking for printouts of the work and parts ordered. NEVER to receive any paperwork or anything. They refuse to even speak to me now. After multiple attempts to just get the parts and labor details I have to get an attorney. Massively unprofessional business. The owner doesn't seem to care his employees are doing this either. Direct messages to his cell have gone unanswered.

Took my truck in about a month ago. Had their team do some work on it. I live in the upper peninsula but work in Oakland county as a lineman. My truck is my lifeline and needed daily to provide for my family. This is my first diesel truck. Scott and Frank were more than happy to answer any questions and provide me with information to continue longevity for this truck. This shop will be my go to place when I have any issues in the future. Highly recommend.

Outstanding work and integrity in a convenient location!!!! Just got back my 2001 Ford F250 7.3 SCSWB, they told me the truck would be done in a week and a half, and they got it back to me in less than half that time!!! And, they exchanged the parts i previously bought and knocked it off my bill! Wont be going anywhere else for Diesel repairs! 10/10 recommended for powerstroke 7.3 owners!!!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

This place rocks! I normally deal witg Frank Belcher, he s awesome!!! Yesterday I went in for some service work on my moto van. It has 22s on it. They had my tires in stock, 3 different options for me. I dropped it off they had it done with in an hour. Bella helped me out she was awesome!! Great customer service!!!! Originally left a negative review because of some issues I had with the company, after speaking with Scott and made things right with explanations of what happened.. our conversation was professional and I felt that what Scott offered to fix our situation was more than fair and extremely appreciated.

My 16 F-250 Powerstroke had the common upper oil pan leak, started slow and gradually became worse. Took it to another shop I had been using and they quoted me $3,500 as they claimed it was the front engine cover. Later they admitted that they previously had an issue with replacing only the upper when this particular customer had the front cover leaking and they got burned on having to do the job twice. Rather than take the time to properly diagnose my truck, they just tacked it all on to "play it safe." I was very displeased by this so I reached out to Scott at Diesel Tech as I had a friend suggest him for doing great work and being a straight shooter. Scott took one look and said it's my upper. Did the job for a very reasonable price and was always straight forward with me. He even had the chance to upcharge me from the original estimate, but didn't. Very impressed with him and his shop. Will be a long time customer!

Had my Ford Powestroke worked on there two years ago. No issues and Scott checked out my truck a year later for something else. Service was great and will for sure go back again for service in the future.

Took my 203 Chevy 2500HD for front end work, rotors brakes power steering lines. Scott and his staff are friendly and very fair priced I would highly recommend Diesel Tech for any repair work. I am one very satisfied customer.

Over a month ago I called these people and talked to Scott about 1 of my trucks and was told he could look at it within a couple weeks. Almost a month and a half later and 250.00 for a towing bill and I still have a truck that has not been looked at or fixed..I have removed my truck from their lot and will not be back .I would not recommend if this is how they treat paying customers.

Brought my 2003 GMC 2500HD Duramax Diesel in for New stainless steel brake lines, new fuel lines and a stock tune.They did a great job, the tune added about 100 HP which made the truckvery fast and got better gas mileage.Very happy with the work, was like driving away with a new faster truck.Will definitely be back for my next repair.

Been there twice in a few months for different issues and am 100% satisfied with the end results. They go above and beyond what I expected. They not only fixed the issues I went there for but found other things that would be obvious problems in the future. I feel like they looked out for my best interest. Stopped there for some truck work and was happy with the prompt service and friendly and cool staff. Being 700 miles from home and feeling right at one there. They probably gonna need a new shop cause they got so many trucks there. Thanks guys

Best experiance ever. It was as easy as drop off explain what I wanted... Called me a day later for pick up. Fabulous place to go, I pass 20 dealerships on the 45 minute drive. This is the go to place.

Called to schedule a time to bring my truck in and they answered and were super nice and friendly and now that my truck is in their shop they are getting it done in a timely matter. I would highly recommend bringing your truck to them
